Amenities: 100%|Cleanliness: 100%|Friendly service: 150%!||We were pleasantly surprised by the washing station, baby bathrooms, clean and modern showers, amazing slide pool and kids playground. But the friendliness of the staff ( from the reception, to the bar staff, the lifeguard, to the animation!) was what made the stay memorable. |With every request or question, they were there to lend a hand and go above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Thanks again to Alice, Martina, Nunzio, and Baffo for making us feel so welcome with the animation team and giving our daughter wonderful memories of our time there. We'd return in a heartbeat!|Until next time! |Katie, Francesco, and Olivia.

This is a great camping village with plenty to do! Just a few things to consider for the future: better maintenance of the accommodation, extended pool hours, and improved customer service at the restaurant. The animation staff is absolutely the best! It can get a bit too hot and humid during the long Italian summer.

Went camping with our car for 4 nights. Very nice pitch with a lot of shade. Staff is very helpful and kind. Toilettes and showers were allways clean! There is a little shop to buy some necessary stuff and food. Camp is overall great positioned to trips around whole Elba Island. There is also bar and pizzeria. Only minus is the pool - you need to wear cap. Beach is a short walk away (5 - 10 minutes).

Great campsite in a quiet location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, always ready to help. We stayed in a mobile home from 2024, which really offers everything you need.|It is 10 minutes by car from the ferry. The campsite has a restaurant, café, shop, swimming pool and even a wellness. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, there were no problems with that either. We will definitely be back!

Frist off all I want to say that I had overall very good experience! But I give only 2 stars because (1) I feel fooled by there online infromations and (2) some service could be better. Let me explain you why: 1. Even if you take the apartment of chalet option. This is not an Hotel! and there services and way clients are treated do not have anything to do with hotel like experience. Expect a campaign-like services ( good ones no comment) 2. The Breakfast they have included in the price, is a s joke. Actually you will eat in the Bar some already made sanwishes or pasticeria. And coffee of course. If you take this accommodation to save time with the breakfast, think twice. Personally after the 3 day I stared to do my breakfast at home cause I refused to eat bread, and bread (same one) every day. If you care about you nutrition - just forget breakfast here. 3. Every night there is a live music party until 11. I don't have s problem with that, but I don't find it ok that I cannot choose if I want to hear it or not. Because the music is so loud you hear it form almost all places in the camping. So before 11 if you say in the room to enjoy the evening you are forced to listen to the show ( or bring ear plugs) 4. I found it really bad that on their website and romms description there is not mention about how hilly is everything. I don't have a problem to walk stairs but to not make it transparent for the one is buy it, not a good experience. 5. The pool has strict rules: 9-19 ( in the summer it should be at least till 20:00), additional you need to were a swimming helm ( first time I see this rule in summer resort where you want to relax ) - I understand this rule for indoor swimming dedicated pools, but not in a summer resort. It just adds another thing to care about it. So before reserving just take in consideration these aspects and if you are fine with them take it.

Salvatore, Mattia, Leo, Nuncio and Sara, the Animazione Team from Just Friends are all fantastic - warm, energetic, greeting all the guests and wow, what a Baby Disco in the evening! :) The campsite is wonderful, we loved our stay. A beautiful botanical garden in the middle, all facilities very clean and staff friendly and helpful.

I am quite disappointed with the camp. It is outdated and not well maintained. The mobile home with the tent is old and the tent is dirty and mouldy. The porch is wawy and you feel every step someone makes. The exterior - the trees and Palma's are nice. The roads are hardly holding together, it is uphill and to get to the pools or to the exercise area takes some power. The pool is nice, but the attraction closes at midday. The toilets are not maintained, some seats are moving and there are no soap to wash your hands! Near the pool there is no toilets. It is 100 m away, so if you have kids in the pool and you need to go to the toilet, well just hope they don't drown in the meantime. The tennis court is for pay 9€ per hour for the guest and it is only one. The gym is small and also a bit old. The beach is about 200m away and you have to cross a road to get there. At least the path is semi-shadow. The path to the beach is not maintained at all, although at some part it has been taken away by water. The beach is not crowded but also not cleaned at all. The chairs at the beach you have to pay extra. The restaurant at the botanic garden (small with some palm trees, cactus and agavas) is nice, expansive and you have to wait for a while to order. The shop is nice, the staff is friendly. To sum all in one the place is too expensive for what they offer- which is not much at all. If they would renovate and maintain the surrounding than the price of 200€ per night would be just. And if the sanitary buildings had all you need. They should definitely look up to Croatia's campsites. Could not recommend this place. Definitely one of the worst maintained we have been in the last 5 years- and the most expensive! What I would like to see is: updated toilets with soap, nice surroundings, free activities they have- tennis, chairs; renovated facilities ( a bench at the porch would be nice instead of plastic chairs) and maintained beach. What I can praise - are the staff at the check in and in the store and palm trees.

We loved the camp. Staff was really nice and friendly. There is a lot activities for kids. Everyday in summer they have a mini disco. We didn’t really like the beach but we loved that they have shuttle to the beach. Pool is really nice and big.
