I loved this hotel. Nice big room, with a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bed was comfy. (We brought our own pillows so I can't speak to those.) I happened to get a great rate also. Only 5 minutes to Disney Springs and about 15 minutes to any of the parks. Dog friendly. Appeared to be new or recently renovated. It seems to be pretty busy, so don't count on an early check in though

We stayed for one night and for what we paid the stay wasn’t that bad. Customer service at check in was good. We had a puppy with us and there’s not much of a pet area other than two little patches of grass in the back of the hotel. Covered parking garage was convenient, although anyone can park there (you have two restaurants next to the hotel). Room was spacious, they had the temp really cold once we arrived (aircon was powerful). The room was clean for the most part (curtain had a “suspicious” spill stain on it therefore it was not touched during the stay). You have a full refrigerator and freezer and two burner stovetop, we thought it was great for families that need to have snacks or food in the hotel. Lots of storage space. My biggest con is: there was a constant smell of marijuana throughout the day and night; also the morning we were checking out we spotted a tiny cockroach roaming the wall of the bathroom.

I spent a few days at this hotel for leisure. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The room was a very nice size. It was nice to have a recliner versus a chair - made it all the more comfortable to watch tv. Will definitely stay here again the next time I want to spend some time near Disney Springs and the parks.

Our family had a great stay! The hotel is convenient to local theme park, and the extra room to spread out was fantastic! The full kitchen was handy, and having a full sized refrigerator was great. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only challenge we had was that everything (plateware, cups, bathroom towels) were stocked in 3's, while the room accomodated 4, but this was easily remedied with a quick text to the front desk. We'll definitely be back!

We had to book a hotel last minute and this one came up. Thinking it would be good. As soon as you walked in the room you smell the mildew and cleaning products. The room has a lot of space but the smell was just throwing everything off. The bathroom was alright but you could see the cabinets need retouch. I bought a few sodas in the hotel, they charged me twice. I called them a bunch of times and they never seem to respond or give me a call back. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s your only option.

This apartment-style hotel is really minimalistic. I stayed there for a few days, and honestly, I wouldn’t go back. It felt very basic, with limited amenities and not much atmosphere. Instead, I much preferred the Staybridge Suites near Old Town Kissimmee. It has a much more comfortable, resort-like feel. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for longer stays. You also get access to a large outdoor pool, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and free breakfast every morning, which is actually quite decent compared to most places in the area. Yes, you’ll pay around $10 to $20 more per night, but it’s absolutely worth it for the comfort, services, and overall experience. On top of that, the location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and fun attractions just a short walk away. I definitely won’t be returning to the first place, Staybridge is my new go-to when I’m in the area.

This hotel will be easy on the pocket but difficult any other area. When we first checked in there was no welcome packet and the front desk associates are have horrible attitudes even if you are not being an issue as a customer. No towels will be in your room when you leave for 4 plus hours and neither will it be cleaned. You have to stay with this hotel for 7 plus days before they treat you like a guest. Until then you are just a peasant with a credit card. The pool was hot at 9pm and the back door leading to the garage never shuts leaving anyone without a key to enter if they would like. They will charge your card an astronomical amount. The only way you can get this to stop is to call you bank and discuss this issue with them. I tried to call after they charged me an additional $130 after paying the initial $80($30 destination and $50 holding) and they didn’t answer. This was frustrating because the overall service was terrible. This hotel should not be anymore than $120 a night because it is simply the quality of a side of the road motel with the managers special applied. Please do not stay here if you care about cleanliness and good customer service. I forgot to add that I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights and spend most of my days in the hot Disney parks. The last thing that I wanted to do was have to beg the front desk for towels to wash my body at the end of the day. I am a heavy packer and if I had known I would have brought more washcloths and towels. There was a coffee machine in the lobby along with other necessities you may need such as snacks and toiletries but they were priced higher than the grocery store right down the road. Honestly just stay at a motel rather than staying her because it is truly not worth it. The tourist areas in Orlando are bound to be expensive so that is understandable but I don’t think it is okay to consider yourself a new and improved hotel if you have the same qualities as the super 8 right down the road. There are nicer hotels in the area so book then if they have availability on your next trip.

My partner and I stumbled upon this hotel a few years ago and it’s been the only place we have stayed since. The large rooms provide ample storage space and a spot to sit down and eat… The kitchen that is extremely convenient when you’re wanting to have some food on the go or when you have leftovers from a restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly and inviting, we love the covered parking in the garage as well! The best part is probably the location though… Close to Disney, and within walking distance of several restaurants.

