At first I thought it was a bit pricey ($14 for the breakfast) but it is totally worth it. I got the Salty and it was delicious, so many ingredients paired and prepared wonderfully. The deck is nice and shady and has a lovely view of the ocean

Absolutely loved our meals here! I got the salty and my husband got the sweet — the salty was extremely good. The ingredients all paired well together, taste was top notch, and serving size was perfect. My husband said his sweet meal was good (he’s not a foodie so I’d imagine it was actually amazing). & then to our surprise there was a rooftop deck to eat on where we had an ocean view! Service was quick and they took our order right at 1 when they said they were closing which was very nice! Highly recommend! Just know that the menu changes weekly so you’ll have to come to see what they’re cooking up!

An amazing breakfast sandwich served on a high deck overlooking a surf break. A really memorable breakfast!! Came here one morning with a friend while waiting for a motorcycle to get repairs. This is a really unique restaurant concept- one sweet and one salty option available every week. We got salty, and it was a savory egg sandwich on brioche bun with pickles, some sauce, and Carmelized onions. Really incredible food.

My favorite spot to get brunch in El Zonte! Coffee and food are both fantastic and I love the rotating menu, always such a nice surprise! And I really appreciate their clean / quality ingredients (like high quality oils and butter). Oli is an awesome person both in and out of the water -- a great surfer, super friendly and does such a good job running the cafe! A must-visit spot when in El Zonte.

Worth the wait. Delicious and meticulously crafted cuisine in an atmosphere sure to satisfy any surfer or beach goer. Watch the myriad of neighborhood people and pups walk by this fun and interesting street infront of restaurant and behind the restaurant is a very funky and cool looking surfer hostel with several types of accommodations. The rock art on the gateway to the restaurant is unique and well done and almost makes it worth visiting by itself. But it’s not fast food, so not the place to go if in a hurry at all.

Totally loved the Sweet / Salty concept! And both were equally delicious. A hidden gem find when you are in El Zonte. It might be slightly challenging to find, but the food is well worth it. They open early and close around 1pm. Head to their terrace for ocean views while brunching. 10/10 recommend giving this spot a try!

Everything is DELICIOUS, epic location, great staff! Best espresso… hands down. Just wow. This place is a gem. Ice coffee with homemade mylk blend & the hibiscus drink are not to be missed. Plates are huge, two options daily a salty and a sweet… both are excellent, surprising and fun. There is nothing basic about this place… the seasonings and special touches make every dish shine. The magic Chef Oliver creates with local ingredients is pure foodie joy. The view and breeze from the upstairs patio is a special bonus!
