My family and I recently visited Cantwells Deli and Market after its renovation, and I was blown away! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the sandwiches are delicious. It's now my go-to spot for a quick bite or to pick up some fresh groceries. Plus, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking it out!

Stopped in for some snacks. Ended up learning about the market style store being a cooperative venture. They serve various types of breakfast, lunches, & dinner quick meals as well as being a mini grocery store. There's booths inside to eat on-site. The cashier seemed attentive, cordial & the facility was clean. I got a bag of oatmeal cookies that were really good & a pint of fresh fruit. Prices are very reasonable for this or any area really. Right on State Street the main SB drag strip.

I stopped in here for a quick lunch and if I may say I had the best hot Roast beef sandwich I have ever had. They have fantastic deli meats collection from your deli meats to wonderful cheeses.

Love Cantwell's. A lot of specialty items like organic body cream, chocolate, chips, etc. Not hardly any veggies. But they have a killer deli to get hot or cold items that you can eat at the market. They have something called Nitro Coffee on tap & I don't drink alcohol but they had wines of the month along with a lot more alcohol. The cashier was very nice & courteous.

Nice grab n go breakfast/lunch spot plus grocery store! Staff is polite and they have a small seating area inside. Breakfast burritos are delicious!

They have everything I need! I hate going to massive grocery stores to grab a couple of things. I’d much rather support a locally owned and operated business, like this one! Highly recommend their pesto sandwich.

My family and I stayed at an AirBNB next door for a couple nights and thought getting food here would be a convenience, but everything was bland or not well-seasoned, except for a piece of raw cake. We tried breakfast burritos, chicken salad wrap, and chicken wrapped in corn tortilla with green sauce. The portion sizes, especially for the breakfast burritos, were also too small for the price.
