We chose C&H as our landscaper for a small backyard project, and we couldn’t be happier with their team and the work. Lisa (the owner) was communicative and friendly and helpful, and Andrew (our project manager) was honestly a Godsend. Andrew was so direct and honest and also brought a great sense of humor to the whole experience. Their construction team was kind, timely, and super detail oriented. Our neighbors actually complimented them on keeping noise to a minimum (tough in small duplex yards in a busy neighborhood). The team made helpful recommendations and absolutely made our dream yard come to life. When minor issues came up, they were quick to resolve them without any hassle—we felt like we got the best service we could’ve found! Highly recommend choosing them for your yard project.

We just wrapped up a complete front and backyard remodel with C&H landscaping. We can't say enough about how pleased we are with the quality of work and the professionalism of the whole team. By the time the project wrapped up Lisa, Andrew and the crew felt like family. From design to completion, they managed every part of the process with incredible expertise. No matter the ask, they had an answer or solution. We also loved our daily crew. Like clockwork, they showed up on time every day, were thoughtful and considerate, incredibly skilled at their craft, and cleaned up EVERY day. We would definitely work with C&H again! I had a great experience with C&H Landscaping. They helped us solve a very difficult drainage problem that involved several houses. I was very happy with the design and plan they put together, the pricing was competitive and the execution exceed my expectations. They did great work, it looks really good and most importantly solved our water issues. I would highly recommend their team.

C&H did a project for us including making a pathway and additional yard work. The job is done in a very professional and attentive manner. Me and my wide we appreciate how the results of the project turned out. The schedule was good.

Brett, Andrew and the crew did a great job with fully reworking our front and back yard. We have been enjoying it every day since the project wrapped up! For hardscaping, C&H built a retaining wall and columns in the front, back door landing and steps, paver patio and new concrete walks. Their masonry work is top notch! C&H even procured and laid salvaged decorative bricks to match the bricks on our home. For landscaping, C&H designed a 100% Colorado native xeriscape in the front, and redesigned the turf and shade gardens in the back (80% native in the shade garden). The native gardens were a special request we made for the design and I appreciated Brett's work on making it happen! We also added veggie beds, which C&H hooked up with its own irrigation zone. Other details were reworking the gutters to drain underground and away from the house; adding landscape lighting; and completely reworking the irrigation system with new zones and using drip for the gardens. I especially appreciated how much everyone on the C&H team cared about the details and proactively made sure any issues were corrected so that everything was done well in the end. I also really appreciated that they worked with my summer construction schedule; I needed to get a bunch of work done in the back yard before the patio went down and Brett patiently worked with me on scheduling their crews around this.

From the very beginning, Lisa and the whole team were great. Lisa showed early interest and excitement about the project (a major backyard re-landscaping), which was reassuring. And the project manager and crew were amazing. We noticed their timeliness, hard work, attention and dedication to detail and craftsmanship, tidiness, and conscientiousness on a daily basis. They also responded promptly to an unforeseen drainage problem after they completed project. I can't imagine redoing the backyard again, but if I did, I would call C&H!

We are very happy with the design by C&H and the realization of that design installed by their professional crew. They finished earlier than planned and followed through after installation. They feel like a small 'mom and pop' company, in the best way. Use them if you want real individualized attention.

Lisa, Andrew and the whole crew were all great to work with from the design to the installation to the post-installation support. They were very transparent about pricing but also creative in suggesting alternatives to expensive items. They corrected any items on the fly without hesitation. The landscape design looks great. Our house easily has the best landscape on the street and the backyard hardscape is even more amazing. I look forward to doing more projects with them in the future. C&H Landscaping did a wonderful job creating and landscaping a xeriscape for our front lawn. We're getting a lot of compliments from our neighbors and random people walking by. Lisa, the owner is very personable, informational and full of great advice. Don't hesitate to at last reach out for a consultation. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had C&H do what I'll call landscape refresh - remove/trim overgrown or unhealthy plants, bury some lighting cable, pull a ton of weeds we'd gotten very behind on (this included pulling back a lot of rock to get at the actual roots of tree shoots coming in from our neighbor), refresh some bark and just a general clean up and they did a great job. Lauren came out in person to review and give us a bid along with Hannah who would lead the crew and they were both professional, friendly and didn't push us into more than we wanted. Hannah was our crew lead on the actual work and she was terrific. We liked them so much we signed up for biweekly maintenance to keep it looking this way.

