Canary Hotel

We stayed at Canary Hotel Amman for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The valet parking was especially convenient since we had rented a car, and it made our arrival stress-free. Breakfast was delicious, offering plenty of local options that gave us a real taste of Jordan. The staff truly made the stay memorable, particularly the lady at the reception, who was warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the gentleman responsible for cleaning the rooms, who was equally hospitable. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel right at home. All in all, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend Canary Hotel Amman to anyone visiting the city!

A highly recommended, centrally located choice in Amman. The hotel is convenient, with many sites within a short walk (if you dont mind exploring on foot), otherwise short distance from cab/taxi, and the room and bathroom sizes are good (deluxe junior suite). While there was a strong smoke odor in our non-smoking room upon check-in, the staff was quick and effective in resolving the issue. They are warm and helpful. Liked liked the Lebanese/Middle Eastern breakfast buffet and the quality of the on-site restaurant.

Very friendly, clean and easy hotel in Amman! Friendly service on arrival and well-appointed rooms. It's not huge so it gets very busy at the great prices they offer, so book early! Incredibly friendly staff who are very welcoming. Breakfast in the beautiful Lebanese restaurant was delicious (and make sure you have lunch or dinner there too!) and Rustic bar is also attached to the hotel, which is an amazing night spot for drinking and people watching! I'll be back for sure!

I would stay here again if i came back to Amman. Excellent service, good rooms, and great location. The breakfast here was one of the highlights of our weekend. There was also a man dedicated to making sure all the breakfast items were being reloaded. I look forward to having a beer at this bar in the future.

The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for both work and rest. A standout feature is their rustic-style restaurant, which combines local charm with high-quality cuisine. It’s ideal for business dinners or relaxing after a long day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with character.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Staff indicated they had turned off the fire detection system on the 2nd floor so guests could smoke, which I'd guess is a fire code violation. The hotel also has a popular bar on the ground floor which creates a lot of noise, I was unable to sleep before the bar closed at midnight. Finally the ground floor area was also partially under renovation and the breakfast area smelled like paint fumes. I would not recommend staying at Canary.

The hotel is ideal for those seeking to enjoy the moment and explore city adventures, thanks to its proximity to major tourist attractions. It’s also situated in the peaceful neighborhood of Jabal Al-Weibdeh.
