Great hotel, amazing location, clean and convenient. Options to store baggage before and after check out. Location central to all the main sites which made it really convenient and felt very safe. Free coffee and tea on the main floor of the suites. Extra packages available. Staff very attentive and room service daily. 4 star as missed luxuries such as robes and views, didn't have massive windows but good air con.

Gorgeous hotel! Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Lovely room, very spacious and massive bed which was very comfy. Hotel was clean and room got cleaned daily. Location was perfect, we could walk everywhere which was just what we wanted. Would definitely recommend

My friend and I had a short stay here recently and were very happy with the room and helpful communicative staff. Our plans changed unexpectedly and they were able to accommodate an extra night for us on short notice as well. The location is perfectly situated to all the action in Rome. Would stay here again!

The breakfast staff was very pleasant and helpful, but you get better breakfasts from a crappy motel. We, and other guests, asked if they could provide fresh bread and fruit, but nothing was ever provided. Our room was towards the rear and quieter than our friends’ room by the street. The location was very good, the bed was comfortable, but it lacked a real lobby, no elevator and amenities quite limited. There is limited/no staff availability—it really runs like an Airbnb without kitchen facilities. For the location great, but next time I’ll stay at a proper hotel in the same area. PS, they’ll negotiate for cash payment

Wonderful hotel in a fabulous location. Well appointed room, helpful staff. Excellent location. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, important sites all in walking distance. Walking to Pantheon area is so easy. As well as Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Highly recommend Il campo Marzio!

We arrived from the states and began our in the heart of Rome adventure staying at Campo Marzio Luxury Suites. We loved the location and are used to heart of the city life. My wife and I attended an AS Roma soccer match at Stadio Olimpico and walked back from the stadium. The Trevi Fountain and the Coliseum were all within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and secured us a taxi without issue. Breakfast was very enjoyable and brought to our room. We especially enjoyed the coffee and croissants. We will be back again upon our next visit to Rome.

Checkin was easy, you get a card and keys to enter the hotel. The room was ok, but not „luxury“. The bed is very soft, in the bathroom there was mildew on the walls. In general, the apartment needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. Breakfast was delivered every morning to the room. It was ok, but with a very limited menu list. The staff was super friendly - I can recommend to go there. Location is perfect.

I’ve spent 5 nights at the hotel and the two positive things were the staff (very polite) and the location. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee room is tiny and the food they offered was basically limited to croissants, yogurt, cake (2 different types) and coffee/milk. If you want eggs, cheese or ham, you’ll have to pay for. The room itself was noisy, even in late hours, and I wasn’t able to sleep after 7:30am, because of noise made by the traffic and the constructions around the hotel. The room cleaning was OK, but the mattress was HORRIBLE. Another bad thing: the room temperature was always hot when we get back to the room after a walk, because even the air conditioning system used to be cut off when we leave the room with the keys. Another bad thing about the AC: at least in the room I’ve stayed, it was inefficient, it wasn’t able to cool down the room temperature to the temperature I’d set at the thermostat (19degrees Celsius). Despite of the location, I won’ t come back to the hotel.
