Yelp
Campo seems like a restaurant geared more toward hotel guests, but reservations can be made on opentable and can guarantee you a table if the place is busy. (It wasn't on the Saturday at lunchtime when we went.) It is valet parking only at the Four Seasons and complimentary if you are dining at Campo. You can either walk down to the restaurant or take a cart down (if offered by staff). It can be hard to find (signage would be helpful!) but just walk toward the adult pool at the end inside the gated pool area and look for the bar. When you see the bar, you are there. There's no host stand for you to check in at so you will likely have to spot a server to be seated. (That's what happened during our visit.)
It's all outdoor dining by the pool with plenty of shade provided, though there are some gaps that let the sunshine in which could make it hot and uncomfortable depending on the weather. Also when I went, flies and a bee swarmed our table during the second half of our meal. That was a bit unpleasant, but the food and drinks were very refreshing for the summer day that we went. There were so many watermelon dishes I wanted to try but we settled on fish tacos, fruit salad, watermelon raspado, and agua frescas. Everything was really good and I wouldn't mind coming back to try their fall menu. For anyone planning to be in the area, even if not staying at the Four Seasons, I recommend dining at Campo. The grounds are beautiful, the pool area peaceful and relaxing, and the food and drink really good.
