I’m giving this a 1-star rating. Coming from COK, the difference in quality is staggering. There is zero customer service; even the security staff are unhelpful. My account has deductions that don't add up, transactions take too long to post, and funds are being moved without explanation.
When I call, agents claim they can't reach anyone in the branch—not even the manager. When I visited in person, the Loan Officer was 'unavailable.' I simply asked the security guard to ask her to call me, but he refused to even pass on a message. I wasn't looking for a two-hour sit-down; I just need an explanation for my account discrepancies. I’ve already moved my retirement plan and will likely move the rest of my business elsewhere
