atmosphere is great, feel like you are back to the old time Barcelona. Welcoming staff, English menu is available. We enjoyed the tapas and beer.

Walked pass and found this place crowded hence decided to give it a try the next day. It did not disappoint. The service was good. The food (veal) was good with the red wine. Order another dish (omelette with cod fish) stated on the board, not too bad, slight salty. But overall, it was a nice place. Go early if you want to grab a good seat.

Super nice place. We came a group of 3 for a late dinner. Everything was good: wings, battered artichoke, peppers, bread with tomato, Fries with eggs and ham. Drinks were good. Waiter was friendly and had a smile. The place was full.

Tried our first Cap I Pota here and it was so good such a rich flavored dish. The service was quick and the place was not so busy when we went for lunch. The prices also are really budget friendly.

I love this place for its authentic laid back neighborhood feel. The food was delicious and local amd fresh seafood but the portions were rather small. But with the prices you can order 5 different things and still have a cheaper bill. There are a lot of nuts in the dishes so anyone with allergies make sure you ask. What a great find! Would come back if I was staying longer.

Chicken-spinach burger was very delicious! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had… the squid rings were also amazing. Cozy interior, friendly service. Overall nice atmosphere and totally worth visiting. Low in price but high in quality and enjoyment :)

Nice place for a beer and something to eat. The portions could be a little bigger, but they were tasteful

Yelp
We decided to try Can Condina for lunch on a Tuesday (12:30pm). They weren't ready to serve food but was told the kitchen would be ready in 10 minutes. Didn't get busy till 1:15pm. The server was friendly and spoke English well. Interesting choice of house music bumping in the background. Daily weekday lunch special (12,90€) gets you a starter, main course, drink and dessert/coffee. Would have liked to try the pork cheek and pig trotter from the regular menu. - 2x Menú del dia (12,90€) - gazpacho was light. Lentils with chorizo was good, slightly salty. Breaded chicken with fries and tartar sauce was decent. Seabass with tomatoes was a whole fish; light on the seasoning but homey. For dessert, melon was refreshing, panna cotta was nothing special. - Vermut casa mariol - normally, a glass is 3,10€. Tasty olive was included. - Cava (3,00€) - our waiter never mentioned the extra charge until the bill came. Simple, wholesome flavours. 3.5 stars.

Yelp
Thank you Yelpers our first night in Barcelona hit a home run with this one. Maria was an awesome server. Very non touristy, local ambiance. We were a party of four and ate some amazing food here. Top marks to the suckling pig, the fried artichoke, potatoes bravos and most of all the grilled octopus which was great. Price was low for the quality of food. If we were staying longer we would be back. If we lived here it would be our local.

Yelp
Octopus and ribs here are really great. People were really cool. Everything here was straight up solid. Local Catalan food. Great place to go after hitting up the old fashioned bar which is rad as well.

Yelp
Went here with my wife and two little ones, 3 and 1. Was kind of busy but staff was very friendly and spoke English. Food was very fresh. The caprese was lovely as was everything else. Food came out quick, which is good if you are with hungry kids.

Yelp
Okay at best. 1. The service was incredibly poor, they only had one server for a packed restaurant. Feel badly for her -- we waited over an hour to get food 2. The food was subpar - burger had dry buns, meat tasted funky

Yelp
What a great surprise! We stumbled across this gem while looking for a place to have dinner on our first night in Barcelona. The place was packed and we enjoyed a beer while we waited for our table. Once seated, we ordered several croquettes, potatas bravas, calamari, roasted vegetables with goat cheese, and the traditional roasted suckling pig. The food came out in shifts and was perfectly timed. The croquettes were amazing- especially the squid ink ones! The calamari was the best calamari I have ever had, which is saying a lot considering it is one of my favorite dishes. The entire meal was delicious and the atmosphere was authentic and perfect.
