Canucks Bar and Grill

Super cheap drinks and pitchers. Small patio but dogs are allowed. We came in St Patty’s Day and ate boiled shrimp and crawfish all day. They have seafood boils from time to time. We will definitely be back. All seem to be welcome.

They have a dollar a ticket raffle on Tuesdays at Canucks. I went with a buddy and he actually got to pick a card off the board, but it wasn’t a winner ! The pot was up to $18,000 I was told ! This place has seen better days - and better waitstaff. THEY DON’T waitress at this bar. They don’t ask. They don’t offer. They don’t deliver drinks !! You can get a drink at the bar, if you get their attn, up at the bar ! I quit drinking 30 years ago and this is the only non-alcohol drink available. Had never heard of this water, but it was water, in a can, just water !! Was fun while the drawing was happening (2 drawings each Tues night). Place cleared out after that. To hard to get drinks. Food is rough. Dirty run down doesn’t make folks want to stay. Horribly run down and dirty old bar behind an old run down hotel, with a smoking area on the patio !

This place is like a family. Everyone is friendly. I had celebrated my New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving here. I recommend this place if you like to play pool or watch football. This is the best place in Lewisville.

This is a great laid-back bar. Some nights have more diversity than others, but I like it. DJ could be improved. Tempo needs to be pretty consistent no matter genre. Music would go from upbeat hip hop to slow country back to upbeat pop and down again.

Used to be a decent bar with a local, hometown vibe. The clientele recently changed and pretty much chased the locals off along with the good help. They hang out in the parking lot and come in reeking of weed. It's just a matter of time before the place gets busted and shut down. Owners need to clean house, but they evidently don't care. Too bad. I will be finding a different hangout.

This place reminds me of the TV show Cheers..where everybody knows you name..very friendly..but need to hire a cook..they would get more customers..the drinks are good and inexpensive..the owners really love their customers

Definition of a dive. This place is connected to the red roof inn and it's a little confusing to get into. Went there expecting a bar AND GRILL and was told there is no food served. Bit of a let down so I left to go somewhere else. There were about 10-15 what looked like regulars having a good time but this place just isn't for me.
