It was my first time at the store. I was politely met by Dante at the door. He did an excellent job of showing me around and educating me on the seasons latest products, the standards, and the unique heat rating system with which the Canadian Goose products are labeled with. I felt my time was well spent in the store. It was clean, well organized and not too crowded. I couldn't have had a better guide.

I went to the store today since I had a defect on my jacket after only two weeks. The person I talked to turned out to be the manager, and was very friendly and understanding and immediately confirmed he can exchange it without shipping it in or anything (which is the usual procedure at CG once it was worn). Since the same color in my size was sold out he offered to have it shipped or pick any other color they have, which I did, and I left the store with a new jacket a little later. No NY sales tax either even though I originally bought it in NJ without. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but it turned out to be a great experience!

I purchased a winter coat from Canada Goose about 2–3 years ago and have already experienced significant insulation loss. The warranty team only addressed the loss of insulation in the sleeves but would not repair the rest of the coat, despite a lifetime warranty. For a premium coat at this price point, insulation failure this early is unacceptable. After a significant amount of back and forth without a satisfactory resolution, I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed.

it was my first time at this store i was super happy with Justin he shared about the temperatures of the jacket showed me various jackets and showed me what I liked I recommend justin for your shopping at the store . I went in for 1 jacket amd came out with a vest as well. well served the time and money. thank you justin

Incredibly unacceptable experience with not only this store - but the brand itself. 1. Spoke to Omeal (or Oneal) at this store about a return. He first stated that he could not accept the return because it was worn. I advised that, that was naturally the case as I had to try it on - and inside the house. He claimed that he had to speak to the manager. 2. He said he was able to accept it, but not without the receipt. I advised him that the online team had provided only the receipt I presented to him. 3. I told him I had driven over 2 hours from Connecticut, he said he couldn't do anything. I asked to speak to the manager - he said (now differently) he was the manager. 4. It was 6:56pm, the store closed at 7 pm. It was 18 degrees outside, and I was with my wife and 4 month old. I asked him to have my wife and son wait inside till I got the car 3 blocks away. At 6:59, him and 2 of his colleagues escorted my wife out of the door - despite my wife's reluctance to take the baby out in the cold. 5. President of North America, Ana Mihaljevic reached out to me. Promised she would verify with store cameras, and also promised that she would process the return. After 3 follow ups over 45 days in total, she avoids emails and has not gotten back to me. Before spending any of your hard earned money with this brand...know that this is the type of company you are dealing with.

The store wasn't that big, but the products were well displayed. I was able to hear detailed explanations about the functions of the clothes and how to repair them.

I had an unbelievable customer experience at the Canada Goose SoHo location in New York, and it truly deserves recognition. Kimberly, Andrea, and V were all welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional, making the entire visit enjoyable. Andrea, in particular, went above and beyond in every sense—her attention to detail, patience, and genuine care exceeded all expectations and set a gold standard for customer service excellence. Received a Canada Goose jacket as a gift from a friend and noticed a manufacturing issue with the pocket. The store manager was very helpful and did his best to assist us. Really appreciate the effort and service!

Came to the store to try on a parka. Outside is a small roped area and security. A front of house greeter me and asked how I could be assisted and I waited less than a minute to enter. I followed a sales associate who brought me to the specific rack. He brought out a couple of colors and sizes for me to try on and was super patient when I asked to try on a completely different style. It was quite busy, so the space felt a bit overwhelming with people walking around and trying on jackets everywhere.

They did not have my color coat in stock. They called Jersey, got in a day, no tax. My salesperson was very nice, knowledgeable.

Expensive fuckin jackets, but good quality. The exclusive entry shit was a little annoying. Wanted to beat the door boy. Good product. The kid who helped me was nice. I was warm the rest of the week.

I can't say enough about how amazing our experience was with Justin at the Canada Goose store on Fifth Ave. He was so super helpful, offered us something to drink and made sure we were happy. Such a wonderful experience!

I needed a front two zipper set set for a vintage parka,they said i have to send $50 along with the jacket .I then said i can do it my self just mail it to me, they said No. They refused to honor their warranty.Seems like they want to make more money of you.Terrible company,not dissent human beings, its to be expected coming from a socialist country.Never buy from these people.they also sell used jackets online so they rather not fix the old ones for customers so they can sell their own.Buyer be aware paying so much money for not honoring warranty.

