We had a truly wonderful experience at Can Garrit in Calvià. Every dish we tried was outstanding and clearly made with care, skill and a real understanding of balance.
We started with the croquetas de jamón, perfectly crisp and full of flavour, followed by an excellent steak tartare. The aubergine dish was absolutely delicious, and a great example of how simple ingredients can really shine. The schnitzel was beautifully cooked, the tuna fresh and delicate, and the homemade truffle pasta elegant and deeply satisfying.
The real highlight for me was the arroz meloso with Iberian pork — rich, comforting and incredibly flavourful, yet surprisingly light, just like the rest of the meal. Everything felt well judged and never heavy.
Desserts were just as impressive, truly melting in the mouth. The lemon tart deserves a special mention: light, vibrant and perfectly balanced, with a beautiful briny lemon purée.
A fantastic meal from start to finish. Can Garrit is a place where quality, flavour and attention to detail really stand out. We’ll definitely be back.
