⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an exceptional experience at Canyon Ranch Spa + Fitness Las Vegas. From the moment I arrived, everything felt calm, professional, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. My massage with David was outstanding. He is incredibly skilled, attentive, and intuitive — the kind of therapist who truly understands the body and tailors the session to your needs. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and balanced. The facilities are beautiful, clean, and luxurious, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and restorative. This was exactly the level of care and quality I was hoping for. Highly recommend, and I will absolutely be back — especially to book with David again.

My nail tech was wonderful none of this is related to her! Here for a friend’s wedding, I booked the express nail service because it is advertised as a fast 25 minute manicure. After the manicure was finished, I was informed that there are no nail dryers in the entire salon. The manicure was already ridiculously expensive, and I only purchased the manicure to have spa access. So I now have to sit for over an hour instead of a quick process if the salon had dryers (like every salon I have ever been to). Respectfully, I just wish this was advertised beforehand because I would not have purchased the service. When I approached the person working at the desk, they were flippant and couldn’t help with a discount. I would avoid if you are looking for a quick mani in conjunction with spa services

I’m a local and I frequent Canyon Ranch Spa often (usually every few months) and it continues to be my favorite place on the Las Vegas Strip. This spa truly stands out from the others because they have a women’s side only and a men’s side only with SO many amenities (right now it is co-ed only because of renovation but that will change in a couple months!), which makes the experience so much more relaxing. Before the renovation, there weren’t a lot of co-ed options, but that’s changing with the renovation, and they’re still keeping the full experience available on the women’s and men’s only sides, which I love. The staff are handling the renovation with so much grace and honestly, if you’ve never been here before, you’d never even know it’s under renovation. Every visit is seamless. I recommend Canyon Ranch to my friends, family, and even strangers anytime someone asks me what my favorite place is on the Las Vegas Strip. Without question, my answer is ALWAYS Canyon Ranch Spa. Do NOT forget to take advantage of all the amenities here! I love booking a service and then spending half the day enjoying everything they offer, from the steam room, saunas, laconium, igloo room, and experiential rain showers. My favorite service though is definitely the facials, and trust me, get the 80-minute one. Gina has taken care of my facials several times and she is amazing!!! She is so kind, friendly, and approachable. I can’t wait to see the completed renovation. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Let’s start with we got totally lost trying to find where the spa was. Yay when we finally do! When we booked our appointment the person on the phone said some areas would be coed do to remodeling. We said OK, cool. Come to realize everything is COed but the locker room. We get to the front desk check in is all good we ask about the $5 happy hour we see flash on the little tv, lady says with an attitude we’re a wellness spa that doesn’t serve alcohol. OK, attitude not needed it was just something we saw at the tv AT THE COUNTER. Anyways the massage was 10/10. However the atmosphere with the remodel is so bad. It’s packed everywhere, chaotic and anything but relaxing. It really should have been closed for remodel, I wish we would have spent our money elsewhere. I felt like it really felt short of a relaxing experience and the hot tub is just way small to accommodate a good amount of people. My last straw was the shower, I couldn’t get mine to get warm at ALL. So much for my warm eucalyptus steam shower. I took the coldest shower ever, changed and left. My friend was next to me and hers was fine, just my luck I guess.

My husband and I were on a little vacation booked the Venetian for our four night stay we booked the spa for a couples massage showed up at our appointment time. My husband was taken in one door. I went in another. My husband was shown the men’s area locker room was able to disrobe and get ready for our couples massage, I on the other hand was rushed right into the open space where couples were sitting with their robes waiting for services, so I looked very odd standing there with all my clothes on I was never taken to the women’s locker room never shown any other room. I had to go into our couples room where we were were massaged and get undressed after the massage I was taken to the locker room my massage therapist. Xavier asked me what points I would like to have done on my body. I said my back and my feet were most important. I would have to say he spent maybe two minutes a piece on my feet and I’ve had better massages. He must be very new because I was not content with the massage.

Google
Not impressed for the price. Loud clients and staff made it impossible to relax and be meditative. At a cost of nearly $1000, this doesn’t resemble World Class. Staff needs to police the noise level of themselves and the clients who do not know enough to be anything but continuously conversational. Please provide a space for these talkative guests and politely guide them to it, when they constantly yap. Also, the endless client orientation tours need to be conducted in quiet voice, not lecture volume. The acoustics are bad in the Conservatory. Hang some velvet curtains, at the least. The co-ed style adds nothing to the experience, either. The technicians are excellent and the treatment rooms are comfortable. The overall ambiance is, however, mediocre.

