"Laing Pizza: A Fusion of Italy and Philippines Had the tastiest Laing Pizza during a trip to CamSur (Camarines Sur), Bicol Region, Philippines. This is a great example of fusion food which combines an Italian pizza with a very local Filipino dish called Laing. Laing is a dish made of gabi (taro) stem and leaves and coconut milk, which originated from the Bicol Region. Since Bicol is one of the few regions in the Philippines that love to eat spicy food, Laing is heavily spiced with siling labuyo (red hot chilies). Different versions have come about adding a bit of bagoong (fermented shrimp) or meat to the dish. With the Laing Pizza we ate, the spicyness of the Laing combined with the gooey cheese of the Pizza simply wakes up those taste buds! I would definitely want to go back for more :-) You can try this at the cafe inside Camsur Watersports Complex (CWC) in Camarines Sur, which is a popular venue for several world events involving wakeboarding. You can also do some wakeboarding yourself or get some lessons if you've never tried it. It's fun! There are several accommodation options inside the complex from budget to high end."

Went there alone to train for season start. Wasn’t sure what to expect. But it all exceeded my expectations. Staff was super friendly, especially at the cable. Food was great. And the cable itself is pretty freaky deaky you’ll like it. I was there 10 days and it’s not enough.

CamSur Watersports Complex is one of the best destinations for water sports in the Philippines. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for both beginners and seasoned wakeboarders. The cable park is well-maintained, and the staff is always on hand to guide and encourage you. Aside from the water activities, the place also offers great accommodations, tasty food, and beautiful surroundings—ideal for a weekend getaway or even a day trip. Whether you’re there to ride, relax, or just watch the action, CWC delivers an unforgettable experience every time!

Tried water skiing here, on a smaller version. Great place to hang out a lot of activities you can do and you can also eat here since restaurant is serving food.

Place is nice, relaxing, massive, green, not crowded, food was ok, reasonably priced in terms of their activities. There are toilets and bathrooms ready. Good supply of water. With fans at the restaurant. The bad side is, they're short staffed which resulted in slow service. From asking for the menu to waiting for the food to be served, to asking for the bill. I went to the cashier because 20mins had passed and still I didn't have my bill and I needed to catch a bus going back to legazpi. One staff member said that a lot of them resigned that's why service is slow🤷

I love the extreme sport vibe that this place brings. I would have loved to avail with the waterboarding, unfortunately, we didn't have enough time. Definitely gonna be back here though.

Good Vibe at the wakepark. Unique but really cool obstacles . Fun to do something different than the mainstream parks. In two weeks you will develop your skills a lot.

Yelp
Our home away home during our Bicol trip as suggested by our local friends whose family lives less than a mile from the complex. We were a group of 15 balikbayans who have never been to the region. The complex is huge. It has various facilities that amazingly unique. The paramount is the wake boarding/wake skating/ water skiing area. Lots of locals and foreigners seemed enjoying the sports. It was incredibly fun watching them doing their thing. I cant imagine how much fun is it during special exhibitions or events. A long bench of special seats are placed near the area for a better view of the performers. The cabins, cottages, villas and trailers are plentiful. It will suit your living needs and style. The accommodation pricing is fair enough for what you get. The clubhouse is a relaxing part of the complex where you could hang out loose. It has an in-house restaurant that catered different cuisines. Taste is standard with fair pricing. Free recreational activities are being offered as part of service such as swimming pools, billiard, darts etc. There is a small bar with drinks of reasonable amount. There are cabanas for rental during daytime. On nighttime, it is being used for massaging services if the guest preferred a lake view ambiance. We ourselves tried the service for an an incredible low guest price. The place is clean, modern and updated. The location is at the heart of the town yet with peaceful ambiance and view of the mountains . The shuttle service going to the airport which is less than 10 minutes from the airport or vice versa is a plus The staff was great. Very accommodating, pleasant and friendly. Overall experience was good. I am recommending the place for a good stay in the area.

Yelp
My group paid and went on to the water park obstacle course for an hour even though it was raining pretty bad . They had to close the water boarding due to weather. It was still so fun especially the inflatable tube that launches you into the air like 10 feet! The spacious and modern clubhouse restaurant had 3 pool tables and some good choices of American food like cheeseburgers, pizza, shakes and some Filipino food too. Wish the bathroom had soap and toilet paper though. Overall, you should definitely visit Cam Sur for this awesome vacay place!

Yelp
Camsur Watersports Complex or better known as CWC is a watersports park for 3 water sports, wakeboarding, wakeskating and waterskiing. My friend invited my guy barkada and I to go to Camsur for a road trip and we all were game to go. We've always wanted to try wakeboarding and CWC is the perfect place to learn. The park is looks absolutely great, well kept and is HUUGGEE. They have different amenities like a clubhouse restaurant and bar, cabana rentals, a swimming pool and a skate park. And they have a variety of cool rooms that differ from container trailers, to tiki huts, cabanas, villas and cabins. My friends and I settled for a wood cabin and it was clean and homey. For the beginners area, it was just a straight body of water so you won't get wary of turns and twists. There was a crowd but not too big that you'd get impatient for your turn. Balance is key, always bend your knees and it's important to not be tense. Relax and you'll be fine! Throw those doubts out the window. I did that and I succeeded on going all the way to the other side on my first try and beat the boys, mwhahahaha! Tip! Do not by any means fall forwards. Hurts like a motha and water gets in your nose. XD My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The wakeboarding was awesome, the restaurant had good food, the place was scenic, the sunrise was amazing and for the girls out there, there are a lot of cute wakeboarders! ;) Some who even show off when creatures of the 2 X-chromosome pass, hehe. p.s. Heard they're under renovation from recent natural disasters so best to visit when they're finished.
