Canvas Boutique Hotel

This hotel has a way of taking care of their guest where you’ll really feel the hospitality of Palawan. From the refreshing welcoming drink up to their pre air conditioned room and the shuttle service, everything was great. They also address requests and concerns with swiftness and great accountability. Also, their food was really great! Can compare the taste of their breakfast buffet to 5 star hotels in Manila( the vibe at their dining place was great and cozy!) Also, their other dishes are what you will expect for the taste, it does not disappoint. They are also lenient, but you’ll also feel really safe. Will definitely stay here if I’ll go to Palawan again! Definitely deserves a 5 star review :))

This hotel is located close to the Int. Airport of Pto Princesa, ideal for our early flight. Also nearby is the city's downtown/historical areas with many dining and fun activities. |The rooms were very spacious and clean. Internet and TV channels worked well. Room service and front desk staff, efficient and very courteous and friendly. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. We had restorative massages nearby at Raindrops. Breakfast was varied, with so many options, personnel even prepared breakfast boxes for our early flight. We hope to come back in 2026!

We stayed for one night as a couple on our way to El Nido, and it was a great stopover. The hotel is modern, clean, and artistically designed. Staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. Perfect for a short stay — we’d gladly come back!

Super close to the airport which is convenient for those with early morning flights. There is a market across the road for souvenirs. Upon arrival, I was told the pool was out of use and that there was no hot water. My first night, I was kept awake by excessive noise from a nearby bar. This wasn’t the fault of the hotel. I asked to be moved to a different room but it took the staff quite a while. I had to go down to follow up and spoke to the manager. She kindly moved me to a different room. They only service your room if you ask for it. One of the blinds was broken so sunlight came through at dawn. There was a big dirty mark on the other blind. Other than that, it was fairly clean. The buffet breakfast is fairly average. It’s definitely catered for locals rather than foreigners. One of the pieces of French toast has a hair cooked into it. Good for one night if you’ve got a layover but I wouldn’t spend a lot of time there.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Clean, cool, comfortable, great staff and pool area. In room massages are amazing too! Close to the airport and amenities.

Great rooms, comfortable beds.Breakfast was above average. Loved the breakfast box when we checked out early for our trip. Location only 5min from the airport. Definitely worth to stay here.

This hotel was a great relief after our flight from El Nido was canceled. The 6 hour drive was almost negated by the wonderful service of the hotel. The ease of transaction, the availability of in room massage, and the overall aura of the hotel was like an oasis in the desert. It is super close to the airport and we were given free transport to the airport at 5am to make our flight. It is a good spot to rest and recover from in preparation to flying from Palawan.

My stay at Canvas Boutique Hotel was disappointing. The breakfast area was infested with cockroaches, which was highly unhygienic and off-putting. Additionally, the hotel does not replenish food during breakfast. If all guests decide to eat and you arrive late, you’re left with nothing to eat, which is unacceptable. The pool system was also non-functional, with stagnant water that wasn’t refreshed, posing a health risk to anyone using it. The only positive aspect was the airport shuttle service, which was reliable and convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to these serious issues.

This isa wonderful hotel. We were picked up by the hotel shuttle and surprisingly it's just around the corner from the airport. Very convenient. I love the decor of the place as they really made the walls their "canvas" for painting. It looks like a pretty hip place. The staff are very friendly and always greets you whenever they see you. I also love the food as it's typical Filipino foods served with rice. The way I grew up. The cucumber lemonade is now my favorite drink. I also love the location of the hotel where it's in the middle of the city. You're not too far from the country areas but you're still near the shopping malls. This place also has a pool and nice sitting area outside the lobby area.