Yelp
I definitely give this hotel 5 stars. The staff is very nice, the rooms are very spacious and clean, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. This brand doesn't have breakfast so don't come expecting it. I'm saying this because I heard guests asking in the lobby; I knew before booking. Our room was super spacious and had a very large desk, kitchen with 2 stove top, dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, and microwave, and a king bed. The shower is ok. Doesn't have high pressure, but it's a typical shower for a hotel. Pressure is normal for hotels. The AC is quiet and works well. If going to Disney, the location is great. It took us 15 minutes tops getting home from Magic Kingdom last night [including me making a wrong turn]. Location is right outside the entrance of Disney so it's close if that's where you're going. Parking is a parking garage behind the hotel. I like that it's garage kept. First floor has very few spaces for non diamond members, but we easily parked on the way up to the second floor. All things considered, this is a fine, no frills hotel, with a kitchen. If you're coming up with more than 2 people you'll need more plates, utensils, etc. it was just my wife and I so we were fine because there is 2 plates, forks, bowls, etc. in the room. Also one small pot. I brought my own pan so I didn't look for one of those.

Yelp
Excellent management, very attentive and prompt. One of the things that stood out during our week. The pool area is very clean and updated. Watch out for the grills, they're in a poor state of repair and dangerous to use. You can use one of them, but the other is gambling with a visit to a burn ward. They've been told specifically of this problem. Room was cavernous, mostly clean with a few oversights. Odd stains on the sheet would be one of those oversights. Housekeeping is slipping here and there. Very good location, a few minutes to all the parks. The full-sized fridge was an oasis all its own. Built to be quiet even when other guests aren't, and it showed. Lots of construction workers living here long-term, and never woke me up leaving at 5am. That's no small thing. Looks like the private equity firm that owns the place really tries to save a few bucks around the edges, letting basic maintenance slip and not drilling down on hospitality basics. This is not the fault of the people behind the counter. They make up for it in price, room quality, pool area appeal, and management dedication.

Yelp
I didn't expect perfection; however, I did expect cleanliness and professionalism while staying at this location, & I received neither. I have been a loyal IHG member since 2019 and have normally felt well taken care of during my stays at various locations. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this particular location was far below the standards I have come to expect from IHG. There were a series of significant issues that I encountered during my recent stay from June 24, 2024, to July 1, 2024. Upon arriving late on 6/24, I found my room uncomfortably hot due to a broken thermostat. Despite notifying the front desk, maintenance was unavailable, and no alternative room was immediately offered. Eventually, I managed to get the window unit working, but the initial lack of assistance and subsequent issues with the room's cleanliness were deeply concerning. The following day, when I attempted to arrange a cleaning, I encountered unhelpful and inconsistent information from the front desk staff. Despite being told upon check-in that cleaning could be scheduled at any time as long as a day's notice was given, I was informed that the earliest possible cleaning was several days later. This forced us to stay in an unclean room, which was highly inconvenient and unsanitary. I was unable to use the kitchen area or the appliances due to sanitary issues. This was a huge inconvenience to me as a customer, as I was forced to dine out for several days as an alternative. Throughout my stay, my son and I experienced numerous issues, including inconsistent housekeeping schedules, poor and downright disrespectful communication from certain female staff members, and unprofessional behavior from certain employees. Notably, despite assurances from staff members such as Christopher, our concerns were not addressed, and promised follow-ups that I'd be hearing from the general manager never materialized. Additionally, on 6/29, housekeeping attempted to enter our room despite a clear "Do Not Disturb" sign, and despite prior communication that we no longer wanted service due to how housekeeping previously left our room after a supposed clean (view the attachments) and due to the fact that we were at the end of our stay. This disregard for privacy was alarming and unprofessional as housekeeping tried to enter the room repeatedly despite a locked door and do not disturb sign. This frightened my son. Later that day, when I attempted to resolve this issue with the front desk, I was met with rudeness, combativeness, and dismissiveness. I was given 3 different names when I asked who I was speaking to: Victoria, Elionna, or Nicole. To compound these issues, the toilet in our room almost overflowed, and while maintenance responded quickly, the attitude of the maintenance staff was cold, which made us feel uncomfortable as well. The elevator remained broken the entire time we were there, making it extremely hard to come and go, and the halls were riddled with trash as well. They were just as unsanitary as the rooms. Despite these numerous issues and efforts to address them with the hotel staff, including multiple requests and scheduled follow-ups, our concerns were largely ignored. The level of unprofessionalism and poor service we experienced from the women we spoke to at the front desk is unacceptable, particularly given the significant cost of my stay. I trusted that this feedback would be taken seriously and addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for future guests; however, no one at the hotel, despite being given multiple opportunities, has addressed or resolved any of the issues shared with them. As a long standing member of the IHG loyalty program, I value the quality of service that IHG typically provides, and I still hope that corrective measures will be implemented to uphold these standards. Despite being told that the GM would contact me by multiple staff members, it has yet to happen. I am hoping they will make this right, as no customer deserves to stay in an unsanitary room, nor do they deserve to be disrespected.

