Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown (Atlanta, Georgia) 1 Verified Reviews | Tablet Hotels

"Atlanta is finally getting its due as not just the capital of the South but as one of America’s great cities, full stop — and Midtown, a generously defined swathe of the north side of Atlanta, has more cultural attractions, from museums to music venues to the ballet and the symphony, than any place this side of Manhattan. Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown, then, is no ordinary business-casual Hilton, but an attractive mid-century modernist-inspired boutique-style hotel, complete with a modern Southern restaurant and bar and a fleet of bikes for exploring the neighborhood on two wheels." - Tablet Hotels

This is the Best Hotel In Midtown!!! Where to start?? The first thing I appreciated was the Valet parking it's not cheap, but that's to be expected with the location. The scenery is beautiful ! From the lobby to the view of the beautiful apartments and their pools. I wish the Canopy offered breakfast and had a jacuzzi, but everything else was amazing !!! The beds were the best beds I've ever slept in and I've been nice places!! |Kristen really was the best part!!! The entire time her customer service was top-tier!! She made me feel better than Chic fil A does when they say, "My Pleasure!" She deserves a raise and a management position. Every day I stayed her she treated everyone equally like VIP Celebrity Status. Keep it up!! All of the customers knew her name and she knew their names ! She has a beautiful spirit and and upbeat personality. I would hate to lose her as a business just clone her 10 times !!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at the Canopy Hilton Atlanta Midtown exceeded all expectations — and this is largely thanks to the incredible staff who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable. First and foremost, Crystal deserves special recognition. She was nothing short of amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Crystal took the time to understand our needs and made every effort to accommodate us with a smile, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Her professionalism combined with her kindness made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines such efficiency with heartfelt hospitality, and Crystal definitely set the tone for an outstanding experience. Beyond Crystal, the entire team deserves praise. The housekeeping staff kept our room impeccably clean and welcoming — every detail was taken care of, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained throughout our stay. The front desk team was equally fantastic, providing prompt, friendly service with a positive attitude every time we interacted with them. Their helpfulness and professionalism made check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, the staff’s dedication and teamwork shone through in every interaction, creating an atmosphere of warmth and genuine care. From the moment we walked in to our departure, we felt nothing but appreciation for the Canopy Hilton team. They didn’t just meet our expectations — they surpassed them in every way. Thank you, Crystal, and everyone at Canopy Hilton Atlanta Midtown, for making our stay unforgettable. We will absolutely be back and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just a place to stay, but a place where hospitality truly means something.

I come to Atlanta at least once/month for work and I ALWAYS stay here. In fact, I’ve stayed here 12 nights already this current year. It’s very clean and modern with fruit-infused water in the lobby. Safe area. You can walk to the Marta but also walk to plenty of grocery stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel is exceptional, too. Kristen, Dexter, Jarrett, John, and Sandra have always looked out for me. They make sure they know your name and look out for you. Top-tier customer service. Thank you staff for all you do.

We initially booked a room with two beds but were switched to one with a bed and a pullout couch the day before our stay. The pullout mattress was stained, and despite confirming four guests, no linens or pillows were provided for it. After arriving late from a concert, we were told only one staff member was on duty and went down to the lobby ourselves to pick up the linens. Once back, we realized the sheets were missing and had to make a second trip. While we understand that staffing can be limited at times, the overall experience felt unprepared and the room itself felt cheaply finished for the cost.

The bed was perfect. I appreciated that there was not only a door to the bathroom, but also between the main space and entry. The shower actually had pressure. Ignoring the new industry norm, housekeeping came everyday after asking once. And nice staff throughout. Unfortunately, there is no free coffee downstairs while the Nespresso in the room only has decaf. Speaking of coffee, $10 for a beer or coffee is ridiculous. Food at the restaurant was otherwise OK besides being overpriced. The hours were also not really conducive to an early breakfast nor a normal happy hour. The area is nice, but also a little sterile. Good for a quick business trip or night out on the town. I would probably rate it lower if I had paid to park... those prices were worse than the drinks.

My stay at Canopy Hotel has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality. The staff here goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless. Every corner feels fresh and clean, from the lobby to the rooms. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place well maintained and comfortable for their guests. My room was immaculate, with modern touches that made it feel both cozy and upscale. Whether I needed recommendations for local spots or just had a quick question, the team here made me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such consistent service paired with such a beautiful, clean space. Highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, welcoming experience!

