Excellent location - so quick to get into the city. The little restaurant at the entrance is a lovely touch. A very nice American guy served us. Quiet at night even with vans parked close together. Nice, modern toilets.
And there are two campsite cats! Nice visitors to the van at night.

Is was a great place to stay. Family friendly. Close to a shopping area that has everything you need ever if you need it. Friendly staff are willing to help where they can. The toilet/shower block are very clean. I would recommend to hire a bike from reception if you don't have one yourself. ||Next time when we come back to Amsterdam we would book longer.

Used the campsite to visit a regular vet for a passport check, first time here and really liked it. It is a squeeze in general, but not bad enough were you feel it. Pitches are nice with wood chippings, showers and toilets where clean.|| Woodland/park next door which made for a very nice morning walks with the dog.

Good location, near metro and fairly near free ferry. A little difficult to find vehicle entrance (it feels like you are driving on pavement). Good toilet / shower facilities and security, but small pitches. Beautiful birds.

Great option for caravans / camping in Amsterdam. Toilets and showers are clean, there is no noise around, all personnel is very polite, friendly and helpful. Also they have a very good option for renting bikes (which is the easiest and most enjoyable way) to visit downtown.

Great location for a city camping break. Not too far from train station and ferry crossing to central station. If your car or van is lower than euro 4 emissions you will need to pay a low emissions fee. If your camping here it's around €10 and the girls on reception can help you with that. For a city as big as Amsterdam the site is lovely and peaceful. Small cafe on site. Laundry. Toilets and shower facility's great.

Been using Vliegenbos for years on motorhome trips to Amsterdam. Easy cycle ride to the free ferry across the river ti the central station. Great facilities and helpful staff. Pitches aren't huge, especially if neighbours have a caravan, van and awning, but location is perfect.

Very good camping located in very quiet neighborhood. Few minutes and (free) ferry ride by bike to city centre. Nice showers, basic kitchen with gas stoves for campers. The only minus is limited and paid parking but that was fine by me
