Tucked behind the main tourist roads this is a super find, I urge you not to miss this on your next visit to Gdansk, Food top quality and very attentive service. Jakob, ex Maths teacher, and our waiter for the evening was truly wonderful, spending time to explain food and wine choices together with the history of the restaurant. We pursued a photographic history of Gdansk whilst he answered our questions and expanded on several points of interest.

The food and service are exceptional. The music is super cool. We lost the track of time when being there. Absolutely amazed and in love with the place.

Best meal in Poland! This restaurant is wonderful. Our sever, Jacob, gave us superb recommendations for the entrees and wine. The entrees were masterfully prepared and included additional sides. We didn’t have a reservation but they were able to add us and the staff is very attentive.

A nice restaurant with a beautiful decor serving a variety of dishes. They offer live music which makes the place pretty loud especially if you sit closer to the singer. The food was tasty but some dishes were a miss. Service was correct.

Canis is a wonderful restaurant. Nice atmosphere, great service and delicious food. I absolutely recommend it if you are visiting Gdansk!
