I was led to believe, by the empty promises made, that my booking included a 15% CAG direct discount. This was promised by the reception staff herself who took my booking. However, upon checkout, I found that I was charged the full amount. When I disputed this with the reception staff, who happened to be the same person who booked me originally, she said it was out of her delegation and only the manager could give the discount. I insisted on speaking to the manager, who then said it wasn't his delegation either and that he had to send the request to their head office. I insisted that they email them while I was still there and to copy me in. This was done, though I still question the legitimacy of the email address it was sent to. The email address did not look "business like" at all. It looked like it was addressed to a random or friend or family. To this very day, one month later, there was NO discount credited to my account, NO response to the email or my follow-up email, and NO call back to the messages I left .... I will never be booking with this place again.
