Canne Bianche Lifestyle & Hotel

Talk about the best place to unwind and relax along the coast. Whether you want to relax alongside the pool or over in the shaded area in front of the beach there was a spot for you. ||Wife and I stayed in one of the rooms that had its own private pool. The room was large with two bathrooms, a seating area and an extremely nice outdoor area inclusive of a warm pool, shower and lounge chairs. Best of all the outdoor area was extremely private and gave the feeling of seclusion even if the main walking path was right outside your walls. ||The staff overall was fantastic and what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. Some of the cocktail waiters might have been a little snooty but overall everyone was super helpful and genuinely happy to help you. The wait staff at both restaurants go above and beyond even offering to cork our wine at lunch and save it for later in the evening if we wanted.||The food options were solid. We ate at both hotel restaurants as well as the snack bar while there. It’s nice that if you do get the fish of the day, they’ll often prepare it for you in multiple different ways whether it be a pasta and or light fried or grilled. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of fresh fruits, local pastries and baked dishes as well as an omelette bar. When eating at the main restaurant for dinner, it was a bit pricey compared to other locations on the island but the food and selection were still good.||Finally, if you stay at the hotel, you MUST book the spa for an hour. You have access to a steam room, sauna, pool and relaxation room. Wife and I came out of the Spa feeling incredible (I personally loved the peppermint in the steam room)

Canne Bianche is more than a luxury hotel on the sea, which can already sell itself for its location, majestic views, and 5 star amenities. Canne Bianche is a treasured experience that is magical, detail oriented, and so heartwarming it will have you planning your next visit, even before checking out. My husband and I spent 4 nights of our honeymoon here and couldn’t imagine creating memories anywhere else during such a special time in our lives. We were consistently blown away by the intricate details of the decor, breathtaking views of the Adriatic, and the warmth from the most attentive staff, who make you feel like family. ||We were immediately welcomed to Canne Bianche with drinks and snacks upon checking in and provided a thorough tour of the grounds and amenities from Lesley, our new friend. We were cordially invited to their “La Festa”, which is completely complimentary to all guests and offers entertainment, dinner, drinks, and dancing for hours. La Festa was a beautiful opportunity to connect with other guests (now friends) from all over the world, all levels of the staff, and the culture of Puglia in the most sincere and organic way. The restaurants, lounges, and bars on site offer the most delicious bites from the Puglia region, creatively crafted cocktails, local wines, and coastal views. Their complimentary breakfast feels more of a fine dining experience with the most attentive staff and (hands down) the most delicious eggs from our new friend, Lena. We truly could continue going on for hours praising and thanking EVERYONE at Canne Bianche for making our honeymoon more memorable than we could have ever imagined, especially Lesley, Lena, Noemi, Manuela, Lucrezia, Gilda, and Giuseppe. Reflecting on our unforgettable experience at Canne Bianche provides a clear understanding of why it is “The Lifestyle Hotel” and gives an even deeper appreciation for our time at such a magical place. We are leaving with fuller hearts (and bellies), new friends from across the world, and the most meaningful memories we will cherish forever. We can’t wait return soon enough. The greeting when we arrived was awesome! Very nice welcome drink with some munchies. Nice! Food was better than average but should’ve been better for the money. The wait staff, concierge, bellman and housekeeping was FIRST RATE. |It being a privately operated hotel the owner was there almost everyday, really doing nothing. Saw him berate the guy playing music. Not good optics. I hope the other employees are treated well. I believe they are seeing as how darn professional they are. No beach and you really can’t enter the water. Too rocky. Pool is beautiful though.

From the moment you arrive and are greeted by your charming Concierge, this place is an oasis of calm. To a man and woman the Staff are the jewels in its crown!!!|Rooms are spotless and well appointed….ours had a delightful terrace (my favourite). Breakfasts are plentiful with lots of choice and 10/10 for fresh orange juice every morning.|Lunches in the beachside restaurant were great and the whole place exudes comfort and Italian hospitality.|I would recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

Our time here was perfect! The staff are extremely professional and attentive. The grounds are spectacular. The rooms are just perfect - exactly what you need to chill and enjoy time exploring the coast and lounging by the pool. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The dining areas are beautiful. I wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.

This is our second visit to this beautiful hotel and definitely won’t be our last.|The staff are amazing, friendly, efficient and very welcoming. |The hotel itself is just beautiful, the room was spotless and very comfortable and housekeeping are so efficient.|Breakfast is superb, everything you could wish for and more!|We ate at Autentico and Giuammare and had great meals.|The pool and area around it is fabulous and the sun beds are so comfortable. |The beach bar staff are also so friendly and knew what we wanted without us having to tell them as they remembered us from the day before. |We couldn’t fault a thing and we can’t wait to come back.

We have recently returned from one week in Canne Bianche. Without doubt, one of the finest hotels we have stayed in and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a holiday that involves mostly (or entirely) relaxation in the sun, an amazing pool, close access to the sea and stunning array of drinks and food options. The worst thing about CB is perhaps also the best - there is very little worth visiting on foot in the surrounding Torre Canne area (there are certainly many great visits in Puglia if you have car, or do not mind paying the taxi fares). This for us was actually perfect - we did not feel guilty about rarely leaving the hotel! The staff are incredible by the way .... we are also lucky enough to be staying during one of the Hotel's special festival nights, and that was a wonderful experience. The next time we need a proper rest, we will be back...