Yelp
Terrible place... we stayed in a room on the 5th floor. It was so bad. No water pressure in shower, the water was just a trickle coming out. So bad it was difficult to wash the soap off your body/hair. Door looked like someone kicked it in. It was difficult to open and there was a crack where the door where it meets the wall & you could see in the hallway. Do not clean your room, unless you ask them. Carpets looked old and dirty. No clean towels. I was told we'd try to find you some. We have always stayed here in the past. But it's time to find a new spot. This place must've changed hands recently. So disappointing

Yelp
RIPOFF REPORT AND THREATS OF ARREST IF I REFUSED TO AGAIN PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD FOR FRAUDULENT CANDLEWOOD CHARGES - Do Not Stay Here Unless You Want To Be Ripped Off, Bullied and Threatened by the Sheriff- This subpar dirty motel in the middle of nowhere intentionally overcharged my credit card. $391.11 when we booked and paid for a 6 night stay WHICH ENTIRE STAY WAS PAID SOLELY ON IHG POINTS. When we called both the Orlando International Airport Holiday Inn and the Candlewood Suites LBV requesting to waive the parking charge because of our highest elite status, both the Holiday Inn MCO and the Candlewood Lake Buena Vista (LBV) confirmed that parking in these unpopulated suburban areas would be fully waived. The Holiday Inn Orlando Airport stay was excellent. Hotel staff were excellent, very professional, and confirmed parking and any taxes were fully waived since we paid with points. Breakfast was excellent. Jasmine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. When we relocated due to work requirements to the Candlewood Suites Lake Buena Vista , the Candlewood LBV was a horrific and unprofessional experience. The coffee maker and several electric outlets did not work. Both the 2 towels provided were stained. The dishes and cooking utensils were filthy. Every day, there was a daily battle re: the parking charges which they fraudulently billed to my credit card for $391.11! The General Manager Marco was rude, abusive and threatening. After I reported Candlewood's fraudulent billing to IHG, Candlewood LBV fraudulently intentionally shut down access to my fully paid room when I returned from work after midnight. At approximately 12:45 am on Saturday Front Desk Assistant Manager Chris said he intentionally shut down my paid room key, demanded I sign new additional parking charges, demanded I provide an additional credit card when they had already overbilled $391.11 and threatened me with a $250.00 room cleaning fee because he said, "You're rich. You can afford it." Of course, we do not smoke. Candlewood provided No cleaning services during our 6 night stay. When I refused to provide another credit card (there was no problem with any of our credit cards) Chris demanded I provide yet another credit card (which they already had, was fully working ) AND REPEATEDLY THREATENED THAT HE WOULD CALL THE SHERIFF AND HAVE ME ARRESTED." To cover his fraud and bullying, Chris then lied to the IHG manager that I yelled at him. Do Not Stay at this Ripoff Dirty Motel - located in the middle of nowhere which rips off guests with fraudulent and illegal billing charges.

