Canfora Capri Sandals

The sandals look very nice but the customer service is appalling. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals on October 4th. It is now February 9th and I have received one pair. They do not respond to emails. When they do (rarely) there is an excuse and then you don’t hear anything again and no delivery so you have to start contacting them again. They don’t answer the phone. The business model is a disaster in my opinion. They do lots of advertising on social media and the sandals are good quality but they should be - they are more that £200 per pair. If I am complaining I am sure there are others who are doing the same. For a high quality product like this to have a less than average rating of 3.6 there has to be a problem. I have asked for a £233 refund for the non delivered item. That hasn’t happened either. I will be contacting my bank next to make a complaint. Personally I would avoid. Nice sandals but not worth the stress.

Custom made just for me!! I ordered online and the owner of this famous Capri sandal shop made the sandals from patent leather with a gold buckle at my request, then shipped them to my home in San Diego!

Bought a pair of the obligatory Jackie Kennedy sandals. So beautiful!! Now I can channel my inner Jackie O all the way in Florida. Can't wait to visit again, definitely buying another pair. So nicely made with beautiful Italian craftsmanship.

I had better service the night I bought $12 flip-flops from a Walgreens in Albuquerque. Canfora is an established, higher-end house, so I felt confident ordering from them when I needed sandals for a special occasion. My parcel was marked as shipped several weeks ago, but tracking shows that it has still not been accepted by the carrier: I’ve sent three messages to them about this but have yet to receive any response. Yesterday, I finally lost my patience and opened a dispute through PayPal. Please heed the other negative reviews and find someplace better than CON-fora to spend your money!

I had a bad experience buying online but I have to say they did refund the sandals after a few emails. I hope mine was a bad one-off experience. Still, I’d recommend buy using PayPal and not credit card. Seems like they’ve had similar issues before. But I am thankful they refunded my order!

The shoes are OK, but the service is pool when I bought the shoes. Today, when I went to the airport to get my tax refund, I found that they had written my passport number wrong. So I can't get tax refund

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have a few pairs of their sandals. One pair with stones that I have only worn a few times and it lost a stone. I notified them through Instagram and emails for over a year to just mail me a stone and I’ll get it repaired. I thought they would help me, sometimes I got answer about what they would do for me and then nothing. No answer, no replies, nothing. They just blow you off. These sandals are not cheap. You would think they would take care of a repeat customer or every customer. They do not give a crap.
