Rang the store yesterday for some advice and to purchase an extraction tool and drive belt, I gave the make a model over (can am maverick XDS turbo 1000 buggy) to be told by the arrogant staff member that that model of buggy didn’t exist. The conversation got heated as I tried to explain that I was standing next to the model. I’ve not had to contact a dealer in Wooler who has been amazing and is coming down to help. What a shame businesses employ such incompetent staff that have no customer service skills, avoid this dealer and go starlight to the one in Wooler Northumberland
