Camping Valle de Hecho

Somewhat tired facilities, particularly the washing up areas and cleaning was certainly lacking but the site is ok for one or two nights. The villages of Hecho and Anso are delightful to wander around - no major infrastructure but both have small supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

Fabulous situation and campsite very quiet and relaxing. Lovely town close by and good walking. Maintenance and reception on site very hit and miss! The huge amount of feral cats on site very off-putting, but kept our dog entertained! We would definitely go back, but out of season.

This is a terraced site with lots of shade from trees. The site is near to a lovely village. The site is a little scruffy in appearance and has some permanent caravans dotted around. The facilities are kept clean. Great walking from here.

The pitches are not maintained, not resown, or releveled. If it rains it will be like the Somme.| Lumpy, rutted, gravelly, weeds growing a foot high round the edges of a barren patch of dirt. And to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to charge for a plot as well as your tent and persons! TLC lacking. You may find a bit to put a caravan or camper and have blocks to level it up, but forget it if you have a tent. Drive a bit further to a better, probably cheaper campsite. Problem is that bungalows seem to have taken over and no interest in the camping area.|Sadly if someone actually looked after it this campsite would be lovely.|

Great camping, very fair price and a bunch of facilities. Pool, bar, food, toilets and showers all clean!

Very good location, some of the staff were a bit miserable, we were woken early by lorries next to the campsite.

Wonderful views rooms 67 euros I like it here very rural...
