We stayed for one night and for what we paid the stay wasn’t that bad. Customer service at check in was good. We had a puppy with us and there’s not much of a pet area other than two little patches of grass in the back of the hotel. Covered parking garage was convenient, although anyone can park there (you have two restaurants next to the hotel). Room was spacious, they had the temp really cold once we arrived (aircon was powerful). The room was clean for the most part (curtain had a “suspicious” spill stain on it therefore it was not touched during the stay). You have a full refrigerator and freezer and two burner stovetop, we thought it was great for families that need to have snacks or food in the hotel. Lots of storage space. My biggest con is: there was a constant smell of marijuana throughout the day and night; also the morning we were checking out we spotted a tiny cockroach roaming the wall of the bathroom.

This hotel will be easy on the pocket but difficult any other area. When we first checked in there was no welcome packet and the front desk associates are have horrible attitudes even if you are not being an issue as a customer. No towels will be in your room when you leave for 4 plus hours and neither will it be cleaned. You have to stay with this hotel for 7 plus days before they treat you like a guest. Until then you are just a peasant with a credit card. The pool was hot at 9pm and the back door leading to the garage never shuts leaving anyone without a key to enter if they would like. They will charge your card an astronomical amount. The only way you can get this to stop is to call you bank and discuss this issue with them. I tried to call after they charged me an additional $130 after paying the initial $80($30 destination and $50 holding) and they didn’t answer. This was frustrating because the overall service was terrible. This hotel should not be anymore than $120 a night because it is simply the quality of a side of the road motel with the managers special applied. Please do not stay here if you care about cleanliness and good customer service. I forgot to add that I stayed at this hotel for a total of 4 nights and spend most of my days in the hot Disney parks. The last thing that I wanted to do was have to beg the front desk for towels to wash my body at the end of the day. I am a heavy packer and if I had known I would have brought more washcloths and towels. There was a coffee machine in the lobby along with other necessities you may need such as snacks and toiletries but they were priced higher than the grocery store right down the road. Honestly just stay at a motel rather than staying her because it is truly not worth it. The tourist areas in Orlando are bound to be expensive so that is understandable but I don’t think it is okay to consider yourself a new and improved hotel if you have the same qualities as the super 8 right down the road. There are nicer hotels in the area so book then if they have availability on your next trip.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! We typically stay at the Disney resorts, but had a short trip this time and stayed off-site. The check in process was very easy. Dominique was very helpful, kind and funny. The hotel smelled great and was very clean. When we opened the door to our room, it smelled of clorox, which was a BIG plus. The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very good. The suite was very spacious and the recliner in the room was awesome to have! We would GREATLY recommend Candlewood Suites for an off-Disney property get away location very convenient to the Disney action!

I loved this hotel. Nice big room, with a separate bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Bed was comfy. (We brought our own pillows so I can't speak to those.) I happened to get a great rate also. Only 5 minutes to Disney Springs and about 15 minutes to any of the parks. Dog friendly. Appeared to be new or recently renovated. It seems to be pretty busy, so don't count on an early check in though

If I can give more stars than just 5 I would and I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I had to on this one. Greeted by very kind and resourceful Iliana at the front desk. Was able to check in early. She went above and beyond and left a great first impression of the facility. First impression of the room was it was immaculately CLEAN and spacious. I work in healthcare so the smell of bleach is very comforting knowing everything has been well sanitized. I also have sensitivity to dust allergies and there was no spec of dust anywhere. Washroom is beautifully lit and squeaky clean. My room had a full kitchen for use with a dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, full sized fridge with an ice maker (you have to turn it on or go to the lobby and get ice) with extra dishwasher pods and paper towel. Laundry machines are available on the main floor to use for free. Definitely coming back. Thank you again Iliana and IHG for a great experience

I spent a few days at this hotel for leisure. Staff was friendly. Hotel and room were clean. Kitchen is nicely stocked with a full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The room was a very nice size. It was nice to have a recliner versus a chair - made it all the more comfortable to watch tv. Will definitely stay here again the next time I want to spend some time near Disney Springs and the parks.

Our family had a great stay! The hotel is convenient to local theme park, and the extra room to spread out was fantastic! The full kitchen was handy, and having a full sized refrigerator was great. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only challenge we had was that everything (plateware, cups, bathroom towels) were stocked in 3's, while the room accomodated 4, but this was easily remedied with a quick text to the front desk. We'll definitely be back!

My partner and I stumbled upon this hotel a few years ago and it’s been the only place we have stayed since. The large rooms provide ample storage space and a spot to sit down and eat… The kitchen that is extremely convenient when you’re wanting to have some food on the go or when you have leftovers from a restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly and inviting, we love the covered parking in the garage as well! The best part is probably the location though… Close to Disney, and within walking distance of several restaurants.