What a terrible store. I went there wanting to pay $1700 for a parka. I waited in line only to be treated like crap. Horrible presentation. No labels on anything. Rude, standoffish, unhelpful staff. I can't believe this store represents a high quality product. I went to Northface and saved a ton. A disgrace. Piece of shit store. The worst.

I have always bought my Canada Goose online since there are no physical stores in CA, and their online store is very efficient. During my vacation in NYC, I hesitated to visit the store due to negative reviews, but upon entering, I was warmly greeted by a doorman/security guard and an employee who offered assistance - not what I expected after the bad reviews. As mentioned in some reviews, the shop was bustling, and nearly everyone was engaged with something or someone. Nevertheless, people would casually say hello to me in whatever section I happened to be exploring. The staff were friendly and attentive. At one point, two different people assisted me, and they genuinely seemed happy to chat with me, contrary to my expectations based on the negative comments in the reviews. I'd also like to mention that I did go to the 5th Ave store before coming here, and I found that the staff were helpful, even though not overly warm, but friendly all the same. They didn't have what I wanted there; that's why I came in here, and I'm glad I did. Seeing that the staff here are all pretty young, I imagine Canada Goose may have improved their customer service by employing all new staff and providing good customer service training after hearing all these bad reviews from potential customers over the years.

I am generally not someone who would post a negative review but my experience in this store has been really really bad. A Luxury brand and selling good quality stuff at a premium, we expect Canada Goose's customer service to be top notch like other luxury brands we shop at. But attributed to Store Managers like one Wagner Ortega, the whole experience is ruined. Had bought 2 different sizes of jackets from the NYC midtown store and online and wanted to return the one we got from the New York midtown store. Wagner told me I could not return it in the New York downtown store. This person is very rude, does not know his responsibilities, told me that there is nothing he can help me with in a simple return that took me 10 minutes in the midtown store. I daresay Wagner is lazy, irresponsible, ignorant, rude and racist in his approach. Whilst I have no complaints with the merchandise you sell, and no issues with the midtown store staff, I really wanted to register a remark about this person because of whom I had to waste an hour driving to and from the midtown store because he refused to do his job.

Passed by this past weekend to replace my previous parka and was very please with the customer service Was greeted at least 3 times by different associates and the one who finalized the sale, Marcus Negron was an all-around total expert and I could tell he knew the merchandise perfectly-I felt in good hands and eager to make my purchase. My visit was quick, business was smooth and I'm in love with my new parka-glad I snapped up one of the last real-fur pieces before they're phased out-only the best value! Thank you Canada Goose, I continue to remain a happy, loyal customer, and thank you Mr. Negron for your outstanding customer service !

Wow! Business is really good because they really don't care if they sell you a jacket. 80° outside wanna buy $1100 jacket. Saw it two days ago they said they would put it aside came back and no one wants to find it. We even offered to pay for it over the phone with a credit card They no we'll just hold it come on in. Do not go here go somewhere else!!! And I can see there's a bunch of other bad reviews on the site . Come on guys fire the manager and get somebody new who can run the store properly.

DO NOT BUY A JACKET FROM HERE. This is a "luxury" brand that treats its customers like we are disposable. I went to this store and had to wait in line--with a security guard--outside. There was zero customer service. I had to ask several "team members" for help in order to check out. I guess they didn't want my $1200. When I did a return a week later, I was given the third degree by management. They gave me a hard time to make a return (despite all the original tags and receipt available). If you have to buy Canada Goose, please go to Saks, Bloomingdale's or any other luxury retailer. You'll get a better experience.

store manager is an absolute idiot. doesn't know how to do his job correctly, has zero respect for his customers. came in to get a price adjustment for my coat because i had store credit i wanted to use instead. the idiot stood there and told me it was unethical to do it. ? basically didn't wanna do his job and just wanted to bust my chops. that was by far the most stupid reasoning i've ever heard. clearly the guy has ego and confidence issues creating a problem for no reason.went to the 5th ave store and had zero issues with the adjustment, completed within 3 minutes. karma will get this dumb store manager what he deserves :)

I have a Canada Goose parka that I really like. I've had it for a while. I had an issue with the cuff fraying and because I like the jacket so much, I brought it in to have it repaired. It only happened on one cuff, so it seems like a defect. But honestly I would've paid to have it fixed because I like it so much. They shipped it off and had it cleaned. Which may be why the fraying got so much worse. Anyhow, after the cleaning they looked at it and said it couldn't be fixed because it wouldn't meet their standards. The color wouldn't be the same. Honestly, who cares? So they returned it, but now the cuff is super messed up. I would give the store 3 stars, the people were helpful. The jackets are 4 stars. But their service is bad. I had high expectations and was pretty disappointed

All we saw on this past trip to New York was Canada Goose jackets on just about everyone on the streets. It made me want to get one for myself, so we decided to stop in on the Canada Goose store in SoHo to see what this was all about. Unfortunately, they were pretty much sold out of everything, and the sucky part about that, was that we had to wait in this line in the cold before we could get in. I will say this, I do like a lot of the other stuff that I saw at this store, like other accessories and such. I will probably order my stuff online.

