Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower

From start to finish, my stay at Canopy by Hilton Paris was absolutely outstanding. The hotel itself is first-class, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. During dinner, I thoroughly enjoyed the exquisite three-course meals, paired with delightful conversations with the amazing team. To make me feel even more welcome, I received a thoughtful handwritten letter from the staff thanking me for being a Hilton Honors Silver member—now proudly a Diamond member! Their genuine smiles and friendly greetings were consistent, even late at night when visiting the incredible bar. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering stunning views of the Eiffel Tower from my room and just a short stroll to the landmark. Shops and amenities are conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore the area. My room was perfect—spotlessly clean, with kind and attentive cleaners who clearly take pride in their work. It featured a high-quality, large TV, a separate toilet from the bathroom (luxury at its finest!), and helpful recommendations from the reception regarding Uber, metro, and local tips. The value of the stay was incredible, and the rooms were wonderfully quiet—no noise came in at all. I woke up feeling amazing, and my samsung watch clearly agreed, ranking my sleep as exceptional. The food and drinks throughout my stay were simply exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to returning and experiencing this wonderful hotel again.

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Paris was exceptional from start to finish. After arriving early in the morning from the U.S., we were graciously informed that we had been upgraded. At check-in, the staff also took the time to thank us for being Hilton Honors Diamond members, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Although the upgraded room was not immediately available, the team thoughtfully offered access to the transfer station, allowing us to shower and refresh before beginning our day exploring Paris. Choosing to wait for the upgraded room proved well worth it. The accommodation was spacious, immaculately maintained, and featured a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel’s location is ideal—within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, metro stations, shops, supermarkets, and charming cafés. The lobby is modern and stylish, setting the tone for the exceptional service provided throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous selection of fresh juices, croissants, and made-to-order omelets. Dinner at the restaurant was equally impressive; the burger and duck confit were both beautifully prepared and delicious. The room itself was impeccably appointed, featuring two televisions, a very comfortable bed, a mini refrigerator, and a secure in-room safe. Without question, both the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Paris.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep every night, which made a huge difference after long hours of walking sightseeing. Location could not be better, just a short walk to Eiffel Tower and charming cafes. I specially appreciated the quite atmosphere. Breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection to start the day. Overall the hotel offered comfort, hospitality, and unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding – our Paris home away from home From the very first moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation — and somehow continued to do so every single day of our stay. As a Hilton Gold member, having breakfast included was already a lovely perk, but the quality and consistency of the breakfast here made it something I genuinely looked forward to each morning. And stepping out of the hotel each day to see the Eiffel Tower right there was nothing short of magical — it never got old. Add in cocktails on the rooftop bar with that same stunning Tower view, and it felt like we were living inside a Paris postcard. Our stay was unexpectedly extended due to a major weather event while trying to get out of Europe, which was extremely stressful. What could have been a nightmare was made infinitely easier thanks to the exceptional manager and team. The manager went above and beyond for us — making sure we were able to remain in the same room throughout, checking on us daily, and treating us with such kindness and humanity during a really difficult situation. It honestly made all the difference. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, professional, compassionate and genuinely lovely to deal with. I was incredibly stressed at the time, yet I was always met with patience, empathy and calm reassurance — something you never forget when you’re far from home. When we were finally able to leave, I was a bit confused about the billing after everything that had happened, and once again the team handled it with such kindness, clarity and respect. Nothing felt rushed or dismissive — just thoughtful, professional and caring. As a final gesture of generosity, the manager even offered us a complimentary 3pm late checkout because our flight wasn’t until 7pm — a small detail that meant so much after such a challenging few days. Everything about this hotel — the location, the views, the comfort, the service, and most of all the people — is done with the highest level of care and professionalism. It truly feels like a place that values its guests, not just their bookings. We will absolutely be back, and this will be our go-to hotel in Paris from now on. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. I had a beautiful night at this hotel The staff was kind, friendly and helpful! The location is fantastic! Great if your traveling by train also. The view of the eiffel tower is amazing!!!! The only con I had…. the bathroom door slammed hard. I was afraid the whole floor knew when I used that door. Haha

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and had a wonderful experience overall. Special thanks to Saad at the reception desk — he was extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return again.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Super quiet rooms literally on the doorstep of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding points of interest. My room was compact yet comfortable with a great bed and lots of storage. Bathrooms and amenities were of a high standard.

My husband spends more time at a Hilton family hotel than at home due to his business, so he has earned his Lifetime Diamond status, allowing us to use points for our stays. We chose this Hilton in Paris based on the fact that it had views of the Eiffel Tower, with a rooftop lounge, and overall good location in the 16th based on what we saw on the maps. In the end we did take Ubers quite often, for convenience and weather. It was our first visit to Paris. Loved walking out the front door of the hotel to look down the street right at the Eiffel Tower. At night we would take the 5-10 min stroll to the square for even better views of the tower. So romantic. There were more than enough cafes and bars w/in a quick walk of the hotel, making that convenient. We originally had booked twin bed rooms as they were the only available, but we soon received an email offering us a free upgrade to King bed rooms, which we gratefully accepted. One of the perks of being a Hilton Honors member (when available). The rooms were nicely arranged, plenty spacious (I had a visual of very tiny rooms in Paris, but not the case). My husband took advantage of the complimentary HH breakfast only one morning, which was simple but satisfying. Service on the rooftop was a bit slow, but with that view, who cares!! The only thing I didn't love was the separate toilet room from the sink and shower room. Not very convenient for washing hands. Regardless, we enjoyed this hotel very much and I would expect if we return to Paris again, would stay here.