C&H Landscaping is a superb company to work with. The owners are hands -on and it shows in every detail. From initial conversation to final project and now to 4 years later we thank Lisa, Trevor, Rudi and the entire hardworking team for helping transform our backyard to a space we absolutely love. We talked with a few other landscape design companies, but C&H's integration of design and construction was really superior. I'd love to live in Lisa's head for a bit because she is so freaking amazing in her ability to visualize opportunity where other's see limitations. Lisa's creative design took 2 awkward raised, separated patios and an oddly angled yard and somehow made it all look seamless, functional and beautiful. We give all the credit to Lisa for her incredible design that helped us imagine a transformation of the space that we clearly could not have thought possible. Now that the plants have grown more robust the thoughtfulness of spacing and timing of blooms is even more apparent- it feels colorful, lush, not crowded. The design/construct process is so efficient and thorough that we felt comfortable leaving for vacation for 3 of the 5 weeks of construction. We knew that Rudi as the foreman, the very hardworking team, and Lisa's oversight would ensure that the plan was flawlessly implemented. A final word on Rudi and the team who did all the hard work. They were the best I have every experienced for any project ever. They worked as a real team, they never took a shortcut, they worked relentlessly, they were kind, respectful and the quality of work shows. Highly recommend C&H Landscaping.

We really enjoyed working with the C&H team. They did great work and everything was neat and clean when done at the end of each day. They were vey responsive, had great customer service, polite, patient, and thorough. They walked us through estimates and made suggestions on where to lower costs to fit our budge as needed. They were knowledgeable, listened carefully, and had a crew out on our project who worked hard long hours with hot days and were still respectful and very nice every time you asked questions. I highly recommend using Brett, Andrew, Rudi, and all the team. They provide excellent follow-up service after the landscape was installed as well to make sure the maintenance and irrigation are running smoothly and everything is growing properly. From start to finish, we had a 5 star experience!

We really took our time and interviewed a lot of landscaping companies in Denver for our job. Besides C&H, we talked to Inside Outside, Lifescape, Elite Landscaping, Four Elements, and a few more. We selected C&H because Lisa Webb (the owner) had the best design and her scope of work was really comprehensive - no last minute additions or changes. The pricing was also competitive considering we had so many bids to look at. Once the work started, it was ultra-smooth. We asked her to work with a 3rd party pergola company, and they integrated it perfectly. The crew worked hard, didn't cut corners, and fixed any small issues as they arose. We also found Lisa to be a very reasonable partner when we noticed some minor scratching on our fence, which was inevitable from the workers going back and forth. Now that the work is done, we couldn't be happier when we look outside and spend an afternoon in our backyard. It's nicer than our house!

We had C&H design and build a fireplace in our backyard, as well as complete relandscaping. I want to start out by saying that we really love our fireplace. It turned out beautiful and Lisa designed it in a way that it looks like it was built with the house. It is stunning! The crew who worked on it were amazing. They were prompt, hard working, friendly and courteous! However, the landscaping was a disaster! 90% of our new plants died within the first year of planting. I told Lisa that we get zero sun in our backyard and plants requiring g dun were planted. At first, they said my husband changed the water (which he never touched when Kyle from C&H set it, they said they weren't getting enough water, then within 2 weeks they said they were getting too much water, again, system set by C&H. I called the instant I started seeing the plant dying. They said their policy was up after 30 days (my fault, I missed this in the contract). I called about 2 months in. They finally agreed to replace just the hydrangea. Other landscapers, like Designs by Sundown, give a year warranty. Any plant can look ok for 30 days. My friend who used C&H would agree as well. Great for fireplaces, but would never recommend for landscaping!

