Canvas Boutique Hotel

The hotel is very close to the airport about 8 minutes walk but shuttle is free to and from airport. Shops are easily accessible since it is located near town proper but KTV bars are noisy at night with loud music. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy but a good idea if there is a sink inside toilet. Hotel do have a nice swimming pool. Price is good value for money with delicious buffet which is different every day, along with a range of drink options

I would say that my overall rating of the hotel is a 4.5 out of 5. The hotel was well maintained, clean with friendly staff and tasty food at the restaurant and breakfast buffet. My actual room was really large, fully stocked and clean. It did not come with much of a few but it was quiet and very spacious. I could not hear my neighbors except for when they were leaving their rooms. It definitely had an industrial vibe to it, with certain imperfections to boost. But I felt like it added to the charm of the room itself. The whole hotel is designed with a unique charm. I felt like it was a safe neighborhood and plenty of security on staff 24 hours a day. The location is super convenient to the airport. I think it's nearly impossible to have a perfect hotel stay and I don't think I would ever give one a five-star rating but this one was really close especially for the price.

The location is perfect!!! Just a 5 minute walk from the airport, so no need to pay for transport to get there! If you are a foreigner as well, the staff accommodates a variety of guests whether you’re a tourist or Filipino who lives somewhere else in the Philippines they speak languages to your liking and speak well in English. Not to mention as well they give a friendly and respectful atmosphere it felt like they were family and friends at home!! They provide you with whatever services you need, such as if you need a tricycle or have your clothes washed or need your bag fixed which they did for me. This hotel is for you

Canvas is a excellent choice for a short stay in puerto princesa. It’s close to AirPort,shopping and beauty salons at robinsson mall, sm mall and china town Market a few minutes by tricycle. The restaurant offers a good variety of local and western food. I love the grilled chicken legs and found the Tuna appetizer delicious. Not expensive. Breakfast buffet is good and I recomend the egg station! Try the a la carte coffe! The staff are helpfull and smiling. The room is good but may need a little bit of TLC. I appreciate silent A/c, a safe, a lot of mirrors and plenty of space. Food poolarea locationand servicelevel is the highlights!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The Christmas decorations were amazing, From the beautifully decorated lobby to the twinkling lights throughout the hotel, it really put me in the holiday spirit. The staff was friendly specially Jerson the Front Desk, and the room was comfortable and cozy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a magical holiday getaway!

One of the best hotels we had on the Philippines! Our room was spacious, very clean and cozy. The pool area was nice, the staff super friendly and the new year‘s eve party that they organized was a lot of fun! I would definitely book it again :)

The hotel is located conveniently close to the airport (walking distance), however without being noisy. clean, spacious rooms that offer plenty of comfort. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very courteous. We had a really pleasant stay. A great place to start your journey in PPS!

You can order your eggs exactly the way you like them, and the chefs prepare everything right in front of you with speed and a smile. Everything tastes great and the quality is consistently high. 🍹 Cocktails – surprisingly impressive The cocktails at the hotel bar are fantastic! Fresh, well-balanced, and beautifully presented — far better than what you’d expect from a typical hotel bar. They’re perfect for unwinding after a day trip or starting off your evening. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Staff – all praise The staff is what truly makes this hotel special. They are kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Every interaction, from the reception to the restaurant, was pleasant and warm. This isa wonderful hotel. We were picked up by the hotel shuttle and surprisingly it's just around the corner from the airport. Very convenient. I love the decor of the place as they really made the walls their "canvas" for painting. It looks like a pretty hip place. The staff are very friendly and always greets you whenever they see you. I also love the food as it's typical Filipino foods served with rice. The way I grew up. The cucumber lemonade is now my favorite drink. I also love the location of the hotel where it's in the middle of the city. You're not too far from the country areas but you're still near the shopping malls. This place also has a pool and nice sitting area outside the lobby area.
