The hotel and staff are exceptional. Very professional, kind and very helpful. Always provided with a smile.||The food options were excellent, breakfast provided a vast array of cold buffet items as well as various hot choices. The bread was fantastic.||The evening meals were superb with a good selection for each day we were there. The wines were also excellent and suited our tastes.||Our room was extremely comfortable with a decent size balcony with a sea view. Always cleaned and restocked each day.||The pool and gardens are a real asset, with far reaching views to Canne Torre.||Overall a really fabulous weeks holiday.||Thank you again to the staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights & had a wonderful stay, from the moment you enter you feel relaxed. The service throughout our stay was impeccable in all areas of the hotel, staff are very friendly but professional & it is obvious that they want you to enjoy your stay and do everything they can to make this happen. Restaurant meals were excellent with plenty of choices. Our room was on the 1st floor with a balcony, whirlpool bath & shower, it was spotlessly clean. Loved the pool area & having your own small cool box with bottled water was a nice touch. Our holiday consisted of a stay in Matera, Alberobello & Torre Canne & a stay at Canne Bianche finished off our holiday perfectly.

We had the most wonderful stay at Canne Bianche hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome—especially Leslie, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are absolutely stunning and decorated so beautifully. Our room was spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed every meal. This resort truly exceeded our expectations and made our time in Puglia unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful hotel and location. True luxury combines location, facilities and excellent staff- this hotel has the perfect balance. Rooms are lovely with outdoor terraces, outdoor showers and indoor luxury. Two restaurants are also excellent and the pool areas are spacious and well attended- personal water coolers and towels are delivered to your sun bed. We were offered a party on our first night- what a great event, with a lovely atmosphere and a chance to dine with other guests. Good planning put language groups together and the wine flowed along with the conversation. Staff couldn’t do enough for you at breakfast through lunch to an evening drink and dinner. Getting to local restaurants is a breeze with good taxis easily arranged and even a Turk tuck serves for closer venues. Cannot recommend this place highly enough but be aware- it’s not in any way cheap 😉

We had a lovely stay. This is such a comfortable resort with many cozy spots for lounging, grabbing a drink or chatting with friends. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety. The service and friendliness of the staff is among the very best. They go out of their way to help with you with every detail and make wonderful recommendations as to places to explore and restaurants to try.

The staff to guest ratio seems much higher than many hotels which results in you feeling special. From arrival and being shown around by one of the “handmaidens “, all staff smile & greeted us throughout our stay. Rooms are nice, without being fancy. Comfy beds and good aircon. Dining areas lovely, and breakfast exceptional. The main restaurant is good, if a bit pricey ( to be expected). The pizza area in the grounds is nice too. Lovely pool and really good sunbeds. It is a 30 minute walk into Torre Canne and cabs are expensive. You cannot walk along the beach. Downsides were few but included 1. A 20 euro charge to use the steam room, even briefly ( surely for the price paid for rooms an extra charge is unnecessary? and 2. Outside areas are plagued by wasps,,with no apparent effort to reduce their impact. My special thanks to Anna, a handmaiden in reception, who was especially helpful to me.

Wonderful in all respects. My wife and I visited Puglia for the first time and our first stay was at Canne Bianchi for two nights. We had a wonderful time and could have stayed longer. The hotel is a boutique hotel, meaning lots of personal attention; not crowded; very quiet. We had a two room suite with two bathrooms which is very nice to have and gave us privacy. Hotel was quiet; beautifully maintained and decorated; the two restaurants were wonderful and the Pizza Restaurant had some of the best pizza we have had. The gym was fine for our needs; plenty of loungers and umbrellas at the pool; and the staff was wonderful. A special shout out for Patrizia who helped us arrange a car rental and other details of our stay. Everything was clean and in great condition. Highly recommended and a great way to begin our tour of Puglia. Thank you!

It was convenient, scenic, and made getting around easy and enjoyable.