My mom and grandmother were coming into town this weekend and I needed to find them somewhere to stay, but wanted them to be close by in Midtown. Canopy was the perfect choice and exceeded our expectations. I was able to get a room on short notice on a holiday weekend. We checked in without any wait and we were given the option of a high floor or low floor which most hotels don't offer. After a few hours into the stay, we received a text checking on us making sure everything was going well which I really appreciated. The hotel was very modern, sleek, and CLEAN with great amenities including a rooftop pool and restaurant. There were 2 robes available in the room and the location and view from the room was amazing. Lastly, my mother left her diamond earring on the bench near the front entrance and valet team member Dre Promptly called us to come pick it up. I found that to be extremely kind and above and beyond. Thanks canopy!

Stayed last night and had a wonderful time. Just an amazing experience from checking in meeting with the Manager and the newly promoted associate who was so proud to share that recognition. As an HR professional I love when you promote internally. But back to the hotel, was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was and the views from our balcony was amazing. Enjoyed sitting out there last light with a glass of wine and listening to the sounds of the city. Very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would recommend for a weekend staycation. We were able to get a early check-in and check-out was at 12pm, so we had plenty of time to have a cup of coffee and get ready for the day without having a mad dash out of with the housekeeping knocking on the door every 30mins. I really can't say enough good things about my personal experience.

Yelp
Nice hotel located in mid town. The staff was super nice and helpful. Couple of things: a little hard to find the entrance. There are two places that use the same entrance. Parking is by valet only and you have to use their app which they send you a link to. The valet parking is a separate bill so you have to use the link to pay the fee. Nice perk is that check out is at 12 so relax and chill on check out day!

Yelp
Great customer service from all staff. Comfy bed and clean, quiet room. Daily housekeeping. No eco- every few days cleaning of rooms. Great location from the Georgia World Congress Center and numerous top restaurants . Onsite restaurant Xhibit was decent and the cost was comparable to most hotel restaurants. Restaurant also had good hours, 6 AM - 11PM with a short break between lunch and dinner. Bikes to ride if you're interested. Fitness Center on 7th floor. Felt relatively safe. Keys were needed to get inside building after hours and onto each floor and your key only works for your floor. I would stay at Canopy again and appreciate the hospitality provided by the staff.

Yelp
So I went to Atlanta to visit my daughter this weekend & ended up staying at the Canopy. It's a lovely hotel perfectly sitting right in downtown Atlanta. Best part is it's right there a block away from 85 so you can get to & from basically everywhere you need to. The service was great easily one of the best stays I've ever had at the Hilton. The front desk & maids were all super friendly & full of beautiful energy. The Valet service is $50 a night which isn't bad compared to the prices a lot of the other downtown hotels charge you. Plus it's 24 hours which is a huge plus in case you decide to step out after hours. I didn't get any pictures of my room but I had a king bed with an amazing view on the 14th floor. Plus it has a restaurant downstairs which has a pretty nice happy hour crowd plus the food was delicious. I'll give a review on that as well. I loved everything bout it so much I'll be looking for Canopy hotels every where I go now.

Yelp
This brand is supposed to be millennial like. Basic room, big tv, coffee maker (our machine didn't work well). Nice shower. The trend for the shampoo and such are these big bottles in the shower. Less waste for the hotel. You could hear a bit of noise from the street. You need you cad key to go up and down the elevator since ig it is in the middle of Atlanta. The front desk people are very nice which is a huge plus. The beds are very comfortable and that is huge for me. There are a few couches and such that you can sit in downstairs. We basically spent the night and left early in the morning for our next destination.

Yelp
Nice hotel. Modern. Restaurant onsite with decent breakfast and drink selection. Coffee is not good! Rooms are clean and updated. Big showers!

Yelp
DON'T stay here if you have a luxury car unless you want it STOLEN. Used hotel valet (PMC) and went to dinner and a concert. Came back to hotel 12 minutes after someone drove my car away and the camera conveniently cut out above the valet podium just before the key was taken. Hotel staff was very helpful and kind, understandably comped the room; however, something needs to change with the contract with company used for valet.

Yelp
When it comes to customer service at the front desk you couldn't ask for a more friendlier team than Ms. Sylvia and Cassandra. The only issue I had while stay the 5 days is no one cleaned my room after putting in the request the night before. I know I was leaving the area and needed my room cleaned and towels linen exchanged as I had pulled them off the bed. The top cover smelled a little musty so I sprayed it down with lysol and freebreze. Upon returning to my room at 11 pm I walked into the same situation I had left. I could have easily called and complained to Ms. Sylvia but she has gone out of her way to ensure this experience was a pleasant one. When I am told the order had been placed in the computer to have my room cleaned by the gentleman I expect nothing less than a cleaned room upon return, sadly that was not the case. After 2 day's they should inquire, but 5 days.....what's really going on Hilton I know you're better than this....come on!