Google
The spa and facilities are not nearly as bad as the reviews would allow you to believe; however, it's not worth the price with the facilities as they are (dated, a bit worn, and in deep renovation). The staff are skilled and helpful and the entire time I was there I saw staff cleaning the facilities. The womens locker room is clean, spacious and well equipped. Is it weird that you have to make a very long journey back and forth down long, emptyy corridors for the various services they offer while dressed only in a robe? Yes. Is it strange and uncomfortable to have co-ed bathing and lounge facilities? A bit (especially when you consider the (male) age range that The Venetian gets). None of this would bother me elsewhere, but the Canyon Ranch brand has a reputation for better facilities/experiences that are worth the price, so it's all a bit disappointing. Again, the staff is great - you'll be in good hands, but the facilities and experience is odd.

Google
Did a spa day recently and the massage therapists were amazing! The staff in the locker room was nice for the most part but one lady was fairly rude. The experiential rooms were nice but the steam room only worked for a short time which was disappointing. Overall not a bad experience but over priced since not everything was available and not all the staff was friendly.

Yelp
So I've been to Canyon Ranch Spa before but I made a spontaneous appointment. The time of my visit (Sept '25), the spa was under construction for expansion so I didnt get to take very many photos. But staff was super friendly and went out of there way to assist me. I loved my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and I cant believe I forgot his name. After my massage, because of the construction, I got a bit lost but I found a staff person who gave me a quick tour and answered all my questions. When I checked out, the young lady was also very friendly and was telling me what changes were going to happen with the spa and it all sounds very exciting. Despite the transition, the spa relaxing areas and locker room were still presentable and clean. You wouldn't know construction was taking place. It was just a maze of hallways so you can get turned around and slightly lost. I was told Spa completion should be around the end of this year. I will return for a wellness spa day.

Yelp
Imagine going to a spa, asking six different people where the spa is located, wandering long hallways in a bathrobe only to never be directed to the actual spa. That's what happened to me last Thursday. For anyone expecting a first class experience here, save your money and go to a different spa. One where the employees can actually show you where the spa is located. Also the salon apparently needs to "work magic" if you want more than one nail color, seems to be a difficult ask. I don't recommend Canyon Ranch and am no longer interested in visiting their resorts.

Yelp
My friend and I decided to treat ourselves to some much-needed pampering at Canyon Ranch Spa, and it did not disappoint. We each booked different facials, mine was the Soothe & Hydrate, perfect for a first-timer like me. My esthetician was lovely and made the whole experience feel relaxing and easy. She even gave me a personalized product recommendation card to take home, which I appreciated since I can barely tell a serum from a smoothie. Post-facial, we took full advantage of the spa amenities (because why stop at just glowing skin?). There's a serene relaxation area that practically whispered "nap here", plus a hot tub, pool, and nice clean showers to extend the chill vibes just a little longer. Why not 5 stars? The experience was truly wonderful, but nothing wildly unique stood out to push it into full "wow" territory. Still, a solid, luxurious escape, and I'd absolutely come back for more self-care sessions.

Yelp
I'd been looking at my nails in embarrassment as there was no time to get a manicure before leaving town. So that's how we ended up at Canyon Ranch Spa. I was able to book an appointment in the wee hours of the morning online. It's $79 for a basic mani plus I was lulled in to the additional hot oil cuticle treatment and additional dazzle dry polish. Kimmie did a wonderful job on my manicure, cuticles look great. She was friendly and welcoming. They gave me a bottle of polish and a sample of hand cream. I also bought some of the Canyon Ranch shower mist because it smelled great! They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...but after spending a lot on this mani it deserves to be shown.

Yelp
One of my favorite things about Vegas is their world-class spa offerings. I chose to come to the Canyon Ranch Spa at Venetian because it's a Forbes 4 star spa, they're one of the largest spas in the US, and they are known to have tons of amenities to make a great spa day. An important thing to note is that the spa began a round of renovations as of July 7, which does impact the experience. They closed the Venetian side of the Canyon Ranch Spa for renovation; therefore, all customers are using the spa amenities at the Palazzo side of the spa and those amenities are now co-ed. While they do have ample space for patrons to enjoy the spa amenities, it does feel busy and sauna/steam rooms and hot tubs can intermittently get filled. My 50 minute massage cost $199 + 20% tax/service charges, but it includes full-day access to their indoor spa amenities and it allowed us to plan a day of relaxation, away from the 110 degree heat. Aside from the spa being huge, one of the things that sets Canyon Ranch Apart is their Aquavana spa amenities. They have "experiential cold showers" and rooms at various temps (eucalyptus steam room, salt room with recliners, sauna, infrared sauna, cold shower room). These experiences are part of what's included in the cost of your treatments. It is relaxing to switch from cold showers to hot steam rooms/saunas and heated lounge chairs. The amenities put it at the top tier of spas in Vegas. Caesar's Palace's "Qua" and Resorts World's "Awana" are different in that they feature indoor pools and hot tubs of different temperatures that allow you to relax/detox prior to your treatment. Perhaps it is for optimal sanitation, however Venetian focuses on saunas, dry heat, and cold showers to get the same effects. To this end, Canyon Ranch has one small hot tub at this time. My preference is for soaking in tubs/pools of different temperatures (such as those found in Qua or Awana) rather than Canyon's focus on ice cold showers and dry heat. Nevertheless, regardless of my own preferences, the spa amenities at Canyon Ranch were great and they add significant value to guests. On top of this, my 50 minute "Canyon Ranch Massage" was really great and my therapist was extremely professional/skilled. Overall, I would recommend this spa to anyone; however, whether I come back may depend on the type of spa experience I want.

