The place is amazing. Hot water available 24/7. Quiet. The reception is as professional as I would expect at 4* hotel. Electricity available. Rubbish bins collected frequently thus no problem with smell. The check-in process was very smooth. Parking spot next to a tent. Make sure to take thick tent pegs, as the surface can be very hard. I broke my hammer fighting with the pegs.

The camping is nice, very close to nature and well located. Place is huge and there are plenty of pits to chose from. The facilities are ok, well maintained. The main plus is that there is a supermarket with very nice local products, fresh. As others said the drawbacks are the queues on the reception and their check in procedure. After you wait long time to check in, it’s necessarily to go inside the campsite and hunt for a place..then return back to reception, wait again to confirm the spot and to turn on electricity - maybe here can be some improvements. The restaurant is good but i recommend to do reservation in advance. Where we stayed it was quiet and nice. All in all the vacation was nice in this place and we will return later

Amazing campground in the middle of the dolomites with awesome views! Helpful staff that tried to make anything possible. The facilities were always clean and well maintained. What we missed was a kitchen to cook, especially when traveling with a tent it is convenient to have a communal kitchen. But otherwise we had an amazing time there.

Really nice camping, very organized since the check in, well located. Starting point for many hiking paths. Reception folks well prepared and friendly. Live music in one of the nights! Really liked. Stayed in there with motorhome. Very handy to clean cassets, gray water, fill up water etc directly at the entrance. Highly recommend it !

Lots of positives for this very busy campsite: Location to fabulous cycle and hiking routes Relaxed friendly atmosphere with almost all customers cycling or hiking Excellent facilities which r cleaned regularly throughout the day Proximity to bus stop to help with reaching different hiking locations However my main criticism is Firstly around check in and reception service. It is worth knowing that check in at 3 pm starts an extremely busy time for reception. Queues are slow moving and long. Campers are asked to identify their pitch. This can be stressful as the site is large and all pitches very variable in terms of size. Once you identify your chosen pitch, you return to the long reception queue to get electricity connected. If at any time you need to speak with a member of the reception team (2 people) then you also join the very long queue. Secondly The lead member of staff in the restaurant would benefit from a customer service course. He is extremely rude. Spend your money in the restaurant directly across from the site. Staff are delightful snd food excellent.

Fantastic campsite right in the heart of the Dolomites. We spent a fab 4 days at this site and made the most of its location by enjoying an 11 mile hike in the mountains reaching an altitude of 2630m. The views are breathtaking. The small town of Badia is within a short walk with lots of cafes, bars and Restaurant’s, although only a few when we were here. When we were here all the Refuge’s were closed and did not open until mid June. We just had to take drinks and snacks with us on our hikes.

Nice camp site, good facilities and much to do in the area. The management could improve the check-in/checkout experience ( it is also the cash desk for the market) by having more staff. I waited ages to check in, was asked to go & select a pitch, then had to return to check in again! At checkout there was 11 people in front of me. The staff were polite & professional but there needs to be more of them

Unforgettable Family Stay! We spent night at Camping Sass Dlacia with my two sons and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the incredible natural beauty that surrounds the campsite. We stayed in one of the Forest Cabins — beautifully designed, peaceful, and with an amazing view! Waking up to the view of pine trees and mountains right outside our window was just magical. The location is fantastic — you’re right at the entrance of the Nature Park, with hiking and biking trails starting directly from the campsite. My boys had so much fun exploring, playing, and just being in nature. It felt safe, clean, and family-friendly. Close to Piz Sorega lift where you have amazing playground for kids and even pump truck for them. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether we had questions about hiking trails, dining, or logistics, someone was always ready to help with a smile. The on-site restaurant served delicious food. My son told me that it was the best pizza ever! The huge advantage is there’s even a small shop with the basic product. I also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was — from the shared areas to the private cabins, the whole site feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. They even have a wellness area with a sauna, which is such a treat after a long hike. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure, family bonding time, or simply a peaceful retreat in nature - that's perfect place. We’ll definitely be back! <3 ✅ Great for: families, hikers, nature lovers, mountain escapes and anyone who wants to fall in love with the Dolomites.
