There is an interesting and extensive display of the post-revolutionary building work and design in China. There are multiple rooms with lots of photos, video interviews, posters and mementos about the remarkable achievements made in China in the field of architecture and city planning.
I was disappointed there was not much Canadian content since the name of the museum implies there would be some.
There is an impressive book store and library containing possibly all published material on architectural related topics.
Public washroom do not seem to be available. Currently, as of January 2026, there are renovations on the exterior of the building which make access confusing.