Yelp
The spa services are top notch but stay away until their construction is finished (scheduled to end 12/2025). I was given no warning and I got lost over a dozen times today as only half the staff knew where the women's locker was relocated. Initially told I couldn't use aqua amenities because of the construction but found out - by then a 15 minute walk away- that I could on the men's side which they've made co-ed. But swimsuit was at the lockers and i wasn't about to go through the maze of hallways again. Once all treatments were done I spent 25 minutes getting lost to the lockers to then be directed to the wrong exit. Husband had to leave hotel room and find me through our "find me" phone app. Oh, and those new keyless lockers are tricky. Management had to unlock mine for me. Thankfully my husband came to the rescue as I was so close to breaking down in tears. One other note, while we are staying in the Palazzo where the spa is located, the elevator skipped the spa floor and sent me to the lobby! I know for sure the button was pushed. Fortunately it didn't skip the floor when I went up.

Yelp
It seems that anything expensive tends to be unfairly criticized in reviews. How is this spa rated only 3.5 stars? It was absolutely amazing. You're not allowed to bring your mobile device inside, which I actually appreciate you're required to lock it in your locker, allowing for a truly peaceful and undisturbed experience. You have full access to all of their amenities, and they offer an extensive array of spa services. I especially loved the Ritual Baths. Additionally, the Aquavana Experiential Rooms are what elevate this spa to a four-star experience, as recognized by Forbes. I booked the Euphoria Bath, which includes a massage, and it was phenomenal. My massage therapist was perfect gentle yet effective which I appreciated since I do not enjoy deep tissue massages. You can enjoy the amenities either before or after your scheduled treatment. The ambiance is serene and relaxing, but I recommend arriving early so you can take full advantage of everything they offer. See the different list below whichyou can experience before or after your spa treatment: CRYSTAL STEAM ROOM Cultivate calm in an aromatic steam environment that cleanses and purifies the body. A space to clear the mind, meditate, reflect, and refocus. EXPERIENTIAL RAINS Step into an invigorating series of multi-sensory showers, including a Caribbean Storm, a Tropical Rain, and a romantic Cool Fog. FINNISH SAUNA A classic sauna experience - healing dry heat plus soothing colored light. HERBAL LACONIUM Inhale the warmth and comfort of an herbal-infused humid environment. The ideal place to delight your body and quiet your mind. HYDROSPA Saturate your senses. Experience a gentle pulsating massage from a variety of fountains. Soothe sore muscles and release tension throughout your body. IGLOO Three cool-air Arctic mist experiences enhanced by a fiber optic glow You will enjoy!!!

Yelp
Only had my feet scrubbed/massaged and it was so relaxing and enjoyable that I fell asleep a few times during the session. The best part was after the session, customers can still hang around to enjoy the Wave Room, and other activities, while drinking and eating snacks and fruits. If one is not too ticklish, their whole body massage probably will be highly desirable.

Brenda S.

Yelp
I had a very upsetting experience at Canyon Ranch Spa. During my facial with a therapist named Liliana, she personally took my necklace off my neck, saying she needed to "scrub my neck." I told her I never take it off, but she insisted and said she would place it with the rest of my jewelry. When my treatment ended, I put everything back on and didn't realize the necklace was missing until I arrived at the airport later that day. I immediately called the spa and security. They said it hadn't been turned in to Lost & Found. I explained that it wasn't something I misplaced -- the employee physically removed it from my neck during the service and never returned it. They said they would "investigate," but the process ended with: "We were unable to locate your necklace." When I asked what steps they took, they told me the investigation was "confidential." There was zero accountability or real follow-up. Be extremely careful with your belongings here -- I would not trust them with any valuables.