I loved working with C&H on a project that involved a driveway fill-in, new patio, and all new front landscaping. On budget and even finished early! Their crew is made up of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. Seriously, they would be working 10-11 hours a day, even in the midsummer sun. And the project turned out even more beautifully than I expected. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I sent this a week or so ago to C&H. They suggested and installed some plants which (apparently) were inappropriate for the location they suggested. I haven't heard anything back...so I guess I will have to fix their mistake. Be warned, - cjm ************ Lisa - Just so I have this right: * In May 2019, I contracted with C&H to update the property * This included putting in $3,000 of Blue Point Juniperus Chinensis along the path, for privacy o C&H selected the location and type of plant * In 2020, the Blue Points had died - overwatering was the assumed cause of death * In May 2021, Chris and Carin pay an additional $1,500 (half the cost) of replacing the Blue Points * On May 27th, we agree (email below) that C&H will visit the property in 3-4 weeks (meaning end of June) to look at the plants o During this period, we HAVE had someone come by the property to water the plants... * On July 14th(7 weeks later...not 3-4 weeks), C&H visits the property and notes that o The Blue Arrows are running brown o They needed more water o The soils and sun will likely not support them So it doesn't seem like C&H is keeping to their part of the bargain... * You didn't come by the house as per our agreement and * You now suggest that the plants you planted are in the wrong place...which were put there by C&H

Lisa and the staff of C&H landscaping redid our front entrance to our house and it turned out Great. The workers that showed up every day were punctual,polite and professional and did great work. I would most definitely use C&H again for any landscape needs!

I'm very disappointed with the plant warranty. I contacted C&H in the fall for 2020 with photo evidence of the plants that had died only 5 months or so into the job install. Since it was so late into the fall, they agreed to come back out in the spring of 2021 to replant the plants that had died and inspect others. They planted only one plant again even though I had photo evidence of others. My point - I called them endlessly all summer long and they ignored me again and again. Such a shame because we paid $25,000 for our landscape job AND I referred them to others in the neighborhood at the time. They were unwilling to recheck the plants that had died or get back to me on the multiple times I had called them? So I probably got them a good $70,000+ of business and they couldn't replant the ones that had died? Basically they have no warranty - and they will not respond. Tell me how that is following through with your plan. Smiles and glad to collect on their payment but unresponsive after the fact. Tell me how all 9 plants here isn't a water irrigation and design issue. We clearly have checked it many times. They even have access to our smart water controls. I have been trying to get acknowledged this over and over and still fighting against - not my fault so much time passed - I contacted them before the warranty was up. They chose to not do the remaining work after they agreed to come back out! Very disappointed in the job ethics.

We scheduled a free estimate and design with C&H Landscaping in early August 2017 they made it out in early September 2017 to do a walk through of our new property. The estimate walk was detailed with a lot of questions from Lisa. At the end when the budget was discussed we were told this really would not be a good fit. It would have been nice to go over the budget on the phone instead of wasting our valuable time. The budget was enough to purchase a new Lexus.

Stay away. I called this company to get an estimate and spoke to Lisa, the Owner/Designer. She scheduled an appointment with me over the phone. A day before the appointment, she emailed me and said she thought we had an appointment for the next day, but didn't remember the time. I reminded her of the time and asked her if that still worked. She confirmed it did. My husband and I had to schedule our entire work day around that appointment. Our time came and went, and an hour later, she still hadn't shown. I tried calling and emailing; nothing. Then I realized her cell phone was listed in her signature. I called that and she picked up. I asked if she was still coming and she said sorry, that she never wrote the appointment time down. I reminded her that she had emailed the day prior saying the same thing. She said "yeah. And I still didn't write it down after that so I just went home". Wow. Every landscaper I call right now is busy; there's no excuse for saying "I'm so busy". I'm busy at work too, but I sure don't forget to schedule a customer in my calendar TWICE. If I did, I wouldn't have a job. Well, now they will not have our job. I would encourage you not to give them yours either.

C&H has done a couple of projects for me and I love their work. They transformed my backyard into a Zen garden and also xeriscaped the front yard. They are always on budget and on time. Their crew works really hard and is extremely helpful. I would hire them again for future projects and would recommend them.

