I enjoyed three nights at this beautiful hotel in Sao Paulo, where I received excellent service from the receptionist, dining room and housekeeping staff. The hotel provided great meals for breakfast and evening dinner. The dining room is spacious and the tables are beautifully presented with little pots of orchids as added touch. During my stay the hotel put up their Christmas decorations which added to the ambience of the place. My room on the second floor was spacious , clean and comfortable with all the facilities one need to make it a great stay. I loved everything about this hotel which made my stay in Sao Paulo a memorable one. I recommend it highly.

I loved it here. This hotel was honestly my most favourite thing out of my whole trip to São Paulo.||Good points:|I loved the Jardins neighbourhood! Felt very safe, loved that it was walking distance to Paulista Avenue but also the streets are pretty, lots of trees, nice restaurants & cafes.||The hotel was clean, nicely decorated and the front of staff & restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly. My room (407) was a nice size, with nice decor touches, loved the shower/vanity area and the amenities available.||I also very much enjoyed the hotel's breakfast options - dining in a lovely restaurant and tasty food, with lots of choice.||Improvement points:|Whilst I am aware that it is my fault for going down to breakfast late, it would be good for the breakfast items to not be taken away until after the cut off time of 10am. There was a time I went up for more fruit to find it had been cleared away, even though it was before 10 :(

We were staying in an Airbnb near bela vista and we felt very unsafe. We moved to the canopy by Hilton and they managed to provide early check in and a great room. The area feels very safe. Unfortunately whilst out we had our phone stolen in another area, Renato at the front desk was absolutely brilliant in assisting us to fill out forms and anything we needed to help report this. We are truly thankful to him that he helped us during such a stressful time. The Hilton hotels are always great and so clean. We will continue to use them wherever we go.

We often have trouble traveling with gluten intolerance, but the staff at the Canopy made meals a safe and enjoyable experience. For breakfast Heloisa, Lucas, and Ana went above and beyond to bring food directly from the kitchen to avoid cross contamination. They even went to the length of cleaning our table and silverware each morning and also the kitchen staff cleaned the oven before baking cheese bread. This is exceptional service and very caring staff.||For dinner Jonathan also did a great job in checking with the kitchen on sauces and food safety. He identified the steak sauce contained gluten and substituted it. Also they cooked our food in a separate pan since the grill was used for bread. Again, amazing service and no symptoms from gluten intolerance for a week's stay.||The rooms were also clean and well maintained and the front staff was friendly and gave great service. Highly recommended for business or personal travel.

Great staff, lovely property, very good food. I cancelled my 2nd hotel reservation to return to canopy on the later half of my trip because it was so lovely. Just wish they had a pool and that they would keep the pão de queijo hot 😜

Superb hotel. Quiet, comfortable, clean and modern rooms. All staff were very nice and helpful. Location was perfect for us and area felt very safe. Good restaurants within walking distance and we also enjoyed the hotel's room service offering. If ever in Sao Paulo again wouldn't hesitate to return!

After requesting a room months prior on a higher floor, we arrived to be told that the hotel was booked up. That was not my concern. There was a little sensitivity, no management involvement, and a "don't care" attitude. Please be mindful of this as they honor no prior commitments to their guests. What a shame.

Other than the laundry service issue, this is a good place to stay. The room was comfortable(no pool, don't trust the google image). But their laundry service has left me reconsidering this hotel chain for both personal and work travel. When I received my laundry back, someone else’s underwear was placed in my bag—and mine was missing. I was told only two guests used the laundry service that day, but when they contacted the other guest, they didn’t have it. The front desk then questioned why my underwear would go missing and insisted that the one returned—clearly a different size and color—was mine. I was honestly shocked by that response. I had to ask them to check the security camera footage at the front desk since I didn’t know how to verify my laundry during drop-off. It seems that helped, and they eventually removed the laundry charge. But this all happened while I was trying to catch a flight. I’ve experienced with better customer service at other hotels—they kept me there for nearly an hour trying to sort it out on the spot. Because this stay was under corporate travel, I now have to absorb the cost of my missing (and expensive) underwear
