Canfora Capri Sandals

Bought a pair of the obligatory Jackie Kennedy sandals. So beautiful!! Now I can channel my inner Jackie O all the way in Florida. Can't wait to visit again, definitely buying another pair. So nicely made with beautiful Italian craftsmanship.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THE VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have a few pairs of their sandals. One pair with stones that I have only worn a few times and it lost a stone. I notified them through Instagram and emails for over a year to just mail me a stone and I’ll get it repaired. I thought they would help me, sometimes I got answer about what they would do for me and then nothing. No answer, no replies, nothing. They just blow you off. These sandals are not cheap. You would think they would take care of a repeat customer or every customer. They do not give a crap.

I visited the shop in Capri on 31st May 2023. The Shirley sandals in green and amber I wanted were not in stock but they told me they could take my measurements and send them to me in England within 3 weeks. I therefore paid in full, 4 weeks have now passed I still haven’t received my sandals I have tried contacting them via their website using the form, also emailing direct no reply. I have also tried telephoning them no answer. Looking at the reviews looks like this is typical so I am now going to have to contact Amex in order to try and get a resolution all very disappointing.

Well Worth it! I read about handmade sandals in Capri and wondered if it was hype or myth. It is neither; rather it is a very special piece of work. As i toured the coast, i saw so many shops offering handmade sandals, always with Canfora in the back of my mind. However, the sandals offered were all so cheap-looking. When i finally made it to Canfora, i immediately recognized the quality of materials and the workmanship which set it apart. Please do make the trip to store. Should you choose to buy a pair of sandals, you will undoubtedly have a unique and beautiful addition to your wardrobe.

I ordered sandals 2 1/2 months ago. My payment was taken immediately and 2 1/2 months later I still didn't get my sandals. I emailed the company several times and finally on November 22 they emailed me back to let me know that they did receive my payment but the sandals had not shipped out. They said they would get back to me with shipping details but after two weeks nothing. Thank goodness I used Paypal and I went to them for resolution. Paypal was great! They contacted the company and after a week they didn't receive any information so Paypal gave me a full refund. I wouldn't recommend Canfora. If you want great sandals and great service use Ancient Greek Sandals.... I received my order within an week!

Called in the shop today to buy a pair of sandals. Service absolutely unbelievable, stood in the shop for 20 minutes, never even acknowledged we were there or even existed. Would never reccomend this store to anyone, we were stood there to buy a pair of sandals costing €180 and they couldn't even say hello.......my suggestion is pop round the corner to Capri Pride and have the service you deserve when you are spending that amount of money........your loss Canfora Capri Sandals lost a sale because of your ignorance.

I bought a few sandals almost a year ago and after a long saga, they arrived. Costanzo was very kind and very helpful. And the sandals are so beautiful !

Can not recommend enough! I bought a pair of shoes from there in 2017 and they have literally become my go-to summer sandals since then. Amazing quality and comfort! If visiting Capri, this is a must.