I went here yesterday to purchase a coat for the year and I have to say, for a luxury store the service was abysmal. I came into the store with a list of two jacket styles I was interested in and the sizes I wanted to try. No one approached me until I asked and the service was halfhearted, and lazy. Lots of eye rolling and no help. Luckily I am familiar with the brand so I knew about different fits, etc so I was able to figure out the right style and size for me....but frankly, the salesperson should have been helping me. I ended up buying the jacket anyway (as I needed it before winter), but spending 1400 dollars to get McDonald's level service was a hard pill to swallow.

Wow worst costumer service ever. Went to return/exchange a coat I received as a gift and the lady there was SO RUDE. Went in today around 2pm and the shortish brunette lady working there told me they didn't accept any returns or exchanges in store and that I should read before buying. Even after I told her it was a gift she continued to give me so much attitude and was absolutely no help. I don't know what she was going through, but that is not how you treat people. Btw I went on the website afterwards to check it's return policy and I do not see it stated ANYWHERE that I can't return things in store. Wtf.

Massive lines outside of the store are now the standard experience for shopping at Canada Goose. You'd think the hefty price tag would be enough to elevate their "highprofile brand status... There were hardly any people inside the store and yes they insist on having a line of 20+ people outside waiting in the cold. It doesn't matter which time of day you go (I've come by at many different times of day including opening time) you will be expected wait a MINIMUM of 30 minutes. And, once inside, the line to check out is equally long. The products are great but go online, go to a retailer, go to Canada, (where they are much cheaper) go anywhere but don't shop here! Unless you enjoy waiting in long lines for no reason.

TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I'm appalled. If I could give his place NEGATIVE stars, even that would be too much. I just left the soho location where a female store manager and male General Manager (who refused to give us his name) verbally assaulted me after refusing to exchange a size x small Canada Goose jacket for a size small. I told the male manager that the size didn't fit me and he body shamed me in front of a store full of people that it "wasn't his problem". They claimed there was makeup on the unused, tag on, pristine condition coat - that was a gift to me - that I hadn't even tried on yet. When I asked to see the makeup ... even they couldn't find it!!!!!!! They were rude, abusive callous and absolutely disgusting. Please avoid this store and company PERIOD.

Great experience! Due to covid, there is usually a line for getting in but that is reasonable - just choose your time wisely. I was a little apprehensive about returning an online order in the store due to a previous review, but had absolutely no issues whatsoever (as long as you abide by the CG website's posted return policy). Been here a few times and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I went to this store with my girl friend. She was looking for a nice warm winter coat for a while. I heard about the quality of their coats too but only problem is I'm so addicted to design and how good the coat looks. Anyway, my friend got a nice warm coat from them and the retailer and the cashier is very friendly and helpful. The cashier actually told us the warranty after my friend bought the coat. It was so nice to know for an expensive coat.

Went in to exchange a jacket for a different size after receiving it as a gift. Was leery to use this location because of the mixed reviews, yet I couldn't have been more pleased. While crowded and busy, after a short wait outside, I was immediately assisted by an eager customer service representative who ensured that I found the right fit. He was patient and friendly. Associates at the register were equally as helpful and made for an easy and hassle free exchange process. Don't believe everything you read- as a result of a very pleasant experience I'll be returning soon to purchase again. Thank you.

Worst telephone system ever. The recording repeats endlessly never letting let you know whether your call is actually being handled. I worked 8 years at Banana Republic in NYC: We were never permitted to treat phone calls this way. I don't think you should have to jump through senseless phone loops to find out if a $500 sweater is in stock.

Great store with great inventory! Coats keep you crazy warm and with an array of jackets for any lifestyle, this is the store you want to buy your special coat from. I recommend doing some homework on what you are looking for beforehand.

