Canton Museum of Art

This museum was intimate, small, and inspiring. Each exhibit felt personal and thoughtfully arranged, creating an atmosphere that encourages you to slow down and really take it in. There are comfortable chairs in every section, which makes you want to stay a while and soak up the experience. It’s the kind of place that leaves you feeling calm, curious, and inspired — there was a gentleman who went out his way to ensure my son had more than enough art supplies to enjoy the trip even more. 5 ⭐️ for everyone of the staff .

This is the first Museum I've ever been to and it was absolutely amazing! I had to visit an art museum for a school assignment, and Kitty at the front desk was so kind and helpful in my visit! The artwork being shown was so beautiful, I loved learning the history of the Kokoon Klub during my visit!

There are such amazing exhibits, classes and more at the museum! We are so lucky to have them available in our community! The last image is a quilt I bought in the gift shop, it's gorgeous! Don't forget them when you're looking to shop for something unique and beautiful!

It was very nice and a pleasant experience. A bit small, but that was fine because my daughter probably would have become too antsy if it'd been much larger. All 3 of the woman working while we were there were lovely and very helpful. The gift shop might have been my favorite part though, there was so much cute and cool stuff to look at, much of it from local artists. I bought the cutest little mushroom gnome made by a woman who teaches classes there and will definitely go back to get some more of her items as long as she's selling them. I would recommend a trip to anyone!

The Canton Museum of Art is a welcoming museum that impresses with the quality of its exhibitions. It features a varied collection that blends contemporary art, traditional works, and well-curated temporary shows. It’s not a huge museum, which makes it perfect to explore at a relaxed pace in just a couple of hours. The atmosphere is calm, and the staff is friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. A great cultural option in Canton.

We enjoy the Canton Museum of Art every so often to view the new exhibits! Best day is Thursdays for free admission!

Literally the nicest staff ever. However the museum is only a singular room which made me sad because it's not large enough to attract the crowd it deserves. I hope they're able to get fund to be able to expand! The staff was so lovely, and the artists were great and they all really deserve that. Overall I had a good time albeit the fact I was there for only 30 minutes. But it's proximity to the McKinley park is perfect! Easy to go all around canton!!

First experience here and I must say, I was not disappointed. From the pieces on exhibit to the absolutely amazing little gift shop. Definitely wip All be returning for future activities and exhibitions.

The Canton Museum of Art is a little gem nestled in downtown Canton, Ohio. The museum is small enough that you can see the exhibits in a relatively little amount of time which makes for frequent visits. Highly recommended.
