Really cute and peaceful place. Like a small 7 units boutique Hotel/Airbnb style. The owner lives on the top floor was very attentive and helpful at all times. Located In a quiet neighbourhood only 10 mins. easy drive to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful oasis like pool in the back and relaxing jacuzzi and wet sauna. Simple yet lovely continental breakfast was served in a room every morning. Free indoors car parking.

Cannes Villa St Barth is truly a hidden gem and feels like a home away from home. A five-star rating simply doesn’t do justice to this extraordinary place. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with warmth by the lovely owner Valérie. Her hospitality and attention to detail make the stay truly unforgettable. The rooms are beautifully decorated, stylish and incredibly comfortable – everything is thoughtfully arranged. The garden is absolutely stunning – a serene oasis with lush greenery and a gorgeous pool that invites you to relax completely. And the breakfast… every morning is a treat! Fresh, delicious, and made with love. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, luxurious, and deeply personal. Everything feels just right. This is the kind of place you never want to leave. Everyone should visit Cannes Villa St Barth at least once in their life… or twice.. or more.. – it’s an experience you’ll always remember.

The scent of the hotel is very spa-like. The owner greeted us warmly and made us feel really welcomed. Everything was high quality from bedsheets, bathroom amenities, furniture, bath room towels and breakfast. Also the bathroom mat! I can tell the owner has put in a lot of thought into the whole experience. The bed was so smooth and comfy - I’m very picky with sheets and bed. Highly recommended!

Beautiful oasis in Cannes away from the city's bustle. However, we did not appreciate the unhealthy breakfast of viennoiserie. 5 mornings of buttery sweets got swiftly monotonous. Would've liked some eggs and plenty of vegetables instead.

A haven of peace in the heart of Cannes; refined minimalist decoration. Standing *****. Comfortable bedding. Beautiful and comfortable SPA area. The garden and the pool transport you to an island that we will enjoy (re)discovering.|A Réal Good Surprise.

The room was a good size, large, light and airy, tastefully done. Good views over Cannes. Quiet and calm. Breakfast was eggs and bacon anyway we wanted them, fruit, drinks, juices and a choice of bakery products either in the room or in the breakfast area. Although we had breakfast around nine, I liked it that if you wanted breakfast in your room you could have it anytime apparently.||||We were disappointed in relation to price and what we expected from the photos and descriptions. My husband and I, after working incredibly hard and being exhausted, wanted a 3-day getaway. We dropped the kids off and headed to what we thought would be a luxury B&B with spa, hot tub, pool in the countryside surrounded by the 'tropical gardens'. We just wanted to relax. The 'villa' is in fact in a residential area above Cannes - hence good views - but when we got there, we were told that the spa, jacuzzi, hot-tub had to be reserved in advance and was extra, 69E00 for a couple with champagne or 50E00 - per hour! It was too cold to use the pool (late Feb) so we ended up doing the 30-minute walk to Cannes every day downhill and then taking Über's back. So, in the end, it would have been cheaper and easier to have stayed in Cannes. For a boutique hotel, there wasn't much generosity - nothing was offered - a small bottle of water 3,50 euros, there was a kettle but no coffee or snacks in the room, only one little bottle of shower gel and shampoo (for a couple?), frayed dressing gown (where I found a tab of pills in the pocket!). Cannes is great, but shopping and restaurants wasn't really what we'd wanted and so for 250 euros a night, the trip ended up really expensive and disappointing.

A huge disappointment!|The owners mislead clients into thinking they offer a 5* service (the guest house comes up as Maison d'hotes prestige 5* on search engines)|Don't be fooled, the 5* service is non existent. |Our room (Gouverneur) was spacious but lacked personality, cleaning is not thorough, large cobwebs and a spider, as well as dirt found behind the curtains, and remained throughout our stay (5 nights). There was discarded paper on our sofa, which I ended up throwing in the bin myself.|There was 1 small bottle of shampoo and shower gel for two people, we had to ask for more on the morning of day 3. There is no vanity set. They have installed a wall-mounted make-up mirror, nice but, as the lighting has been badly thought, you can't use it...|The room is equipped with a basic white plastic kettle and only herbal teas are provided, no proper tea... and no coffee machine.|It was confirmed over the phone that the balcony was facing the garden, this wasn’t quite the case, as it overlooked the car park/garage entrance with a glimpse of the garden in the background. I was also told there was a secure garage, which is true except there isn’t enough space to park the cars of all residents staying, and you end up having to park in the outside car park, which is okay but why not be honest about it.|Breakfast: the breakfast is decent but be prepared to wait (like with everything else at this hotel). The pastries are not from an artisan patisserie. You have to wait between 20min to half an hour for a couple of fried eggs. There is a clear lack of staff, when suggested I was told that it was due to Covid... We'd been touring the country for over two weeks and this is the only place where we encountered this problem...|The service is sub-standard, it takes ages to be served, ages for the tables to be cleared, and as a result turtledove birds help themselves on the bread and pastries left out. |The swimming pool is nicely landscaped with mature palm trees, bamboos, banana trees and other plants, unfortunately this is wasted with what should be a palm leaf covered parasol, which has been left with a bare metal structure and some areas look unfinished. The pool is left unattended, towels remain on unoccupied beach beds for hours to end, and the water was sometimes dirty, we wanted to stay at the pool for a bit on our last day, but the water was actually disgusting, some other clients had removed a full bucket of leaves themselves and shared their disappointment with us. No one asks if you want drinks, which one would think would not only be a nice thing to do but would also boost income, but no...|Icing on the cake, on Monday late afternoon we came back to the hotel and headed to the pool, I then noticed that the bar was closing, so I went up and enquired to be told by the owner that Monday is her day off!!!! I beg your pardon?!!! I mean we are in peak season, you run a hotel, with guests who pay €550 a night and you take a day off?! We were beside ourselves! They didn't even think of letting us know that in the morning. |The last day we asked for our bill, they gave us the dry cleaning (2 shirts and ironing for a few items) for free. |I was somehow looking forward to the checkout to share our feedback with the owners, again I guess my expectations were too high as she didn't even bother to ask us how our stay was!!!! I hope they read the reviews, but I doubt it given the lack of interest they show in their clients and the little care they take in their own business.|Well, I could go on with other little details, but I think you get the gist! Go to the Carlton, at least the service is impeccable, it costs the same and the location is perfect! The reason we picked this one over the Carlton was because of the pool and we bitterly regretted it.

My boyfriend and I stayed for just 2 nights in September 2014. When we first drove into the underground car park and went inside we both thought the place was very 'James Bond'. Its in a residential area out of town so you absolutely have to have a car, as others have said its also not really a hotel but more of a villa (hence the name). The owner is more than happy to serve you food or drinks either by the pool or in your room but you have to call her in advance. The rooms were impressive, very modern and luxurious and the grounds are beautiful. The owner has done an impressive job of making this place feel like a tropical paradise when in fact it is in quiet area on the outskirts of Cannes. It is a very peaceful place, perfect for couples who would rather not stay in the centre of Cannes.
