Canastra Estoi

We stumbled into this store on our way to Estoi Palace. It was actually one of the highlights of our trip! The gentleman was lovely and told us a lot about the history of his products and was very knowledgeable about how they were made/the ingredients in them. We found his little talk fantastic and entertaining and he absolutely made the visit inside worth it. Purchased some amazing honey, the quality is fantastic and makes it worth the price (which I personally don't find too expensive considering the hard work and high quality!). I hope you're reading this, we absolutely loved you and I'll definitely be back! :)

Nice shop full of artisan food and goods! The owner Stefano is really knowledgeable and friendly. He talked me through all the specialty produce in the region, and the family’s favourites. I picked up a few things and all of them are great, especially the almond :)

We wanted to buy some local presents, and this store definitely hit the spot! The owner explained to us all of the products in detail and was super friendly! Be sure to check it out if you are nearby and want to try genuine products from the region. :)

The owner is so delightful. He took time to explain the production of his products and the proper use for each of them. His store is a gem, and it is definitely worth visiting and bringing back a piece of his beautiful country back home.