I'm going to start this review about the store, then end with the protestors. Expect to wait in line. My wait was about 30 minutes or so. I didn't mind. You just stand by the side of the store. As people come out, people are allowed in. Someone's there to guide you. Inside, there's a broad selection. It was like a candy store with all of the things you've browsed on the CG website -- in person! I have two CG jackets and want one more plus accessories. It was a nice experience overall. Trying them on in person was priceless. Now to that pesky situation... I didn't expect protestors to still be present. I thought that was a grand opening thing. So when I turned the corner with my Canada Goose coat on and the large emblem on the front, I was like, "Uh-oh." Anyway, I walked through them without incident, stood in line behind the police barricade and waited it out. The protestors yelled at and recorded me standing in line. As an actress, I wanted to taunt them, but didn't want to make the job hard for police officers there. I also am not one to actually do that. They have their position and that's fine. Besides, they feed off of any reaction. A man smiled and they went in on him. They called me names, recorded me as I stood in line and also others wearing CG coats. They have signs, a large screen TV with a video, a drum, whistle, devices to record you for their website (without your permission) and people yelling at you. The intent is to intimidate you. Three people left the line and they thanked them. Those of us who stayed were targeted. I happen to have noise blocking headphones. They seemed angry as I bopped to my music. So that's what I'd advise. Bring noise-canceling headphones or someone else with you. Also, one lady's daughter had a headache, so she was allowed in early. I've never been in this situation before, but it was interesting. It would be better if CG or the city could keep them a certain distance rather than right at the entrance. But that said, they didn't change my mind. I'll be back again. And I'll certainly buy more Canada Goose products as much as I'll buy eggs and chicken. I've never seen protestors in the dairy section. I'm out!

So glad Canada Goose finally opened a store in New York! I feel like they have all models/sized. In fact the new model from Fall/Winter 2016 collection I needed to buy (Canada Goose Savona Bomber Black Label) was out of stock for my size on the site, but they did have all sizes in store! There is a line to get to the store (I waited for an hour). The reason for that is a personal manager provided to each customer and their number is limited. The protestors in front of the store are extremely aggressive. They get into your personal zone, too close to your face, to your ears, their only goal is to force you to leave. Put headphones in and turn around. Don't start any dialogues with them, otherwise instead of few people screaming at you you will have ten. Great experience overall. Great company

It's great that they have a store!! And they have a wide selection of styles but noooot sizes.... Especially if you're a women ordering the range of XS-S I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have your size in the color and size that you want. To be fair I was shopping a few weekends before Christmas in the winter... The salespeople were hit or miss, one was great and fast and knowledgeable, one was spacey and said "we don't have a size S in this style in any colors"... even though I was holding the exact jacket, in a grey color in a small...so she didn't even check when she went "to the back". Overall I think they have lots of salespeople but need more quality .... Jackets great though, never been cold since.

Service is excellent...staff was very nice and very good taking care of me ...and this band is my favorite winter coat... we'll be back again.

Rude staff. Rude people. Asked a woman if they had a coat in stock and she replied "Ugh, I just put it back. Do you want me to go get it?" Isn't that your job to help the customers that come in the store? I ended up finding a coat I wanted to purchase but instead left the store because the service there was so rude.

Try on your size and model (they usually dont have the color and size you want) and buy it online. The service is truly terrible. I'm buying a $1000 dollar coat that I worked hard and saved for because I'm originally from LA and used a friend's coat here and there because they told me these keep you warm without layering. The fur coat they tried to sell me was damaged with a big chunk of fur missing and they tried to pass it off as 'every fur trim is different'. I'm glad I didn't purchase it as I read from another review that tried to return a damaged coat and the return was not accepted. This is a $1000 dollar jacket, the saleswoman looked at me like if it was nothing. If I'm spending 1K on a jacket wouldn't it be common sense to make sure the coat's quality is on par? Not to mention the they make you write down your contact information and don't even contact you when the next shipment comes in. I went there 2 more times (because you can't call the store directly you get pointed to a call center that doesn't help you at all with their store-front inventory) This was still in early fall, before the massive lines in the winter, I can't imagine how horrible the service is now. I get how busy you are, but how hard is it to have an intern or new hire to just follow up with sales requests? This isn't physics or eye-straining coding. For a premier brand, you'd expect better service at their flagship store in the US. Get a fitting here and leave, thats all this store's good for.