Yelp
Great location, great rooms, and great views! Highly recommend. During peak COVID, we had to travel but I felt extremely safe with the way this location maintained their cleanliness. By far one of the cleanest and nicest maintained properties I had been at when visiting Hiltons. These Canopy's don't have the same feel but that's what I love about them. I feel like they have a higher level of cleanliness and art to them. The guy at the front desk made us feel comfortable wearing a mask, even though he was already behind a glass pane. The room was pretty/clean and the bathroom was outstanding. I should have taken more photos but that was the room view.

Yelp
Decent views, clean ice and water machines, & early check in could be granted on the PROS side. CONS: No swimming pool No microwave in rooms nor in the entire hotel Heavy bathroom sliding doors where there's no handle to grip inside Rooms didn't have light bulbs in the reading lamps Restaurant entry closed during day but on the main street ‍‍

Yelp
Amazing hotel. Thank you to the front desk staffer Keyon who assisted with my stay. The professionalism and knowledge allowed me to book with ease.

Yelp
Parking fee not included with price listed! Now that thats out of the way... hotel is nice. Clean. No mention of parking fees until you get bill. $45 for valet, which is "only way to park there". Paid extra $10 for breakfast and the restaurant tried to charge $25 to my room. They will add a lot to your bill if you arent prepared. Hotel is nice, convenient and clean

Yelp
The Canopy gives me W New Orleans vibes. It's extra clean with modern rooms, friendly staff, and mandatory mask in the common areas. The only thing that's disappointing is, with Starwood, if you don't get your room serviced you get the points. Hilton doesn't have that, but your roommate is the same.

Yelp
I've stayed here a few times as my company has offices nearby and it is convenient. The hotel is a newer Hilton property and has a full bar and restaurant. I've had breakfast and dinner there and the breakfast is good and reasonable. The first time I had dinner there it was better than this last time and I understand they had just lost their chef so I understand there can be a transition period. The best meal I had was the salmon although the appetizers of the shrimp and roasted peppers as well as the grilled pitta chips were good too. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I had an issue with my TV not working and it did take a day for the staff to fix it but they did. The chairs in the room are not made for working on your laptop for long hours although there is a couch with a desk you can use as well. All in all it is convenient and the restaurant has a full bar which is a plus.

Yelp
I recently had a distressing experience during my stay at Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown. While I was asleep in my room, someone entered without my permission, which left me feeling incredibly unsafe and anxious. Although management acknowledged the seriousness of the situation and agreed to refund me for the night that I would not be staying as I checked out this morning. Their idea of making it right was to provide bonus points for my last night's stay. To say the least this incident significantly impacted my overall experience. Below is the response I received: I want to apologize again for the agent coming to your room. He was walking another guest with the last name Allen to their room and got confused on the room number. We take matters like this serious. We will speak to him to ensure this never happens again. Again please accept our deepest apologies. To make it right I have issued 40,000 bonus points to your account. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to give me a call. Being a long time Honor's member I expected more attention to security and guest privacy from a hotel of this caliber. While I appreciate the response from management, it would have been reassuring to see a more thorough acknowledgment of the emotional distress caused by the breach. I hope that Canopy by Hilton Atlanta Midtown takes steps to ensure this does not happen to future guests.

Yelp
Absolutely loved this hotel! The Canopy chains have all been great so far. Stayed at this one for 2 nights this past week and it was a great experience overall. The employees were very helpful and even the valet guys were extremely nice.

