⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great location, friendly reception and smooth online booking. The pitches are spacious and sanitary facilities clean. But with a price of over €75 per night, the value for money is poor: almost no facilities, old socialist-style buildings and no restaurant. Good for a short stopover in Dubrovnik, but not for more than 1–2 nights.

Camping Solitudo – overpriced and overrated Honestly, this place was a huge disappointment. • The prices are absurd compared to other campsites in Croatia. Example: Aminess = €247 / 4 people / 4 nights, Maistra = €97 / 4 people / 3 nights. Here? €243 for only 3 nights! And to top it off, they sneak in a surprise city tax at the end. • The pitches are run-down and poorly maintained, while the bathrooms are dirty and outdated – no soap for days. • You have to walk a ridiculous distance just to get to the bathrooms, which is extremely inconvenient. • The place is incredibly noisy – traffic right by the pitches and staff shouting early in the morning. Forget about peace and quiet. • Security is practically nonexistent – anyone can walk in from the street without restriction. • And yes, it’s crawling with insects, which only makes things worse. The worst part? This is the only campsite in Dubrovnik. Instead of setting higher standards, they exploit the lack of competition and deliver the bare minimum at outrageous prices. Bottom line: worst value for money we’ve come across in Croatia. Avoid it if you can.

We were very disappointed with our experience here and cannot recommend this campsite: • The price is extremely high compared to other campsites in Croatia. For example: • Aminess – €247 / 4 people / 4 nights • Maistra – €97 / 4 people / 3 nights • Solitudo – €243 / 4 people / 3 nights (!) Basically, you end up paying almost 3 times more than at Maistra for much worse conditions. On top of that, there is a “surprise” city tax added at the end, which we were not informed about in advance. • Camping pitches are poorly maintained and outdated, and the toilets are the same – no soap available for several days. • The distance to the bathrooms is very long and inconvenient. • Noise is another major downside: pitches near the road are extremely noisy, and even the staff is loud early in the morning. • Safety is not reassuring – the campsite feels very exposed, as anyone can walk in directly from the street. • On top of that, the area is full of insects, making the stay even more unpleasant. Another important aspect: this is the only campsite in Dubrovnik, which is a minus for the city itself. However, the lack of competition should be a reason to raise standards, not to lower them. Overall, the value for money is one of the worst we’ve encountered in Croatia. It does not come close to the standards of other campsites in the country.

I cannot give it 0 star as everything was ok (beside, I don't think it is possible). The place is calm during the night, the pitches are fine and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. But the price is just unbelievably bad, I have never seen anything like it, in any country. 35€ for one person and a tent just for one night in early may (and without a car, just a bicycle). I guess we are paying for the location. I wanted to stay in Dubrovnik for a few nights but it won't be here. I went a few kilometres away in a smaller camp (15€ the night) and used the bus.

The positives. Limited interaction with Staff but those we did have dealings with were friendly, helpful and informative. Cleaning ladies provided sterling service in the toilets and showers. Quiet at night, nice sunsets. The negatives. Eye wateringly expensive at almost €45.00 a night for two people. Only one shower block was open (the one furthest from the camping area). Restaurant, supermarket, swimming pool, play areas all closed. Everywhere is looking very tired and in need of some serious TLC.

Massively overpriced! The facilities are fine as should be expected. But the pitches have not been maintained, and I still have straw all over the floor of the van. There are a few power hook-ups that are included in the booking, so you need to be careful which pitch you take. Overall, I am sorry I visited and will not return to this area. It's a complete waste of time and money!

Google
Extremely overpriced for the facilities you get. Definitely not out of season prices at €45 for 2 people. Didn't use the facilities as the only block which was open were so far away,God help you if you needed the loo 🙄 Nothing else was open and it was quite a rundown site. If just visiting Dubrovnik, then maybe give the car park closer a try.

The camp looks like 200 years old city of ghosts… everything ruined, old, open… the camp is located in open space, everybody can access to camp, there is no fence, barrier, the sanitaries was used by people who dont live in the camp, one part of camping is on the other side of main road, if my children 2 and 4 years old wanted to play on the playground in the “same camping” they have to walk the main road where the car could kill them, … we didnt meet any enployee of camp for 3 days never, it was crazy, like to live in wild nature next to main road… definetly doesnt worth for any money