Yelp
This is a great place to stay on any budget. The cleanliness is top notch. Not one time during my stay did I see something that wasn't clean. The pricing was great. It even has a parking garage about 20 feet from the back entrance of the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. This hotel is pet friendly but you couldn't tell that there was any due to how clean the place was. The drive to the parks at Disney are great because the roads are secondary roads and there isn't a lot of traffic. The staff was very nice (everyone). If there was one negative I would say its the fact they only clean the rooms once per week (according to the front desk), but we asked to have our room clean and they sent someone up with no questions asked. This place is less than a 5 minute drive to Disney Springs. This was a pleasant surprise and would stay here again. If you are looking to go to Disney but are trying to save some money, I would highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
Stayed for 3 nights In September 2021. Myself, husband and son came to visit family at Ft wilderness. We wanted to be close by so we can meet them for events and dinners. The hotel was super clean. While staying, the cleaning crew Only comes in if you need them. Honestly, I prefer it that way since I don't like strangers going through our stuff. Don't know if anyone would do that? The air conditioner was fantastic. Super cold and that's very important to me. Also, lots of restaurants near by. Some within walking distance. The negative is the price did not include the 15$ daily parking fee. Because the hotel is clean and the air conditioning works great, I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
Excellent hotel close to Disney! The hotel is newer, clean and the staff is friendly! The rooms are nice with a roomy floor plan. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a parking garage and they charge $15 per day. There are plenty of food options within walking distance . We used Uber to go to and from Disney ( we paid $8-10 per trip) We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Yelp
Great hotel! We stayed here for 3 nights as we went to Disney World. An easy 8-10 minute drive to all parks and about 5 minute drive to Disney Springs. Many restaurants, convenience stores within walking distance. Rooms are very modern, clean, sleek, and spacious. Bed was incredible. They even provide good soap, haha. Not just regular hotel soap, they give you Dove. Good size pool area, although we didn't swim. They have bbq pits with utensils you can borrow along with other kitchen items, waffle maker, etc. Highly recommend, I was very impressed especially for the price.

Yelp
The lobby is spacious and comfortable. I waited there for about an hour while my room was being prepared. The front desk representative was understanding of my long wait and waved the parking fee for me that day. The hotel and location has a lot to offer such as local discount stores and eateries. I definitely will be going back there to stay!

Yelp
I need my receipt for business purposes and they keep giving me the run around and will not send it to me. I called three times over the course of a day to respect employees being busy. However, I am a customer that they are not helping with a time sensitive matter which I expressed to them. They'll happily take your money... But anything business related, forgot it. "I'll send it in a few minutes..." Two hours pass. I call again, "I'll send it in a few minutes." Rinse and repeat. Unacceptable. Customer service is non-existent.

Sabrina H.

Yelp
Sadly, we decided to go to Disney 3 days before Spring Break and this was the only hotel that had availability for our dates. When you call the recording says "Brand new Candlewood Suites" I wonder how old that recording is because it's far from new! The phones in the room didn't work so you had to go downstairs anytime you needed anything, the hot water only worked for the first persons shower and didn't work at all the last day of our stay, the toilet would barely flush, and to top it off, we found roaches!!! Never again will I stay at a Candlewood Suites, IHG really needs to do better.

Phil M.

Yelp
This was a typical drive-through budget placed hotel would not come here unless the price was right definitely no frills nothing terrific it's all about price here but it's fine for a sleepover.

Yelp
Very nice hotel in a great location. The property is kept very clean and is located within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Free parking and no resort fees. Swimming pool, fitness center and laundry facility on site. Beautifully appointed guest rooms. All of the staff are especially friendly and welcoming. Ideal for the personal, family or business traveler.

Yelp
NOT SAFE!!! THEY STOLE MY CLOTHES FROM THE ROOM CLOSET!! As a woman traveling this is beyond scary, I can't even imagine if my kids were here, I'd be terrified. They stole my expensive sweaters that were hanging in the closet, when I called in fear, the man that answered at 6pm on 08/30 refused to give me his name, said he didn't have a position title, said there wasn't any manager available and after he didn't realize he didn't hang up and called me the B word! The man said he "just wanders around the hotel". Like What?! There's a man just wandering around the hotel, answering the phone. No wonder my sweaters were taken!! I tried to call back later and he said his name was Joel, but I had spoken to Joel earlier and Joel did not have an accent like this man. When I called back the next day, I finally got the front desk manager Victoria who not only didn't help but only gave me more aggravating news. Victoria the manager she said she doesn't have a man that works there at 6pm with an accent. They never located my sweaters that were hanging in the closet, they just disappeared from the closet, Joel told me nobody was in our room. And on top of it all, they have a random person answering their phones?!!! What kind of delinquency is going on with this hotel??? There was no help after this actual scary situation, no apologies, nothing but cover up work. On top of being out $600 worth of clothes. This was SCARY!!!! Run! IT IS NOT SAFE HERE!!!