I came here thinking that it would be a quick in and out trip. Nah. If you're thinking of coming here, pencil out at least 90 minutes for the entire trip. I waited an hour just to get into the store. People would walk by asking "are they giving out free jackets?" The irony is that people are waiting an hour to go in to spend $1K+ on a jacket. WAITING. TO DO SO. This only goes to show that Canada Goose is doing supremely well. Once in, you get a personal adviser/shopper who will help you find a jacket for your size. This person will get your jackets, let you know how you look, etc. Very helpful tbh. Otherwise you would stand there all day and try on every jacket. For people who don't know what they want, it'd take forever because a lot of the jackets look the same at first and it's only after you try a few on that you see the differences (and then begin to form preferences on what you want). While I was trying on jackets, a PETA protest started forming outside. Shoppers became concerned but the employees will tell you that it's fine and they'll leave soon. While I was in line, I saw a boy who got a daily allowance every day and he paid for his jacket in cash. You will also see a lot of Asians in this store. Asians love their Canada Goose jackets. People will be buying their 3rd or fourth jacket. I saw one girl just casually take one that she wasn't even in love with, but just needed. I asked the check-out guy about inventory and he said that they had sold out of the XS/S/M fusion fits the day before and the one I was buying just came in this morning. Not sure if this is true, but I could certainly believe it by the looks of how popular this store was. Overall it was an interesting experience buying my first jacket here. There are only a few brick-and-mortar CG stores in the world so it's no wonder that when tourists visit, they visit here to buy a jacket. When I left, PETA yelled at me and one girl followed me asking me if i felt bad about supporting a billion dollar company. The security guard walked me to the end of the corner and as I left, I could still hear PETA hysterically screaming at people, mostly the tourists who probably just added another down parka to their collection of 20. Update: jacket is very warm and helpful in this New York winter. Love it!!!

I would expect excellent customer service but these worker don't know their head from their asses. Not coming here ever again instead got better customer service for the same coat in blooming dales.

I would have given five stars but the bizarre conduct of the security guard was something I could not get past. I purchased two jackets online, and I traveled from Long Island to execute a return and exchange. The boxes the jackets came in were huge and I was struggling with them when I approached the locked door. There was no line, and the store was still open. The boxes were about to fall out of my arms when I attempted to enter the store. I was pulling on the door handle, while the security guard peered at me through the glass doors. He finally decided to open the door for me but he stood squarely in my path-- and he made no attempt to assist me with the boxes. I had to ask him what he was doing because he refused to move, and he did not say anything. He just stared. He acted as if I should work my way around him until a female employee came and took the boxes off my hands. I was further helped by another female employee who was very professional and processed my transactions in a competent manner. If it were not for those two women, the experience would have been a bust. That security guard needs coaching or some basic common sense. I have never encountered anyone who was so clueless. This incident occurred on this date at about 7:30 pm (11/29/2021).

Went to their store expecting I would able to try few jackets (for the sizes) before finalizing which one I like to purchase and what a disappointing experience that was. To begin with this place is extremely disorganized. It was nearly impossible for me to find anything. Most of the jackets were just thrown into a pile so not sure if they are seriously expecting customers to dumpster dive into it and find anything. With that setup it was impossible to find anything let alone looking for your particular size. There staff is also mix of bunch of snobs and were clueless which was a huge led down. The first lady I asked to help me simply refuse to do so and told me that she don't have much knowledge about bomber jackets. Really? So why you are even working at this store then?After minutes of time wasted with that person I bump into another staff member who told me that this jacket is only available in "1" size and color at this outlet. I really don't understand how someone would tolerate this kind of service/behavior. If I need to buy online I will do it myself. The whole reason to visit outlet is to try in person to get a sense of size and fit. After all this I did what seems to be a right thing. Simply walk across the street to NorthFace and bought two jackets from them and these are perfect for NYC winter.

Arrived when they opened and waited about 15 minutes to enter in sub-10 degree weather. This seemed kind of weird especially when the store didn't look very full, but there were employees offering hand and foot warmers to the line which was nice. Once I got inside I could see why they control the entry. You need lots of room to try on coats (picture arms stretching out everywhere) and you need proper attention from the staff to get sizes out of the ample back room stock. I had a good experience with a very nice sales person who promptly found the jacket I was looking for and kindly offered his opinion on size, etc. I am admittedly a low maintenance shopper, but I just don't have any complaints about this place, the wait, or the staff. Got the jacket I wanted am happy to have it even if for a few days a year. It's a relief to know I won't be cold outside in no matter htemperature. Update: I love the jacket I bought. It is perfectly warm and cozy. Worth the wait and every penny!

