Honestly just a bit disappointing. Firstly our dim sum came out cold, the xiao long bao was also frozen in the middle.. They apologised and made fresh ones but the texture was just off and not great. Dan Dan noodles were fine. Nothing to shout about. Just okay. Needed more spice too. The French beans were good tho. Nice tea but the teapot was terrible for pouring. Wouldn’t come back

This small restaurant serves freshly steamed dim sum made to order, and the food is truly delicious. The beef tripe, BBQ pork buns, and spare ribs are all worth trying. The rice noodle rolls were slightly on the thicker side, but overall, the quality of the food was quite good. The staff were friendly and chatty, which made the experience even more pleasant. The place is also clean and comfortable. A restaurant well worth recommending!

This is a small unassuming little tucked away kitchen that is still quite obscure to most. We were introduced to the venue by some Hong Kong foodies. The quality of food actually blew us away. All of us have been to numerous Chinese restaurants in London & have always felt underwhelmed by most. This seemingly nothing-to-look at restaurant, however, had taken us by surprise. Quality of all the dishes are at least as good as some of the best in Hong Kong, & with good attentive service, which is not something we find in Chinese restaurants. The most impressive dishes to us were the peppery chicken & stomach soup; fried intestine; crab with glutinous rice & steamed fish. Another unusual thing was the restaurant only added 5% service charge to the bill, something we now find rare in London. In the end we left more tips to show our appreciation.

Excellent Cantonese choice near King’s Cross. Do note that they do not have set meals with rice/noodles. You will need to order your protein and carbs as separate dishes. Dim sum choices did not include chicken feet but that’s okay as it is a delicacy. All other dishes I ordered were executed well and service was also par! Overall, I would return here for another meal!

Recently went to Baba Tang. A restaurant in King’s Cross known for its dumplings. We were seated promptly and got a chance to look at the vast menu. Unfortunately if you have a nut allergy a lot of the dumplings are not something you can consume, there are maybe two you can have not including the xiao long bao, a personal favourite. For me the highlight was the duck noodle soup. Amazing flavour and broth and just beautifully made. I would def go back. But hopefully they can add a bit more to their menu that is nut friendly.

This Cantonese restaurant offers a full dim sum menu as well as a main menu. It’s good. It’s standard. It lacked flavorful punch and some authenticity. I’m not sure I’ll go back.

Nice place and great service! The beef ho fun was really good and the fried rice too! The dim sum was over cooked so the dumplings were falling apart but it tasted really good!

So, reading all this nice reviews we decided to give it a try but to be perfectly honest we have much better in Wolverhampton. The service wasn't the best, they forgot my husband soup , we had to move our table because a larger party arrived ( they booked in advance so the restaurant should have known). My fish with vegetables on the menu was marked with two peppers ( I usually love this) arrived so spicy I had to use my husband rice so I could eat it. Just look at the picture, all these peppers I fished out from my dish! The portion was very generous though, would have been enough for 2 people. Also it was the first restaurant we were in that haven't offer us any desert menu, they just brought a bill and that's it.
