We absolutely loved the wine tasting experience guided by Sara. She's so genuine and passionate about the winery and the region that it's impossible to not love every moment of the tour. We've tasted wonderful wines which can only be produced with the right mix of natural and cultural heritage, the impressive artistic touch of the founder, and the genuine passion of people like Sara. We'd 100% recommend you to visit Cantina Mesa!

Amazing experience. Very rich in taste and anecdotes. Sara is an exceptional storyteller and we all enjoyed the tour a lot. We loved Gavino and Opale wines the most and we are taking a few bottles home to Poland. They didnt have any problem with accomodating a 2-yo kid for free and gave him his own cuttlery and food plate that he very much loved! Winery like nowhere else with a touch of elegance and art. Definetely worth a visit!

Visiting from Quebec, Canada. We've always liked the Buio Buio and so we decided to visit the Cantina Mesa for a tasting. What a nice experience! Our hostesses were nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable about their product and about the specific region of Carignano del Sulcis. We did a short tour of the vines, and wine making area, always with detailed explanations. The wine tasting was very nice. We wanted to taste 2 quality whites (Opale & Galesa), and 2 quality reds (Buio Buio & Gavino). Our "coup de coeur" was definately the Galesa, beautiful! We left the site happy, with harms full of bottles to bring back to Canada 😁 Thank you! Also many thanks to our hostesses, we'll certainly be back to share the Mesa experience with friends and familly. But most of all, we'll continue to drink Mesa! @cantinamesawines

Very good experience. The process of reserving the wine tasting experience was effortless and Sara was very good in quickly replying the WhatsApp messages and clarifying everything. We did the Carignano wine tasting but other options also available. It would have been good to also have tasting options for their Cannonau wine. Also the food options were a bit basic... Different food options would have helped to make the wines shine more (for instance the top Carignano from Mesa, GaVino would have needed to be paired with a rich meat in our opinion).

as a wine lover I can truly recommend this winery to fellow wine lovers. Their more expensive red deserves a few more years of aging (but already very elegant with a lot of potential when you taste it now), I got the Rose which was a nice Apritive, the white Galesa is truly a nice surprise, it's very refreshing dry with lots of floral aroma with layers and enough complexity, more importantly it's a nice wine ready to drink for hot summer. I can tell it's a serious wine producer who's focus is to make great wines not to make quick money with touristic events.

The tour was very enjoyable and Sara (apologies if this is spelt incorrectly) was very knowledgeable. She brought a very personal edge to the experience.

What an amazing experience. Doing a wine tasting at a vinery has been on my wish list for a long time. I stumbled upon Cantina Mesa accidentally while driving and decided to check in when I saw a sign for the wine shop. While there, to my surprise I was informed by Sara that there is wine tasting available. My partner and I immediately took up this opportunity and had the most in-depth, knowledgeable and personal experience ever from our lovely host Maria. Thank you to Sara and Maria for a combined amazing experience. Well worth a visit for any wine enthusiasts.
