This is a great camping village with plenty to do! Just a few things to consider for the future: better maintenance of the accommodation, extended pool hours, and improved customer service at the restaurant. The animation staff is absolutely the best! It can get a bit too hot and humid during the long Italian summer.

Amenities: 100%|Cleanliness: 100%|Friendly service: 150%!||We were pleasantly surprised by the washing station, baby bathrooms, clean and modern showers, amazing slide pool and kids playground. But the friendliness of the staff ( from the reception, to the bar staff, the lifeguard, to the animation!) was what made the stay memorable. |With every request or question, they were there to lend a hand and go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Thanks again to Alice, Martina, Nunzio, and Baffo for making us feel so welcome with the animation team and giving our daughter wonderful memories of our time there. We'd return in a heartbeat!|Until next time! |Katie, Francesco, and Olivia.

Great campsite in a quiet location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help. We stayed in a mobile home from 2024, which really offers everything you need.|It is 10 minutes by car from the ferry. The campsite has a restaurant, café, shop, swimming pool and even a wellness. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, there were no problems with that either. We will definitely be back!

Salvatore, Mattia, Leo, Nuncio and Sara, the Animazione Team from Just Friends are all fantastic - warm, energetic, greeting all the guests and wow, what a Baby Disco in the evening! :) The campsite is wonderful, we loved our stay. A beautiful botanical garden in the middle, all facilities very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

I am quite disappointed with the camp. It is outdated and not well maintained. The mobile home with the tent is old and the tent is dirty and mouldy. The porch is wawy and you feel every step someone makes. The exterior - the trees and Palma's are nice. The roads are hardly holding together, it is uphill and to get to the pools or to the exercise area takes some power. The pool is nice, but the attraction closes at midday. The toilets are not maintained, some seats are moving and there are no soap to wash your hands! Near the pool there is no toilets. It is 100 m away, so if you have kids in the pool and you need to go to the toilet, well just hope they don't drown in the meantime. The tennis court is for pay 9€ per hour for the guest and it is only one. The gym is small and also a bit old. The beach is about 200m away and you have to cross a road to get there. At least the path is semi-shadow. The path to the beach is not maintained at all, although at some part it has been taken away by water. The beach is not crowded but also not cleaned at all. The chairs at the beach you have to pay extra. The restaurant at the botanic garden (small with some palm trees, cactus and agavas) is nice, expansive and you have to wait for a while to order. The shop is nice, the staff is friendly. To sum all in one the place is too expensive for what they offer- which is not much at all. If they would renovate and maintain the surrounding than the price of 200€ per night would be just. And if the sanitary buildings had all you need. They should definitely look up to Croatia's campsites. Could not recommend this place. Definitely one of the worst maintained we have been in the last 5 years- and the most expensive! What I would like to see is: updated toilets with soap, nice surroundings, free activities they have- tennis, chairs; renovated facilities ( a bench at the porch would be nice instead of plastic chairs) and maintained beach. What I can praise - are the staff at the check in and in the store and palm trees.

We loved the camp. Staff was really nice and friendly. There is a lot activities for kids. Everyday in summer they have a mini disco. We didn’t really like the beach but we loved that they have shuttle to the beach. Pool is really nice and big.

Outdated! We stayed in a appartement which was big, but outdated. Didn't feel clean anymore. Except bedding which was fine. So a bit overpriced, but so is all of Elba. The shop, restaurant and swimming pool, kids playground are great however. Breakfast isnt noteworthy!

This was our first time in a tourist village with our 2 daughters- 3 and 5 years old - and we were completely blown away. First off the location and set up of the camping village, it's so green and shady! Great for those hot days. We stayed in a chalet which was perfect for a family of 4, own kitchen and can sit outside with a view over the coast.|Even better was the Just friends entertainment. They were outstanding! The kids' club both in the morning and afternoons kept my kids busy and entertained and gave my husband and I a couple of hours a day free! Then there were the group fitness classes - stretching in the botanical gardens, acquagym, zumba! Don't forget the aperitivo and coffee games at 12 and 18! A game for all ages and a chance to win an ice cream from the bar. Then every night there was "baby dance" and some kind of show or entertainment. Honestly it was for all ages.|Don't forget to call Nunzio for a lift down to the beach where you can hire a canoe or have a lesson. There's also the bar witch a great view for sunset.|At the pool there is the main pool and 3 waterslides! Right next to it a baby pool with some slides and then the baby village and park! I couldn't get my kids away|We have only praise for the set up of the village, the staff and above all the entertainers of Just Friends. A really fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!
