Can Garrit Calvia

We had a truly wonderful experience at Can Garrit in Calvià. Every dish we tried was outstanding and clearly made with care, skill and a real understanding of balance. We started with the croquetas de jamón, perfectly crisp and full of flavour, followed by an excellent steak tartare. The aubergine dish was absolutely delicious, and a great example of how simple ingredients can really shine. The schnitzel was beautifully cooked, the tuna fresh and delicate, and the homemade truffle pasta elegant and deeply satisfying. The real highlight for me was the arroz meloso with Iberian pork — rich, comforting and incredibly flavourful, yet surprisingly light, just like the rest of the meal. Everything felt well judged and never heavy. Desserts were just as impressive, truly melting in the mouth. The lemon tart deserves a special mention: light, vibrant and perfectly balanced, with a beautiful briny lemon purée. A fantastic meal from start to finish. Can Garrit is a place where quality, flavour and attention to detail really stand out. We’ll definitely be back.

During our vacation in the magical place that is Calvia, we stumbled upon an amazing restaurant. We were surprised by the magical decor, professional service, and, above all, delicious food. We were served by smiling waiters and fed local dishes such as homemade potato fries with shrimp and egg, and a dish with pork on risotto—heaven in our mouths. We highly recommend this place.

This is a fantastic restaurant. We have been here twice. Very correct, good and friendly service from the staff. The menu offers beautiful dishes that also taste excellent. Both inside and outside on the terrace in beautiful Calvia, it’s a wonderful place to sit. Highly recommended!

An absolute gem! Excellent food and outstanding service. Menu is quite short and very well composed, as is the selection of wines. Nice to see that the expansion from Vermoutiqe in Santa Catalina not only manages to keep the same high standards, but exceeds them. Very impressive.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Organized a meal for a big group and Roberto and the team were so helpful and accommodating to our needs. The food was really tasty, the restaurant is elegant and welcoming and the service from the team was friendly and attentive. Would 100% recommend.

Love this restaurant, wonderful staff, beautiful restored building, inside and outside terrace ( weather permitting) great menu something for everyone, nice sharing options, meat fish and vegetarian dishes, loved the prawn cornets in filo pastry, the weiner schnitzel is great. Special dishes normally available too, good selection of wines , cocktails available, staff are all superb!

Grate place! All food we had was amazing and the chef came out from the kitchen asking us how everything was. We will be back for sure!
