Camping Rendez-vous

The campsite has all the necessary facilities. Beautiful views and a nice lawn for pitching a tent. It’s also great that the tents aren’t packed too closely together. The downside is that getting from the toilet to the tent felt like a proper hike. It’s not ideal when the only bathroom is located at the very beginning of the campsite — it would be much more convenient if it were placed in the middle, or if there were multiple facilities available.

Really great camping site! I called around the afternoon if there would be a spot for a tent, and that was no problem. The showers are 1F for 3/4 minutes and the restaurant serves great food. The staff is really nice and are always ready to help you. The location is verry nice aswell, just next to the gondola. Didn’t use it, but i can imagine other people would like it. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed one night in a tent at Camping Rendez-Vous and really enjoyed it. The camping area was spacious, and parking was conveniently located just in front of our spot. The bathrooms were clean, and the shower required a payment of 1 CHF for 3 minutes of use. The campsite is close to the cable car that takes you up to Lake Oeschinensee, perfect for a quick day trip. The staff were friendly and helpful — we even arranged fresh baked bread for the next morning by talking with them. The views were incredible, and the atmosphere was peaceful and close to nature. Highly recommend for a relaxing short stay!

Great campsite in an amazing location. Very friendly owners who spoke fantastic English. Nestled at the foot of the mountains the scenery could not be better, the site is at the ski lift and on the footpath to lake Oeschinensee. We had a Spring (mid April) downpour of snow of 50cm randomly after very hot weather and within the morning the owner had cleared site roads and paths to individual vans with a machine, he was at it all day! All town roads and footpaths were cleared by mid morning! Road was safe to leave that day if needed, quite extraordinary. Bring 1 Franc coins for the showers. 10 minute walk into the town. Fantastic free WiFi.

Great location, price, very quiet and picturesque area with all necessities on-site. (For 3 min of shower bring 1 Fr. coin). 10 min from the town with grocery stores and restaurants. Recommend!

Very nice location of this camp...just close to the rope way and you even get an discount when you stay there..... only small minus is just 2 showers for too many people

Highly recommend this camp-site if you are planning to visit Oeschinensee. Spectacular views all around. Great facilities and fantastic hikes.

Amazing location. Clean, friendly, place to take a shower (1 fr.), place to do dishes, fill up water.
