2025 Readers’ Choice Awards: The Top Hotels in Las Vegas | Condé Nast Traveler

"The Canyon Ranch gym inside The Venetian impressed me with its broad offerings—you can climb on the climbing wall, get nutritional counseling, and even have your gait analyzed—making it more than a typical hotel gym." - CNT Editors

Not a luxury high end spa experience at all! We were given paper wrist bands upon arrival and then ushered down a series vacant hallways where we were left in a large cold “holding room” where 15 - 20 people were waiting to be called. Felt like a dentist office waiting room not a spa. My husband said his massage as great however the ambiance was terrifying. He had to step over someone else’s dirty sheets still on the floor from the previous treatment. We had better massages in chairs at the mall. Save your money. Do not book.

I would definitely wait to have a service here when it is not under construction. When I go to a spa I want to be able to relax but there’s only a tiny co-ed area that is barely 10x10 pool that you have to share with everyone. That is the extent of the pools they have. All the pictures on the website of gorgeous experiences, pools, and lockers are not available. Also you spend your time walking the halls and wondering around in a robe with construction people and walking in the main area not like other spas when you change you are just in the spa. To go from locker room to sauna to a treatment you have to go to random areas and the massage rooms are tiny and look like makeshift office rooms. For the price they are charging you can visit many other spas in Vegas and get the regular high end experience. So sad about my purchase. As a Vegas local definitely will return to other spas on the strip or even green valley ranch had nicer amenities.

Lovely treatment at the spa in the Venetian Hotel. While service itself was amazing, the place felt crowded and there were no enough places to sit or in some of the areas of the spa. Lastly, out of three showers available two did not have hot water and the the third one did not have cold water? Clearly in transition…. Hope to give it another chance once the remodeling is done or else where

I usually love this Spa! Unfortunately, it is under construction and not many amenities are offered. The women’s locker room is far away, and the signage is terrible. They said there would be attendants and there weren’t. It was as quite stressful experience. I’m all for the renovation but staff appropriately. I do not advise going until the renovation is done, or they discount services through the renovation. Service was great as always.

I had my hair and makeup done by the team from Canyon Spa and Ranch for my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. One of the best parts was that they came right to my room, which made the whole process so easy, comfortable, and relaxing. The entire team was amazing—so kind, professional, and incredibly talented. I asked for a natural makeup look, and the artist (I didn’t catch his name) absolutely nailed it. I truly felt like the best version of myself. My hair, styled by Drea, turned out beautifully and held up perfectly throughout the day. They helped me feel confident and beautiful on one of the most important days of my life. I highly, highly recommend them!

We spent our last day in Vegas exactly how we should have—unplugged and pampered at Canyon Ranch Spa at The Venetian. From start to finish, it was pure bliss. I had a dreamy pedicure that came with complimentary bubbly, and they even sent me home with the polish they used—such a thoughtful touch! The entire spa is phone-free, which made the experience even more relaxing. I didn’t miss the notifications one bit. The amenities were immaculate. The salt room and wave room were especially unique and soothing, and I could’ve easily stayed in the relaxation lounge for hours. Pricing was incredibly reasonable for the luxury and quality of service. After the spa, we had lunch at the café and split a fresh and flavorful chop salad with grilled shrimp—highly recommend. I also tried the Vegas 75 cocktail, and it was the perfect final toast to a great trip. If you’re heading to Vegas and want a serene escape from the usual buzz, this is the spot. A hidden gem of wellness and calm right in the heart of the action. Follow me for more travel tips, spa recs, and food finds!

The spa was nice, and I appreciated the heads-up about the renovations. Still, it would’ve been nice if they offered something for the inconvenience. Front desk staff could be friendlier and more organized. Robert gave a great massage—definitely the highlight of the visit.

Kevin is always a pleasure. His knowledge and attention to detail is a plus. I always request him as my massage therapist and will continue to visit the spa for his service each and every time I return to the spa. He is one of a kind. He truly knows how to treat a client with profession and he pays attention to their needs as far as Witch points of pressure to use And listens to everything That the client request is number one And I give him five stars.
