The hotel’s location is fantastic, within walking distance of the Atomic Dome and Peace Memorial Park. The interiors are beautiful designed and high-quality throughout, making it one of our more luxurious hotels during our trip to Japan. Our bedroom was noticeably larger than most Japanese hotels we’ve stayed in, which was a lovely change. The rooftop onsen was such a bonus! My partner sadly developed a shoulder injury during our trip, so access to 'spa facilities' at this hotel was such a luxury. Breakfast was mainly Japanese with limited Western options. Unfortunately, the food tended to run out quickly and took some time to be replenished. We also had to wait a while one morning for a seat, which was a bit frustrating when we wanted to start our day early. That said, the staff were consistently polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and service.

The room is unbelievably dirty. The toilet is not clean at all... This is not acceptable everywhere and especially in Japan. While the room is spacious, not sure why the hotel decided to hang the hair dryer above the toilet... You deserve better with this price range, even container hotel is much much cleaner!!!

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The bed is massive. There isn’t much of a view though, all you see is another building. Public bath was decant and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was normal, you have a selection of western and Japanese breakfast. The choices weren’t huge but it was good enough for me. Many foods were either empty or had very little left. Foods didn’t get refilled fast enough. Hotel location is good, centrally located, short walking distance to shopping street and the Peace Memorial Park.

Staff were very nice and hotel was very clean. Like many Japanese Hotels the room was very small. Spa was good. Unfortunately they did not install enough elevators when the building was constructed and sometimes a queue develops on the ground floor.

Walkable to both the castle and the museum/peace park. The rooms are OK, nothing special, but fine if you are staying 1-2 nights (enough to see Hiroshima). Breakfast also OK, lots of savoury food like curried meats and fish which may not be to everyone's taste. The one thing I did love was the onsen on the top floor - you must be naked, but it's separated by gender - this was a great relaxing experience after a long day of walking to sit in a boiling hot bath and look out.

Staying here right now, 13th April And can't grumble about anything. In the lounge with drinks, plenty on offer. Room we are in is a bit tight for space but more than comfortable and clean. Breakfast selection good but is a bit hectic, and tight for space getting around the central island. So be up first and miss the rush or just deal with it. No complaints so I'll just finish my G and T have a red wine before heading up stairs.

Good luck getting breakfast. They have tables available but still make you wait in a long line - way to save money on tourists. The staff is not able to do anything. Our tour guide voiced the concerns multiple times, nothing is done. Air conditioning is confusing to use, very strong even when using at low settings. Made me sick, had to turn it off for the night. Pros: good central location; onsen is well-maintained and has a sauna; comfortable clothing provided; I enjoyed a sofa sleep pad in the room in addition to the big comfortable bed. I wish I was able to have breakfast as promised…

We booked the Private Spa King room for our visit to Hiroshima in April 2025. Because it is a high-rise hotel, the rooms are very quiet and the views were AMAZING! Floor to ceiling windows along two full walls of the room. Room was spacious by Japanese standards, lots of room for our luggage. King-sized bed was very large and very comfortable, important for my 6'2" husband! Coin laundry available. Breakfast included many Japanese and European options, all delicious, with great views from the dining room as well. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the complimentary in-house onsen, but our room included a private, open-air mini-onsen, which was AMAZING after a very long and busy day before arriving in Hiroshima from Kyoto. 15 minute walk from Atomic Bomb Dome, about 20 minutes walk to the Peace Museum. Perfect hotel for a day trip to Hiroshima.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. It was a bit difficult to find the lobby - you had to take an elevator behind what almost seemed like a hidden door at the bottom floor outside. Staff was SUPER nice. Rooms were nice. Nice bathrooms and lots of charging. I do think I got a bit of food poisoning from the buffet, however. Darn that room temperature deli meat. Aside from that, it was great.
