BLOWN AWAY by Canoe Club! I'm from Vancouver, Canada and I ordered something yesterday and I got it delivered to me today. There guys are FANTASTIC! Also had a few questions beforehand and they were able to correspond with me via text to sort things out. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Ordered a Frizmworks leather jacket from them online. Great product and great experience from shipment. Would recommend and order from again. Looking forward to visiting the store in person sometime.

Loved this place! They have a ton of unique brands and designer stuff. There are a lot of Japanese brands like Taiga Takahashi, Kapital, etc. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. The girl we worked with was there to answer all our questions and even offered us drinks. They also have a lot of non-clothing items like candles/household stuff. I would absolutely recommend if you are into designer clothing to check this place out! (Only critique is that a lot of the items don’t have prices on them or they have tags with other currencies that can be a bit confusing.)

If you live outside the US just avoid this place completely. I have to pay more than half of what the pants cost in taxes brokerage and “other government taxes”. I have bought from other US businesses recently and was charged fairly in that regard. When asked if I could refuse parcel I was told they still wouldn’t refund me. Basically it’s my problem and I’m screwed either way. The representative’s attitude was that of indifference and not someone who cared about a first time customer. First and last! I won’t be ordering from this place again and suggest the same to you guys. Edit in response to the owner: Nowhere in your pre sales did it say I would have to shell out more than half the cost of the pants I ordered. If I read that, I never would have purchased. I get that you aren’t responsible and you really don’t care about my situation. Obviously. This is just a caution to others who are thinking about ordering here. Don’t.

Had such a good experience here! Was visiting Colorado/ Boulder. Sage and Drew were super helpful and nice to chat with and had a great experience.

Have shopped here many times, both in person and online orders. In stark contrast to the high end more niche boutiques around the country and world that I’ve been to that carry such coveted brands like Canoe Club, I have experienced nothing but the best customer service. The staff is friendly and excited about the product they sell, style in general and happy to greet and help you unlike many other stores I could mention where staff only give condescending, pretentious attitudes like you’re also a bother to them for shopping there. Orders have processed and shipped always so promptly. I’m glad a store like this exists in CO as there’s nothing else in the state that carries such great brands and their curation is always A1. If you’re into the best domestic, Japanese and European brands and prefer an elevated selection this is the best stop to make.

Best stock list on this side of the Mississippi and best customer service around. And they carry sizes for bigger people!! I love Canoe Club.

Great store and team. I basically only purchase online. They alway interesting back story on clothing and fashion. Going more in depth of the products they carry. I was able to grab a jean on sale, they pack it professionally and with class. So communicative, from time of purchase to the day I receive it. I was informed Will Definitely Shop There Again

Amazing. I'm lucky enough to visit this place in person and see and feel the quality in store. The clothes speak for themselves. But doesn't show on the site, is the vibe. Super chill energy, easy shopping. Our sales human Kate is beyond amazing. Everyone we see her it's like seeing a really good friend. Thank you so much for a wonderful shopping experience every time. The selection of clothes here is immaculate. They have so many brands I never thought I'd see in Colorado. One of things that separates them is their customer service. Everyone that works there is super friendly and passionate about the clothing. I've always been offered a sparkling water and learned something new about the pieces they sell. Highly recommend this place.

Canoe Club is the best! First of all the staff is amazing, everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable and will help you find what you're looking for. Second, the products and brands they stock are outstanding. Everything is super high quality and looks great. I always recommend shopping at Canoe Club and their online store is great too.

This store is worth visiting for men's shopping - a rugged, but trendy Colorado vibe. My boyfriend instantly felt at home - the style was very much inline with what he wears on the reg. Quality designs and materials, well tailored jackets, and all around meticulous aesthetic. Their products and selection are higher end, along with really cool vintage army wear too - everything from socks to sweaters and denim, and jackets. I really liked a lot of their basics - crewneck tees and sweatshirts so I bookmarked their site for future Dan gifts (shh, don't blow the secret!). The gentlemen working in the shop were the most helpful - they were great conversationalists, made great jacket and clothing suggestions for Dan, and offered us beverages while he was perusing the store. An overall welcoming vibe and made for a perfect customer experience. One of the best I've had just about ever. Needless to say, I will be finding ways to spend money here.

