I would describe it very convenient and good value for money. There are all amenities you’ll need in camping place. We liked the grass pitch for tents to be large enough for everybody. Showers and toilets are ok, but nothing to hang your clothes on or any sort of shelf whatsoever. It gets very crowded though, especially around the beach area but the nice part is that there’s a wide area with shallow water and some platforms to rest or to jump in the water..kids love it Very convenient that you can get a box in a shared fridge, just need to give 50chf depot at the reception for the key. Bring your own grill if you want to bbq since there’s no shared one available. You’re allowed to use only if you’re camping on site for the night.

Very nice camp site along lake Morat. Modern shop, delicious Asia restaurant. Perfect to SUP or for swimming jumping from the two fixed platforms. Thanks!

I sent an email to the camping to let them know I might not make it on time before 8pm, and that I might be 30 minutes late because of heavy traffic. I asked what my options were. They never replied. Luckily I arrived before 8pm. Moreover, there are a lot of dogs on the camping, and their owners don't seem to be picking up their poo. When I contacted the camping to ask if they had available places for us, they said yes. When we arrived, we were told to place the caravan wherever in a given area that was already almost full. Therefore we had to place the caravan right next to the volleyball field and the toilets and showers, opposite the restaurant with loud music. There was also no shade at all. People were screaming during the day and everyone was walking past our caravan to shower or use the toilet. After 2 days, we were able to move to another place because the holiday season was over and a lot of guests were leaving. That place was better, but very muddy. If they did not have any actual places available, we would have prefered to be told that in order to find a camping that did. Because the second spot they gave us was muddy, and under trees, the caravan was muddy and full of branches that I wanted to get rid of using a hose. When I used the hose on an empty field to get rid of the mud, I was told that I am not allowed to do that by a man who worked at the restaurant. The showers and the toilets were clean. Overall it was a very loud camping, from early in the morning you can hear the radio. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and spoke good English too.

Nice camping in a lovely area aside the lake. Lots of opportunities for walking and biking in a region well worth exploring. The camping area is well shaded, with lots of trees and the pitch sizes are acceptable, though a little too grouped together. Plenty of parking around the campgrounds in case of visitors or multiple cars. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Nice camping very well located straight at the lake and close to the historical village Murten. In terms of cleanliness, there is still room for improvement, especially during the busy peaks. Overall great place!

Had a site with large tent and family. Good service, great for cycling along the lake with kids aged 7 upwards. The site is well maintained and our visit for a family of 5 worked out at around 60 Fr a day. Beach onto the lake.

Packed up the tent and set off from the campsite at 1am due to the singer still going with his annoying repetitive songs, no idea when he stopped. We called to tell them we had left and the manager insisted that the entertainment stopped at 11pm and will be sending us the bill. I would not recommend this campsite!!