I can only recommend this store and people that works there. i was there twice, first to see what kind of jackets there have, what size gonna fit me and etc and second time actually to buy the jacket. I actually found that other style fit me better. They responded all my questions I had!

Visit during the summer. No crowds, no protestors, and excellent help from the staff. I would consider a Canada Goose jacket as an investment piece of clothing, so you want to take care of it. Single reason I'm rating this place 5 stars is the fact you can bring in your jackets for cleaning. They get shipped to Canada Goose where they'll get properly cleaned and if your jacket has a fur trim it will be reconditioned. Compared to the cost of a jacket I thought the cost of cleaning, which includes shipping to Canada and delivery back to my apartment, was absolutely reasonable. Pro tip: Go to the store on Canada Day, July 1st, and enjoy some free cupcakes.

Terrible warranty process. I have been waiting for weeks for my warranty claim to be processed. At this rate it will be summer before I get my replacement.

Happy with service. Place is heavily guarded with plain clothes security. Various display of products with the red,white and blue patch. Some has the black and gray patches. Complimentary Voss water after purchase. Nice sliding vault where more of the goose downs are kept

I came here Jan 1,2018. No line, and yes it was 10am when they open. Found parking right in front. There were people inside. Maybe around 20. It was a fast transaction. I fell in love with the Rossclair Parka xs purple. While the world is full of Black and Grey. I chose Purple. They had my size and I purchased. My first Canada Goose. I'm so happy with my purchase

We went there yesterday, thursday 6pm. We love the staff. They were very helpful and tried to accomodate us even though they're kinda busy with other customers. I love how they made suggestions on what size to purchase for my 11 yrs old daughter. My husband took most of the time in choosing and maybe tried 10 jackets:) they explained to us how the hoodie works, warranty, etc. Also, the guy told us the worst time to buy jacket is on winter time bec. the line is very long (2hrs wait). We spent almost an hour there. We made sure that we get the jacket that we really like bec. it's not cheap! All in all, I gave this store 5 stars & highly recommended

I purchased a jacket online and it was too big. I wanted to simply exchange the jacket for the correct size but also wanted it immediately. They do not have a phone number for the store posted on the site and the google / yelp number is incorrect. Instead, I journeyed downtown assuming that they had the basic parka in stock. There, I was met with very little product selection, very unhelpful salespeople, and was told that they couldn't return something purchased online although it had tag and receipt and was unworn. Complete waste of a trip. Also, the place is surrounded by PETA protestors, which I'm actually in favor of as from what I know Canada Goose has extremely poor animal rights conditions. Just know that it's utter chaos regardless of your stance on that. I'll be leveraging north face's much cheaper, equally warm and nice looking vegan alternative down from now on to keep warm.

THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I tried to make purchase online but for some reason couldnt. I figured I'll just come to the store. I had called them prior to have it on hold and no one pickup. So i ran there right when they close. I saw there are still atleast 4 people in there browsing. I came already knowing what to get and its gonna take literally 2 mins to do the checkout. They didnt let me. And after the security talk to one of the sales person he let me in but told my bf to stay outside in the cold. I went in and address that i was having a bad experience,the security wasnt nice the sales person and her "manager" defended him and themselves saying they are doing "courtesy" for me for letting me in. While im trying to make business for them which gonna take literlally no more than 2 mins. And again, there are people there still browsing. Its not like im the last person holding them to go home. When i mention about i had called them they said "oh well we are busy" when I saw a bunch of sales person just standing doing nothing. And they said if im not purchasing then she can escort me out. Can you believe that??!!! And again i said this bad customer service is bad for your company. And when i said "instead of apologizing, you just defend yourself and your team." She said "Yes I am". Then another guy came to me and basically i need to pay or leave. This is enough for me and all everybody I know to never put our money on this horrible horrible company!!! PLEASE NEVER BUY STUFF HERE!!

I was at a Canada Goose store the staff and service was eddy good. Sales lady Ciara was we're knowledgeable about products. Made my shopping experience were pleasant. Thanks

A beautiful Chinese girl Associate has helped me choose a Parka, and I love the first choice that she picked for me. I could have spoken Chinese, but my Mandarin is alright. Always go with your first choice, because that is your best choice ever. I have taken my time exploring most of all Canada Goose Parkas. I have chosen my second Parka in my Canada Goose. They make the best coats out there in the market. I couldn't have enjoyed another Parka since owning a Carson Parka In November 2018. I am definitely seeing new faces of Associates. I guess that everyone had moved on.
