Unfortunately it took three attempts to get my order, and eventually I got a refund for my missing meal.
Ordered online direct with the restaurant, and came to pick up my order. The restaurant is very noisy and I was handed two bags. I took them back to my mum's house and realised that it was not my order. Rang them and arranged to bring the wrong order back to get the right order.
Went back to the restaurant (second time) and was given a bag. Made them wait while I checked if it was right. It was still missing items, and lo and behold, there was another bag with my items they had not given me. Checked this one and it seemed to be right and I left.
Got back again and realised my own meal was the only one missing. Went back again (third time), and demanded a refund of my meal. The refund was difficult to process and eventually went through. While this was happening it came about that they no longer had any record of the order.
I will not be back. Far too much stuffing around to get my order and refund.