There's not too many shops with a lot of high end street wear options, but Canoe Club is one of them. Of those I've been to, none have a customer service level even close to what I experienced with Chris Ta. What a great guy. He went above and beyond to help with recommendations, sizing, etc... but really just set the place apart being such a cool and positive guy. He made me want to be in the shop looking for new fits! I only made one purchase that day, but he even shouted me out on pearl street from his car a half hour later hahaha! All retail locations need Chris Ta's but sadly there is only one Chris. Can't wait to get back!

This is a fabulous store to experience! From the jazzy tunes overhead, the subtle scent of pine to the eclectic selection of finally curated books, clothing, accessories, apothecary and luggage...this is The Modern Gentleman's resource for refined style. The storefront itself is a beautiful selection of exposed brick, polished concrete floors... industrial meets civilized...beautiful frames, lots of leather and a gentleman's bar. Brands include Filson, Double RRL, Baracuta...refined labels representing the United States, England and Japan. If you don't already know these designers, come check it out for yourself. All labels have a rich history -- these garments are meant for life. You'll probably gift these garments to your kids (if they're nice). Check it out -- west end Pearl street has a beautiful new men's store!

Bought from these guys just recently online. A beautiful pair of New Balance Tokyo Studio R-C1's in vegetable vachetta leather. It came without a box, so I reached out to them. They were extremely responsive and understanding. Their customer service is incredibly fast, courteous, professional and personable. Would highly recommend this store and brand, as they seem very passionate about what they do and what they stand for. Thank you Canoe Club for the amazing experience!:)

My husband and I found ourselves at Canoe Club because he wanted a new pair of Visvim boots. Not only did we not leave with a new pair of boots, we left without a single associate speaking to us during the duration of our 15 minute visit. In a world full of accessible online retailers, customer service is what sets brick and mortars apart. This is where Canoe Club fails. I will continue to buy our Visvim at Mr.Porter after this experience. I don't see this retail store being open in 5 years, save yourself the disappointment and don't shop here!

Great selection of brands and merchandise and exceptional customer service from Chase! I live in San Francisco so hardly able to shop easily in Boulder, but Chase went above and beyond to help me with a sweater order. Contemporary and attractive styling coupled with old world superior customer care...Highly recommended!

What a gem! Such a great assortment of stylish, high-quality men's clothing--and a lot of well-crafted gift and men's grooming ideas too. Nice atmosphere and super helpful staff... Every time I've been in Canoe Club, I've received great attention and service. Very attenuated to finding just the right items to complement my style. When you add in the comfy couches, stylish magazines and books, and top-notch beverage selection, I can't imagine any fashion-conscious man not feeling right at home! Would recommend to anyone.

the return policy is absurd. do not shop online with this store. the post office picked up my return but did not log it into the USPS system until the 8th day after i received the order so CC will not refund my return.

Bought a pair of selvedge denim that stretched out 2 full inches in the waist. Canoe Club went above and beyond to fix me up.

For anyone that is into hand crafted boots or raw denim, Canoe Club is a must to visit when in Boulder. I happened to be in Denver for a business trip and decided to make the 45 minute drive up in order to take advantage of a Truman Boot sale (which in itself is extremely rare). The customer service is fantastic and Cooper and Chase really went above and beyond in helping with the sale of two pairs of Trumans. Super stoked to score on the boots, and also to find another high quality denim/apparel store to visit when traveling in the area.

If people in Boulder/Denver, really all of Colorado don't know how special a store like this is I'm here to tell you. The service and environment is impeccable and the products that they sell are all true pieces of distinction, truly gems. It is beautifuly curated and well thought out. Easily on par with the other great specialty menswares pourveyours on the coasts (New York, SF, LA ,PDX) and that says a lot. they are tremendous people who love what they do, if you have not gone, I highly suggest going out of your way to pay them a visit.

Very high taste level and super nice folks. Long overdue addition to Boulder retail (especially for better men's brands).