Yelp
3.5 stars but rounding up. Really wanted to give this place 5 stars but there were some things that were hard to overlook during my 2 night stay. Pros: -Newer hotel. Everything feels new and/or renovated. Comfortable bed, clean room, great shower. -Solid gym. Not the most spacious, but they have a pullup bar and 50+LB kettlebells which are not usually found in hotel gyms. -Good restaurant connected to the hotel on 1st floor. Good drinks at the bar. Nice, hot breakfast although a little pricey at $18. Note that the hotel does not offer any free continental breakfast. -About a 10-15 minute walk to Whole Foods south of the hotel. In the vicinity of the Whole Foods are other restaurants like a pizza parlor and an upscale bar at Four Seasons called Bar Margot. Cons: -The main reasons for not giving 5 stars are the disruptions I experienced during the night. My room was 1009. The surrounding room's doors slam shut every time they closed. I think there's an engineering flaw and the door handles and door closers attached to the top part need to be fixed. The door would slam shut so hard that the walls in the room would shake. -In middle of the night around 4am I heard a weird electrical humming noise. I could not figure out where it was coming from (perhaps the walls) and I was unable to fall back asleep. It wasn't from the fridge, and it wasn't a faulty light or anything. Something within the walls was making this dull, subtle humming noise that was really annoying and drove me nuts. -No free coffee. Offering some in the lobby would be a nice touch. -Not much in the immediate vicinity, besides the bar/restaurant attached to the property. As mentioned above, you would need to walk about 10-15 minutes south to get more action. This is downtown Atlanta though, so I would not recommend walking alone at night. If I didn't have the sleep disruption the review would be better but it's one that is hard to overlook. If you stay in a different room/floor, perhaps you will have a better experience.

Yelp
This review is specific to the hotel restaurant. Jonelle was my server for 2/3 days of my business trip. On the first morning, she was slammed and handled it so graciously. She was polite, courteous and was a fantastic server. You can tell she works very well under pressure and still does it with a smile on her face. She was great! Food was great too! Hotel-wise Sylvia was great too. She was super nice, patient and efficient. Thanks for making my first trip to Atlanta smooth.

Yelp
I think overall I had a pretty good experience staying at this hotel. However, there was one issue that I was rather disappointed in. In terms of location, fantastic location. Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, this hotel is easily accessible to the highway, making it really easy to get to wherever you want to go. The hotel room itself was nice, chic, and modern. I love the combination of minimalist and modern architecture and furniture. It really gives the hotel room some charm and a very hip vibe. My favorite part of the room is probably the bathroom. The bathroom itself is already spacious. But the walk in shower was gigantic! Covered in beautiful granite tiles, it just feels so airy and comfortable. There's even a bench in the shower for you to sit and just wash all your stress away. Fantastic! But, there was one thing I was dissatisfied with. This hotel lists that valet parking is one of their offered services. So when I pulled up to check in, the person at the front told me that the parking garage was completely full. First question: "shouldn't a hotel know that they should have a minimum of one space per number of rooms in the hotel? Shouldn't they have slightly more parking spaces than the number of rooms available?" But alright, maybe parking was absolutely packed and the hotel had a full house that evening. Fine, I can accept that. However, they told me to drive myself down the street to park at another garage and then walk myself all the way back to the hotel to check in. I think if a hotel is offering valet parking as a service, then even if you have to park off site, valet should be the one to take care of this. Your guests are expecting valet service, not to drive to some off site garage and walk yourself back. If anything, valet should drive your car to the off site spot. This is honestly the only demerit in my experience here. Everything else was great, but this oversight by management slightly dampened an otherwise good hotel experience.

Yelp
If you like rude staff, this is the place to stay! My husband and I decided to try the hotel as they aren't in many places and we had to go through Atlanta to get to our destination. To start there is a small P on the left hand side of the busy street to either valet or self park. We missed it the first time and had to circle back. Then we were not greeted with the normal friendly staff and were asked if we were checking in. Then they had us pull to the side and wait. Upon checking in the guy was friendly and told us we had complimentary breakfast from 6-10. After going to our room we went to dinner in the hotel. We were greeted with a gruff man who said seat yourself. We found a table and sat. Many minutes later a server came over and asked what we wanted and we said we don't have menus. Then she made a face and left to get us menus. I ordered a drink and we ordered an appetizer that they had run out of. Ok no problem but I would've expected to be told at the time she gave us the menus. They were also out of the shrimp n grits. Then we inquired about buttermilk pie that was advertised on their website. She had no idea about that pie, what is was and then told us that we were on the wrong website because they don't have buttermilk pie. The food was surprisingly tasty. But the service left something to be desired. The hotel room itself wasn't bad, the bed was comfortable but the shower door didn't close all the way because the hinges were bent. In the morning we went to eat breakfast only to be greeted by the same gruff man from the night before asking us what were we doing as we picked up a plate. We said isn't breakfast included? He asked our room number and pulled out a sheet and said nope. I was confused and said we were told it was. He said let me look again, he said no again. My husband said that's fine we will eat elsewhere. We left and checked out. When we were at the check out we asked about the breakfast and that person said no it wasn't included. We said we were told by the guy when we checked in it was. She said he was wrong. Needless to say we will not be staying at another canopy. The training from Hilton is lacking and the rudeness is surprising.

