Can Am North East

Really disappointed really after purchasing a new can am outlander quad bike in may this year from parkland cars I returned to have it first service & though to keep the warranty right I’d take it back to the dealer. So after leaving it all week for them to do it I picked it up paid the invoice £61.90 + vat for the can am service kit which what I’d thought & then labour cost of £180 +vat which total cost of £290.28 which I thought was a little steep but I paid it . Once I got it home I dipped the oil which was low ? So thought I’d check the air filter which hadn’t been taken out or the air box cleaned as the can am service guide stated . So all they had done is drop the oil & filter & charged me £180 + vat labour for the pleasure plus I had to buy extra oil to top it up to the correct level? So after sending them an email with photos for evidence they told me it had been done correctly & more or less I’m lying so did send another email asking what they were going to do about it & there no response?? Plus I thought the dealership had it own can am garage but it’s in the HIQ garage around the back a normal everyday car garage ? So the customer service isn’t as I hoped a really haven’t got a warranty due to it not been serviced to the manufacturer instructions Very disappointing

Friendly, approachable, not pushy...best deals in the UK, hence bought my Ryker here...( I researched ) and good after sales service too.

Rang the store yesterday for some advice and to purchase an extraction tool and drive belt, I gave the make a model over (can am maverick XDS turbo 1000 buggy) to be told by the arrogant staff member that that model of buggy didn’t exist. The conversation got heated as I tried to explain that I was standing next to the model. I’ve not had to contact a dealer in Wooler who has been amazing and is coming down to help. What a shame businesses employ such incompetent staff that have no customer service skills, avoid this dealer and go starlight to the one in Wooler Northumberland

Good place to get your car serviced and they don't rip your back teeth out either. Nice price, awsome staff and top service 👍.
