What an amazing place! The service here is truly exceptional. We stayed for 3 nights, but wish we extended for a 4th night! We were told we were upgraded to a superior suite from a junior suite , but not sure if that was the case, since the rooms look a bit different than the photos on the website. The breakfast was divine and the service by Christos was incredible! The staff are very attentive to you and your needs. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and also having lunch there. The food was definitely memorable! The only thing that bothered me was that I ordered the same salad later that evening to the room and it was a bit different and didn’t taste the same. Also, I was contacted a few days prior to my arrival for my plans. I informed them that I was interested in the spa and was told someone from the spa team would contact me. I was never contacted nor approached, so I skipped on the spa. Overall, we had a great time and it was a memorable stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade that immediately set the tone for a remarkable experience. The property combines elegance, comfort, and sophistication with impeccable service that can truly be described as palace-level. Every aspect exceeded expectations: spotless cleanliness, exceptional bedding comfort, outstanding dining options, and a team that was always courteous and professional. Petra restaurant clearly stands out, offering cuisine on par with a fine two-Michelin-starred establishment, while the breakfast was simply superb. A flawless and memorable experience.

Canvases Oia Suites felt a little bit like stepping into heaven. My husband and I were in the honeymoon suite. We both agreed that this was the best hotel we have ever stayed at - and we have been blessed to travel quite a bit. The location is perfect- so close to the pedestrian street of Oia. The views were like every postcard of Santorini you drool over. The breakfast was sooooo yummy!!! Don’t say no to the bread basket or fruit plate. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special as we were there to celebrate my 40th birthday. Sleeping in a cave? Cool, dark and perfect after a long day in the sun. We can’t speak highly enough of this comfortable, luxurious hotel. Don’t miss swimming in the Infinity Pool overlooking the Caldera.

This experience by far was amazing. Chris from the restaurant did an exceptional job. He went above and beyond any other resort staff we have experienced. He not only took the time to explain cuisine, but also informed us on many activities in the area and about the area as well. The resort did an amazing job at providing us with everything that we needed for our stay. They were on top of everything that we had booked and on top of anything extra that we wanted to add. The best part of all is this location. It is absolutely stunning. We had the honeymoon suite on the highest level and it was by far one of our favorite rooms we’ve ever stayed. I would highly recommend this resort.

A spectacular property. The view and service are unmatched. We had a problem which was quickly and kindly fixed - and had a great stay. Loved the restaurant at the Canaves property next door - Adami - great evening views, service and food (be sure to try the fried tomatoes). Situated right in the town of Oia, it is not difficult to get around. I hugged the manager Fay when we left because she was so nice and helpful.

We spent several nights here over the summer and enjoyed it. The rooms and location were good. The food at the pool/restaurant was pretty good. The staff was friendly and attentive. Everyone from check-in, housekeeping, bartenders and pool servers took very good care of us. The only drawback is you still have to walk up the street with cars to get to the main walkway so it is not on the main strip. I wish they were higher up in Oia. Overall, it was a good stay and we would return.

My husband and I stayed here during our last stop of our Greece trip. This hotel was fantastic! We loved staying here. Our room had the most incredible view, everything was clean, and the service was incredible. The hotel staff was always available if you needed them and the food was great. We loved sitting at the pool every day and the service and drinks at the restaurant were top notch. Can't wait to come back!