K C.

Yelp
We really liked this hotel. It was clean and shower was great. No pool but room was decent size. Shower was awesome ! Parking is valet only for $45 a day. We will stay again!

Sara K.

Yelp
Hotel looks cool and new. Restaurant deserted at 7:30 pm when we went. Food good but expensive. Nice server. Wanted breakfast in the room but this hotel does not offer room service. Difficult with young kids... Worse problem is the lighting In the room. Didn't anyone figure out that you might want to turn off the ambiance room lights and use the bedside lamp to read in bed until you are ready to sleep? It's impossible! The only way to turn off the room lights is to go to the hallway and flick the master switch. The room turns black and the reading lights next to the bed no longer work. The hotel mechanic had no solution, seemed totally unaware of the issue. If I weren't stuck here for a family affair I would leave.

Yelp
What started as a great stay ended in disaster when we returned from an event at 11:30 Saturday night and couldn't access our room. The electronic key reader on our room door was dead. The hotel has no backup system, only one engineer with the capability of bypassing the deadlock, and naturally, he was gone for the night. The hotel couldn't find anyone else in the entire Hilton chain to fix this. We were placed in another room with only the clothes on our back--all of our belongings were locked in the room no one could access. Both the manager and assistant manager on duty told us this has happened here before, which means Canopy by Hilton cares so little about their guests that they allow this to happen periodically without a fix. If it's happening here, it's happening at every other Canopy too. I called the front desk the following morning at 8am for an update, because there was zero sense of urgency on behalf of the staff. I was informed the engineer would be in at 10am. I told this young man again that we had to be out by 10am, and his response was essentially "uh...sorry" and hung up. I then went down to the front desk and spoke with another manager on duty. She called and finally reached the engineer, who agreed to come in early and open the door--which he did, with a manual hook contraption slid under the door since the lock would not give. The hotel did comp our entire stay, and kudos to George the engineer and Peyton the manager, who seemed to understand the frustration we were experiencing. The GM was a no-show and I've only heard from him after submitting a survey response to the hotel's system. Mr. Farquhar will claim this is an unforeseen situation and he did authorize us to be given another room, yet he ignores the fact that we nearly missed our flight home, couldn't access our medications, and no one on his staff is empowered to solve this problem. They weren't authorized to use the manual contraption to unlock the door nor call a locksmith to get it open. They had no sense of urgency in doing anything at all, just wait until the next morning for the engineer to return. Buyer beware. Canopy by Hilton ruined our weekend. No amount of corporate b.s. spin from Michael Farquhar (the GM) or anyone else at Canopy by Hilton will change this.

Yelp
This was a great hotel! The room was nice, I really liked the barn doors that closed the bedroom off from the hallway and the bathroom. We had the conference room with breakfast and lunch and the team member taking care of the room did an amazing job! We had drinks and the bar and service was good as well as when we had breakfast in the morning. I had the steak and eggs and it was very good.

Yelp
First time staying in Atlanta and needing to stay in the Midtown area I decided on this place from the Yelp reviews of what was available. I never heard of the Canopy brand before and had no idea what to expect coming here. The end result was I was surprised in many positive ways. It is larger than I had imagined in my mind but still had the smallish sized checkin feel (this is a feature not a bug). The rooms are quiet and nice sized and with the barn style doors the bath closes off nicely as well does the entire inner hallway for a little more quiet during your stay. The rooms have a funky decor to them and the place reminds me a little bit about the Ace hotel (that I know from NYC anyway). The location was perfect. It was walking distance from everything I needed though I was temped by the rent a scooter (from JUMP via Uber for example) but never went that far. Speaking of Uber the only confusing part of staying here is there are sort of two main entrances. One that brings you to the valet area (covered) and one that brings you outside but it does not have a main lobby feel to it from the outside. Anyway... if you are looking to call an Uber wait at the outside one. My bottom line is if I need to come back to this area, and this location in particular, I would look no further for a place to stay.

