The majority of reviews for umag eurocamp park seem to be from people with caravans (when we had a caravan we used our own toilet and shower !!!)|We were on a sun holiday in a static caravan ( chalet) it was spacious with a covered terrace , 2 toilets 3 bedrooms small but sufficient. |The sea was a short walk, swimming pools good and the grounds were excellent, with men out daily from 9am cutting grass and keeping the place tidy.|This is predominantly a German/ Austrian park, probably due to the proximity to both countries. They can get a little loud, but so can people of all nationality. |I would definitely return. |I cannot comment on the shop, as we went to lidl in umag, nor did we go to the beach bar as we sat on our terrace with wine.|Eurocamp representative was helpful and informative.

There are several Camping Resorts there. A lot of fun around. Clean and tidy. Water is perfect - temperature. Nice beaches (rocky but beautiful). You will find everything you need. Some low rate feedback is only individual problems - insignificant. I can compare a lot Camping Resorts I have been - this is one for the best. Kids love it and willing to comeback. Near by town - Umag - all necessary things can be found - groceries and cloth. Shops at Camping a bit higher price, however it is fair. Same for restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay! The sea was warm and perfect for the children, and the pools were amazing as well. Overall, the campsite is lovely with very kind staff especially Benjamin, who made our time by the pools truly enjoyable. :)

Huge site but lovely location. We had a premium plus mobile home so shared a pool with 6 other homes. We thought it worth the upgrade and the mobile home was new, clean and well equipped. Everywhere kept very clean. We liked the beach bar but the one restaurant we went to on site was very expensive and service was so slow. We preferred cooking ourselves or nipping off site and found a nice pizza place about 20 minutes walk. The main laundry faculties were out of action for the whole week but we drove 20 minutes to the Speed Queen laundrette.

Probably on of the worst camping experiences I had in the last few years. The camping is very loud and crowded. They only expect people to be quiet after 12, so with small children your better off somewhere else of you want to get some sleeping. Additionally our luxury caravan, was broken. The curtains were dirty, multiple window locks were broken, the shades did not work anymore, the table was broken, our chair was broken, our bed was broken, literally the caravan was up to replacement. Also when we arrived the smell was very bad. It felt like they just dropped a bottle of detergent on the ground. For the money we paid this isn't acceptable. When you go on holiday this is not the relaxing experience you are looking for. The location is nice, they put some work in the bar near the water. Keep in mind the shop on the campsite is extremely over priced. They charge almost 8 euro for 1,5 chicken fillet. So better to go to umag to go for groceries. Overall the infrastructure feels outdated. From the experience we had I would not recommend. Also when complaining about the caravan, the managed to fix the bed, the chair and the window that we couldn't close anymore after 2 days, but apart from that a lot of things were still broken which they didn't fix. No

Lovely family campsite. There is everything you need on your holiday. The staff at the campsite are friendly and very helpful. There are 2 large pool areas, suitable for children and adults. There is of course also the beach and the crystal clear water, however you have to be aware that there are rocks, but a pair of swimming shoes, and then that problem is solved. Don't cheat yourself to experience the world under the water, there are opportunities to see fish of all colors and if you are lucky a turtle. But what is certain is that we will come again

I recently spent a week at Camping Park Umag, and overall it was a mix of highs and lows — I had good moments, but also some frustrations. Here’s my honest take, as someone travelling with family. What I Loved Sea & Location: The campsite is right on the sea, which is amazing. Waking up, going down to the water, the views — especially at sunrise — are a real treat. There are some lovely rocky shore bits and nice spots for snorkeling. Great for Kids & Families: There are tons of things for children to do. Pools, clubs, evening shows — my niece was especially excited about the animation team. Moments like seeing her rush off happily to a kids’ club were special. Staff Who Care (Sometimes): Not everyone, but when you catch the good ones, they make a difference. For instance, one of the animators (Simona) spoke Italian and really made my niece feel at ease; the help from Milijana when fixing my booking dates was also much appreciated. That kind of kindness matters. Facilities & Variety: There is a lot here — shops, restaurants, multiple pools, space to walk, quiet spots if you move a little off the busy areas. The glamping tents are comfortable, and for the most part, places are clean enough (though I’ll get to the “enough” in a minute). What Didn’t Work So Well Size & Walking: The campsite is huge. If your pitch or glamping tent is far from amenities, expect a lot of walking — to the beach, to the restaurant, to the showers. If you’re travelling with small kids or older people, distance becomes a factor. Cleanliness & Maintenance Lapses: Some areas feel a bit worn. We had issues with cleanliness in certain mobile homes / tents (curtains, bedding), and some sanitary blocks were old or not neatly kept. Also, small things like replacing a broken fixture didn’t happen fast. Noise & Crowds: In high season especially, pools are crowded, noise can carry (bars, music, etc.). One night I couldn’t sleep early because a nearby bar played loud music late. If you want peaceful nights, you might struggle. Price Vs What You Get: Some extras felt steep — restaurants on site, the supermarket, “extras” that aren’t included (WiFi quality, certain services). Sometimes it felt like you pay for the location more than for flawless service. Staff Inconsistencies: Most people are nice, but sometimes we hit rough patches — unhelpful receptionists, delays in resolving issues. It makes the difference: kindness smooths over small problems, but when everyone is busy or inattentive, small annoyances add up. Would I Go Back? Yes — but with some adjustments. If I were to stay there again, I’d try to: Book a spot as close as possible to key amenities (sea, restaurants, pools) so I don’t spend my holiday walking more than relaxing. Go slightly off‑peak to avoid the fullest crowds and loudest nights. Bring earplugs just in case, and maybe some supplies (if things in the campsite are expensive). Expect that not everything will be perfect — but hope that the good parts (location, people, sea) will outweigh the issues. Final Verdict Camping Park Umag has a lot of charm: its seaside location, variety of facilities, and moments of real friendliness. If you're okay trading off some crowdedness, occasional service hiccups, and paying a bit more for convenience, it offers a pretty good camping holiday. It won’t feel like a boutique escape, but it can give those “vacation moments” that stick with you: kids laughing in a pool at sunset, jumping in the sea early in the morning, that kind of stuff. If you want, I can write a short “would I recommend for couples / families / solo travellers” version — might be useful depending on who’s going.

Toilets and showers are very dirty. Food at the market store is out of date. We were there for one night, went for parcel search as they marked us on the camp map, came back to reception with 3 empty parcel options and they said that none of are empty, than they gave us one that they picked. Most of camping space is muddy. Prices are too high for what they offer.
