A nice one-and-done experience. The place is targeted more towards children but was still a pleasant walk. Had barely any people at night and had some fake snow being sprayed out due to the Christmas season at one point (I think it was in tandem with the Jewel waterfall show)

One of most beautiful indoor park with well designed cooling tubes running along the whole corridor encircling the park to keep them indoor temperature pleasant despite the withering tropical sunshine. Well thought layout with different activity asking each sector of the corridors. For the annual pass, it could make for an alternative destination for a walking or jogging venue if they could figure a way to open early in the morning say on the weekends.

This lovely attraction park at the Changi airport is nice with a well thought out plan of alternative things to do, whether its between flights/long layover or just some fun activities for the whole family. With the backdrop of the rain vortex as the main attraction while in the canopy park...there's activities like the hedge maze, mirror maze, bouncing net and the glass canopy bridge...all are ticket admission with separate entrances. A wonderful green space along the topiary walk...you'll be welcomed with beautiful artistic made animals, foggy hills and a petal garden with seating, a further walk will lead you to a panoramic view of the Vortex. A variety of restaurants and shops is located within the park area, it's clean and well maintained with helpful and dedicated staff...worth considering when at the airport.

Canopy Park is a lovely and relaxing part of Jewel, especially if you visit on a weekday. Compared with the busy areas on the ground floor and the crowds outside, this level feels almost tranquil. The air is fresh, the paths are wide, and the natural light filtering through the glass roof adds a soft glow to everything. There is more than just greenery here. The landscaping is carefully done, with a mix of real plants, colorful flowers, and fun sculptures scattered throughout. We especially enjoyed the animal figures, like the orangutans, which are perfect for photos and give the park a light-hearted charm. The space invites you to stroll slowly, pause, and simply enjoy being there. For families, it offers enough playful elements to keep kids engaged without feeling overstimulated. For adults, it is a chance to breathe and step away from the more commercial parts of the complex. It does not take long to walk through, but it leaves a lasting impression. Peaceful, green, and full of small surprises.

Decent place to spend some time while at Changi Airport. There are also few spots to take photos with Rain Vortex in the background without the crowds as other spots below the floor. The experience is kind of underwhelming though. Every other attraction needs a separate ticket/pay while the canopy park actually is just place to stroll and sit. Foggy hills, topiary walk, petal garden and discovery slides all are underwhelming. Other attractions such as hedge maze, mirror maze, bouncing net and walking net are also underwhelming considering the ticket price. Not worth it. I didn't understand also why all attraction tickets will say it includes free admission to canopy park while for walking and bouncing net you need to access inside the canopy park. They also make it mandatory for kid to be accompany by 1 adult for every activities. I know it suppose for safety, but it also helps with ticket sale for sure as adult ticket is priced higher. 2 adult and 1 kid total expenses for all attraction on par with USS ticket is just insane. Clean and well managed though, guess the price tag helps to filter the visitors.

It was as said and expected, it’s a good place to occupy kids 12 and below while waiting for arrival. Best to dedicate between 2-3hrs if u have kids below 12 for a fun experience. Best to visit during the day with kids. Bundle tickets are abit expensive but I can understand the price point is to avoid overcrowding. Walking net can be abit scary for some kids and even adults but for the adventurous, climbing up to the top can be quite an experience.

Inside Jewel Changi of Singapore Airport, we visited Topiary walk , Discovery slides, Foggy bowls, Petal garden inside Canopy Park. But the best was the Water Vortex view looking down.

Jewel is a large shopping complex connected to the Changi airport terminals. This review is for the canopy park on level 5. The area can be accessed by going up the escalators or lifts. There are a few eateries at this level in the free to access area. The park area is ticketed. The cheapest ticket for 13 SGD allows access to the walkway bridge overlooking the waterfall and the park itself The park access includes Admission to Canopy Park and includes slides, foggy bowls, and a walk through the petal garden. Separate tickets are required for the hedge maze, Mirror Maze, Bouncing Net and Walking Net. There are various permutations and combinations of tickets that you can purchase from the automatic kiosk or a manned counter. Leaving alone all the fancy names it's a place to sit and relax away from the crowded lower levels. You have a fantastic view of the water fall. The air conditioning actually works here as opposed to the humid lower levels. Taking the extra tickets for the nets and maze is recommended if you have children who need to burn off extra energy. There's a laser show on the waterfall in the evening. Don't miss it, it's spectacular. I have posted a couple of videos here For me the extra attraction tickets looked expensive. Goes up att the way till SGD 40. To me that's not worth the money And last but not the least if you are flying out don't forget to factor in at least thirty minutes brisk walk to get to the departure