Yelp
Wow, I loved this hotel! I had never stayed at a Canopy hotel before and I'm a new convert. I wish they had more locations! Food: I didn't eat dinner here, but I did partake in the breakfast buffet each morning. In addition to the breakfast standbys like oatmeal, toast, cereal, fruit, and pastries, they also had southern-inspired dishes like breakfast pizza with pimento cheese, bourbon bread pudding, and southern eggs Benedict. Gym: I was so impressed with the fitness center. It's larger than most hotel gyms and located on the 7th floor, so instead of being in a windowless basement room it's actually rather enjoyable. To top that off, they have a Peloton bike!! This alone would keep me coming back to this hotel. The friendly staff at the front desk told me about this! Room: My room was the perfect size and the bathroom was beautiful. They allow you to enter in your Netflix password and stream onto the TV. There were plenty of outlets to charge all of my devices, which I appreciated. This is one of the nicest Hilton's I've stayed at in a while and I loved it. I will definitely be looking for this brand of hotel in other locations I travel to, and this is my new go-to in Atlanta!

Yelp
Rooms were ok. It's a Hilton so it was fine. The service a this property is horrible. No one seems to even try..., You have to ask three times to have rooms made up. The wait staff in the restaurant ignores you and worst part, there is nowhere nearby to dine. Stuck here

Yelp
I love the Canopy brand and I prefer to stay at them. This is my first time staying at this location and I only picked it due to my HH club as there is a Marriott across the street from our office. Check-in was fine I was so perplexed as upon checkin I was given jalapeño raspberry jam! No water, but jam! My stay was fine overall except the pillows were terrible. Super flat with no other option. I was also missing the q-tips that are always in the bathroom at the other Canopy's I stay at. I would stay here again but maybe bring my own pillow.

Yelp
I cannot complain for the value that my friend and I had here for the two nights we stayed in Atlanta. The Canopy is part of a new line of Hilton hotels, straddling somewhere between Hilton Garden Inn and Hilton's flagship hotels, and you can clearly see why this hotel is where it is when trying to find it's identity. Darnell and his lovely staff were on point with making sure we were satisfied guests. It was fairly quiet and in a safe area, and the rooms were clean and big. The elevators were fast, and the location is extremely accessible to all things you want to get to in the city. Want a rideshare? Just walk one block to 18th street and wait for one to pick you up. Want to take the subway? The Arts Center station on the MARTA subway is only three blocks away to the south, a huge help to those who do not prefer driving around. Their breakfast was just okay. It served us well, but that would be nitpicking to say it was not worth eating. I am seriously considering a return trip in late 2020 for a longer visit, and will not hesitate to book another room here if and when that time comes.

Yelp
Wow Bass, the front desk manager, is the man. He managed me so well. Upon arrival, I spotted a display of candies, and impulsively grabbed two Snickers. Out of nowhere, a calm voice, (Bass's), suggested a water as a pairing, so I could quench my thirst, as well as my hunger. Thirsty? Grab a Dasani. Bass then informed me and Neek that, as Diamond members, we'd both have $30 dollars a day to spend on food and drink and that he would make sure that we were using our daily allotment (which actually isn't that hard to do, considering the Snickers were $3 each and then I also grabbed two Cokes, which were each $5... though maybe he didn't notice the Cokes... I don't know... crossing my fingers). Anyways, Bass also informed us that he had hooked us up with a city view (room does come with view!) He then showed us to the elevators, and like a psychic, predicted that we were going to get the elevator on the left hand side and vanished. Two seconds after Bass walked away, the middle elevator arrived for us. 5 stars for Hufflepuff! We love you, Bass!

Yelp
This is an awesome hotel. For those that don't know the Canopy, it's a new brand under the Hilton family. This hotel is full service with a millinial atmosphere. The rooms.ar very spacious with modern touches. A fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, and a nice 50-55 inch TV. Not sure but it's big. The breakfast is European inspired so don't expect ur Hampton Inn eggs or waffle machine. It's artisans breakfast pizzas, frittatas, and sweet bites along side meats, cheeses, salmon and capers. Also bakery bread Staples. The staff is awesome. Clean rooms, friendly service. Valet only fyi. It's in the heart of Midtown and only a couple miles from downtown ATL.

Yelp
I was disappointed by this hotel relative to the price point and advertised service level. Overall it was ok but for the price I expected better. There were a lot of details that for a hotel of this level should not have been an issue. For example one of the towels smelled quite bad and was clearly not clean. There was a nail partially sticking out of the carpet that is an unpleasant surprise if you step in the wrong place with bare feet or only socks on. Check in was slow even though I had already checked in online. However the hotel is brand new, the bed was very comfortable, and it was overall still an ok experience. There are just some kinks that need to be worked out to make it worth the price.