Lisa and her team at C&H have been fantastic in assisting us in landscaping renovations. Lisa worked with us throughout the design and estimation process, and was great in providing professional insights as we weighed our decisions. Nick ran the jobsite operations, setup the crews and helped with all of the odds and ends throughout the process. Several times we needed immediate adjustments or updates, and Nick was always super responsive, oftentimes returning the next day to tweak and adjust anything from sprinkler issues to stain touchups. C&H started and (more importantly) completed each project for us on time and within the originally estimated schedule. Budget and update discussions were always very transparent, and they were quick to fix any issues without discussing additional costs. I would highly recommend C&H for any outdoor projects.

C&H Yelp review: We hired this company in early 2015 to completely relandscape half of our front lawn. We regret it still to this day. We are still having to remove large areas of grass that their workers didn't remove, despite that being our #1 request (remove all grass). We had to fight to get a couple hundred back from them, on a 10k project, because many of the plants we paid for were never planted, or died right after planting. We agreed to a hydroseed wildflower section that turned out horribly. It was beautiful for a couple weeks, except where their workers trampled through areas of it and it never "popped back up" like they assured us. Now, in its 2nd season, it's 90% thick, tall grass - only a few wildflowers came back. They planted 3 bushes amongst the wildflowers which were completely choked out by the wildflowers within the first couple weeks. Just this week, we had to RE-repair where their workers sliced through their own drip lines. Can you imagine seeing several repair patches on newly laid drip lines? Well we were assured at the time the patches would hold just fine. We had to have their incompetent sprinkler guy out several times to correct the many errors with the irrigation. Too many to list here, but for example, one of the trees had 3 water leads to it while another had none, drip line zones were mixed in with regular sprinkler zones (an obvious problem to any competent landscaper), and some zones (even for areas they didn't do landscaping for!) were left with non- or no-longer-operating irrigation lines. It was a complete debacle. The only good thing I can say about this company is that they were all very polite. But we would have much rather dealt with rude and competent. And finally, the large service berry tree they sold us started dying last year. We were too busy with a newborn to contact them within their warranty period. 2 years later and we still grapple with daily regret over hiring them.

Lisa and team turned my backyard into a hummingbird, bird, butterfly oasis! What was previously unused space is now my haven to relax in. They are too notch in landscape architecture and implementation.

Approximately 1 year ago we selected C&H Landscaping to design and implement a landscaping plan for our new home in Morrison, CO. The overall quality of the design and implementation of the plan was exceptional. Lisa, Nick and Rudy and his team did a great job for us. 1 year later, we had a warranty review of the trees/plants that needed to be replaced. 95+% of the landscaping looks great. A pine tree and 3 rose bushes needed to be replaced. C&H handled this as part of their warranty commitment. Overall, I would highly recommend C&H Landscaping. Larry Deans

After getting bids from 4 other landscaping companies we went with C&H and are very happy with our decision. We had a design already done but Lisa took our design and made some changes by just listening to what we wanted and actually showed up with a professionally done landscaping design not just a hand drawing like everyone else. They started on the exact day they told us they would. They crew was amazing! They were respectful, hardworking and showed up early every morning. They completed the job as predicted and what a wonderful transformation to our back yard! We are thrilled with the outcome!! We had a minor issue with the irrigation system and they came immediately to resolve the issue!! I will absolutely use C&H again for any landscaping we may need in the future. Very professional company!!

C&H did all of the landscaping for our new home a couple of years ago and did a fantastic job! Lisa did a great job listening to what we were looking for and provided a great design. Since the initial completion several of our neighbors have lost many of their trees due to weather but the quality of the plants/trees that C&H put in have held up great! We have had a few issues with settling that impacted the initial installation and C&H has stood by their work and been great about coming out for minor repairs. I would highly recommend this company for all of your landscaping needs.

Last year I landscaped the entire yard. This year I had to replace all the trees and plants due to poor quality and trees that were recommended and not appropriate the space. Will never use them again.

They did a fantastic job in November 2010. I had a backyard installation, absolutely wonderful xeriscape. All for $2000. Worth every penny. Unfortunately, Ashley Ingerham the angel I previously worked with, no longer works there. I called them up and tried to set up a consultation. I was told Dan would be in touch with me to setup a consultation. Totally blew me off. On the second go, I spoke with Lisa Welsh. She basically asked me my budget. Sounded completely disinterested, in my opinion. I told her 1000-2000$. She told me it was not worth her time for any project less than 5000$. Wow.
