We had planned our visit in advance, and the concept is really interesting. But things didn’t go as smoothly as expected. When we arrived, the two of us were seated at a tiny, uncomfortable table — and it turned out there were only about five of those in the whole place, which feels far too few.
The food itself was generally good. The duck was tasty. However, the drinks were surprisingly expensive for what they were. And the oil used for the fries definitely needs not just more frequent changing — it needs replacing altogether.
The service was disappointing. No one asked if we wanted anything else, and sitting with empty plates for a long time completely ruined the experience. With an almost empty dining room and only two occupied tables, the dishes could have been cleared much sooner instead of 10 minutes after we finished.
It’s a beautiful place, but things just didn’t work out for us — the circumstances weren’t in our favor🥲