Yelp
Swank guys- for the money you will not find another upscale modern hotel that matches this place, right in the heart of midtown ATL. We spent New Years here and it was nothing less than fantastic. The place is brand new- we were the first to sleep in our room. The staff aims to please. The facilities are impeccable. Sure, it's gonna cost you a couple bills per night, but everything was perfect. The views, the rooftop patio, the fitness center had free weights- the check in- it was all excellent. I only have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The breakfast they offer was huge but not really that tasty- the frittata was ... Just stay away from the frittata . The fact there was plenty of juice and bread items was somewhat redeeming though. There is a spacious and modern vibe throughout the place. A lot of detail went into the crafting of this place and for that I thank you Canopy Hotel! My wife loves to stay in bougie hotels while we travel, and this was one of the best! Just a note, the hotel requires that you valet your ride, so keep some funds handy for the tip. I love this boutique hotel. Shouts out to Ogee and the rest of the staff that made it super memorable- see you next time!!!

Yelp
Canopy was amazing! I had an overnight there for a work trip, and everything was excellent. The front desk team was kind and provided me with an upgrade after I arrived early and a room wasn't yet ready. The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant was also delicious! I had the chicken and waffles the first morning and it was so good, I came back for the same thing the next day! I was glad that I was able to tell the chef she did her thing in the kitchen! I also ate dinner at the restaurant -- it was in the 30s when I visited so I didn't get a chance to walk around and explore -- and it was also amazing. Next time I'm in Atlanta, I will definitely stay at the Canopy!

Yelp
Just checked out this morning and my stay was awesome! The Canopy has only been open for about a week and a half now so we were the first to stay in our room! Great to know we had new sheets lol. The room is very modern with 2 farmhouse door which are my favorite. The one for the bathroom has a body mirror which is a plus the most places do not have! The shower was perfection! It had a seat in it which is heaven sent when you have to shave your legs! There is a handheld shower attachment separate from the shower head which both had great water pressure so made my shower great! They had a container with qtips and cottonballs! That's always a good find for me! The entrance way has a small open closet with two drawers. It also has a drawer that is a refrigerator or some sort. You can't really put anything in it besides drinks. There is a farmhouse door that closes to separate the bedroom from the entrance way which I loved! The bed was amazing! Slept great! The curtains keep a good amount of light out in the morning if you're trying to hit snooze a few times! The front desk associates, Amus and Demi, checked us in and were super friendly. They told us about a free drink tasting they were having later that evening in the bar and Amus also explained to me why diamond members are not given the water bottles we are use to getting at check in. They use the money they spent on the water bottles to help the homeless. Therefore, on each floor there is a rehydration station where you can get ice and water! If any of you like to eat ice they have the perfect crushed ice chips! We valeted for our stay and they were very friendly as well! We had no problems. Someone was always present wether it was during the day or 4 am when we woke up and decided to make a Waffle House run lol. The breakfast this morning was pretty impressive. Not your normal watery scrambled eggs and sausage but instead they had an egg frittata, steak flatbread, hash browns and other great options! The breakfast area/ bar is extremely nice with booths, fireplace, and great artwork. My ONLY cons were the room not having a microwave. We had leftovers every night with no way of reheating. The keycard seemed to deactivate very easily and the digital key didn't work very well either. Small things. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!! Hopefully next time we will get to utilize the bikes and scooters!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel With spacious rooms and modern feel. Not A fan of the glass water bottles Cause I have no way of knowing if those Really got cleaned. But every thing else was great!

Yelp
False advertisement on there Hilton page. No restaurant open for breakfast or lunch. No self parking. Disable parking the made it valet parking at $40.

Yelp
PROS: *Very nice staff *Clean *Full bar that also has food (limited hours) *A "snack bar" for late night munchies *The room controls via the Hilton app (you can control the tv and other things from anywhere in your room) *Digital key via the app (lets you open your door, the elevator and the entrance door with your phone) *Comfortable bed *Wonderful shower and bathroom CONS: *Our tv randomly went out while we were watching something on YouTube and it stayed off until after 1030A. The staff said it was because of the weather even though it was not raining at the time and it stayed that way even though it was sunny the next morning. *The parking spaces are small. They share a parking lot with a condo building so it can get a little congested.

Yelp
The hotel was okay for the price. I was ignored for about 5 minutes upon check in. The room had a personalized welcome on the television which was very nice and the room looked nice. The bedding however had stains on them that was nasty and when I requested a new cover, I was told there were none. My son rather sleep on the floor the entire stay than in the bed. I took pictures and if I could figure out how to post them I will. Needless to say, I will never put my family through that again.

