I ordered some Snyder's Sweet and Sassy Chips from this company and all bags I received had the expiration date covered with a sticker and were very stale. I contacted the company and Jon told me that my chips were not stale and taste good. This is very bad business practice and you should not be selling expired items. I paid over $30 for these chips and can’t eat them. Jon basically told me I was a liar. Why did you cover the expiration date to the point that the sticker will not come off? I know what fresh and stale tastes like. Update:After posting this review, the president of the company Jon Prince sent me a threatening email stating that I better take this review down or else he would get attorneys involved. He sold me three expired bags of chips and clearly covered the expiration date.

I will 100% shop here again! My wife and I bought candy as a birthday gift to our daughter and the service was amazing. They were out of one of the candies my daughter loves and so they reached out and helped me pick another candy that she loved. No other candy place ive been to has this type of service. 5/5 stars for making my daughter birthday!

My go-to for Halloween candy in bulk! They kindly take my order over the phone and I pick up on-site. The candy is always high-quality and packaged well. Staff seemed a bit confused that I was picking up in person, but no one made me feel unwelcome.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My order showed up with the packaging opened and packaging peanuts mixed in with the candy. I called immediately to request a refund, and experienced the worst customer service of my life. I politely followed the store's customer service return processes, was ignored and dismissed on multiple attempts, and eventually had to challenge my order with the bank.

These guys are by far the best company I have ever worked with. They are attentive to the customer needs and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We ordered bulk M&Ms from them and it came very quickly but was partially damaged. No worries though, they replaced it within two days! All the way out here in Portland, OR! Needless to say, I will make sure everyone knows about this company and how well they treat their customers. Plus they have FREE SHIPPING which all other bulk candy vendors do not offer!