Yelp
Very nice hotel but DON'T VALET YOUR CAR HERE. I went to visit a friend visiting here from out of town on Friday. And I can assure you that the valet guy my car broke into my glove compartment and stole items from my trunk. And tried to convince me that my car was broken into. However there was no force entrance (other than the glove box) my windows was not broken, door handle wasn't tampered with. Doors was allegedly locked and the keys was with the valet the entire time. Wired right ? The valet company they use is PMC.

Yelp
So buyer beware! You are not told that parking is an additional $35. Your reservations may be lost prior to arriving, only to arrive and discover you have not one, but two reservations. If you order a charcuterie plate you have to request crackers or bread. But rest easy after 11:00 dinner will be Lays chips. Don't stay there. You'll starve or go broke. And to add insult to injury the breakfast is $18.95, not free or even close.

Yelp
It's a Hilton property conveniently located on West Peach Tree with good access to the interstate. Getting in and out of the hotel and adjacent new high rise is difficult though because to park in the hotel or in the shared!! resident parking for Ascent mid town you have to go fast into the parking entry with cars who are trying to get on the expressway honking brazenly on your tail!!! Can get dangerous! Poor design! I wonder how they got approval for that! Have to look into this for future!

Yelp
I was extremely satisfied with my room, it was very modern and cozy . The beds and pillows were amazing , super soft and comfortable. I definitely slept like a baby . The ladies in the front desk were so helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again .

Yelp
Staff was polite and informative at check in. We enjoyed the stay. The beds were comfortable and furniture is modern. The breakfast in the morning was the best part. Fresh fruits and smoothies, assortment of breads, breakfast pizza, frittatas, and more. Overall a pleasant stay! I didn't have a car but I believe they require you to valet. Just FYI

Yelp
This is a nice hotel. The layout and decor is very modern and new. The bed is super comfortable. The TV is big for as hotel. This is a great spot for if your going to be out in downtown Atlanta. The parking lot is super small and you do have to pay to park.

Yelp
Pros: free breakfast Great kale salad Cool design Great location Nespresso machine in the room/steamer and blow dryer. Security is great. You need a room key to be able to go up the elevator. This is good so no stranger can get up. Cons: No Pool No microwaves in the entire hotel No water bottles in the room. You have to fill up a glass bottle.(may be a pro for you) The breakfast is fancy shmancy. Don't expect eggs, bacon and pancakes. Expect frittata, egg pizza and other things I am not able to pronounce. I stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff are friendly and the MARTA is down the street. I would not stay here again though but it's a solid choice.

Yelp
Friendly staff, but not much to do around this area. Getting food late at night is near impossible. Nice rooms. Great stay overall.

Yelp
My husband and I recently stayed here and really enjoyed it. The staff were great (shout-out to Danielle for helping us with our questions), the room was beautiful, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was on-par with many hotel breakfasts in Europe -- high quality and above average. Definitely exceeded expectations. There were breakfast pizzas, frittatas, and one day even salmon. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Atlanta!

Yelp
Alright, so first let me start off by saying that this was the best hotel BY FAR that I have stayed in Atlanta. We were coming in from a 12 hour drive and originally had reservations to check in at 4pm, however we were able to check in early since they had the availability. Once we got there the front desk receptionist Alexis was AMAZING. She was kind, professional, quick, and informative about the different fees and things to do in Atlanta since we were not from the area. The manager from the valet services Wesley (I could have his name wrong) was friendly, had a warm personality, and answered any questions we had about the car service and things to do in the area. The rooms were so updated, beautiful, and spacious for an occupancy of four. Even though we checked in early, our room was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The only snag we ran into was that they were out of wash clothes but since we really enjoyed our stay and we bring our own wash clothes anyway, it was not something that we would consider as a major problem or prohibit us from staying there in the future. They also had a mini coffee bar (for my morning coffee lovers) and Lysol in the bathrooms for sanitation due to COVID. They do offer breakfast if it is included in your package, however since we were leaving out the next morning and getting food on the road we didn't get to experience but heard from other guest it was delicious! The overall hotel was in a good location and very close to the highway making it easier to get on the road when you're ready to depart. Due to making reservations with Booking I only had to pay for the valet services and the incidental fee which was $50 ( that I was Returned back after the stay). I loved This hotel and the staff and would definitely stay here again!!