Yelp
This was my first time trying a spa in Las Vegas, and I was very impressed! The spa at The Venetian is a beautiful, relaxing space with top-notch facilities. The prices were reasonable for the experience and its the strip so be prepared to spend at $200 per services. It truly felt like a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle of the Strip. I'd recommend arriving a little before your appointment to get oriented and take advantage of all the amenities. Plan to spend at least 2-4 hours here so you can really soak in the full experience--trust me, it's worth it! From the very friendly and attentive staff to the excellent services, this spa is a must-visit if you're looking to unwind in Vegas
google avatar

Mei W.

Yelp
Humongous & spacious spa! Stayed in LV over the weekend and decided to pamper myself with a spa massage! Accessible both through Venetian & Palazzo. (Both share the same spa). They have multiple steam rooms, sauna & a jacuzzi. There's a few special lounge rooms also, but didn't visit any of them. Only downside is the room where I had massage was literally right next to the day club. Heard the loud bass banging throughout my massage, which made it a little less of an enjoyable experience.
google avatar

Christopher O.

Yelp
Came in here to get a massage and a facial while here in Vegas. I was only able to get a picture of the reception because there were people in the other rooms. They have a strict cell phone in those rooms which was understandable. The pros is the massage and facial was good and the amenities here are good also. The steam room and igloo was nice although I would it have preferred the igloo room to be cooler. You get to use the amenities all day also. A big complaint is this place is a massive maze and you get lost in it. You have to ask for help to find your way around and not everyone has the time to help you.

Yelp
This was a very enjoyable and relaxing first visit for me at the Canyon Ranch Spa and Fitness Center! (+) Called around roughly 11 am-ish this morning to set up an appointment for a treatment. The receptionist was very friendly and informative and made the whole process of making the appointment pretty effortless. Fantastic first impression! (+) Arrived around roughly 12:30 pm and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who checked me in. Once we went through billing and whatnot, she was able to provide me with a local's discount. Check this out.. Locals get 25% off! What a pleasant surprise! That is a fairly generous discount for locals, especially from an upper tier property! Mike is pretty happy now! :) I was able to purchase a 50-minute Canyon Ranch Massage, pay the service charge, pay an additional $20 for the attendants (I voluntarily asked for this to be added) and all of that, with the local's discount applied, had me right at $200 out the door! Sweet! Totally worth it! (+) My treatment was outstanding! My provider was friendly and was very attentive to my comfort level. I always prefer somewhere between a Swedish and a deep tissue pressure level, leaning much more towards deep tissue. All I had to do was ask for more pressure and was quickly obliged. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable massage, and it was just what I needed! (+) The fitness center is well stocked with plenty of machines, cardio equipment, and free weights. It was nice being able to get a good workout in before my spa treatment. (+) There is plenty to enjoy in the wet facilities as well! I very much enjoyed the Experimental Rains showers! Between all the different jets of waters and all of the lights it was a bit of a trip! lol The cold water was exhilarating and was the perfect follow up after spending a long while in the steam! The igloo was fun as well! The igloo is a cooler room (kept at around 40 degrees from what I've read) that has your Experimental Rains shower settings inside. Wow! Very exhilarating! I really enjoyed going back and forth from the hot to the cold to the hot again! The steam room was very enjoyable as well. Not huge, but they keep it nice and warm in there so you can get a good sweat going. They have a row of heated stone loungers available also. When I want to dry off a little bit, this is the perfect place to relax and do just that. I've actually caught myself dozing off on these things before! oh, and I did very much enjoy the infused water with cucumbers and watermelon! Very tasty! I don't have a list of complaints really, but there were a few things that were less impressive. - the dry sauna didn't feel very warm to me. I definitely preferred the steam room to this area. - the lockers are pretty small IMO. I only came in with a small satchel and what I was wearing and it still felt like I had to cram things in that small locker while there were so many unused lockers around me. - I did see the attendants cleaning and picking up around the facility and keeping it clean. Other than that, I didn't really interact with them much. - the jacuzzi was surprisingly very small. If there were more than 3 guys in there at a time it would feel a little too cozy. This was a bit surprising considering the size of the property. I very much enjoyed my first visit to Canyon Ranch Spa and Fitness! I would definitely recommend it and I look forward to my next visit sometime in the near future! 4 solid stars.

Yelp
Canyon Ranch Spa and Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor of the Palazzo Resort. It is just a little bigger than a regular hotel gym for the fitness area. The entry is complimentary while staying on the grounds. Upon entering, you must swipe/tap your room key and then sign in. Minors are allowed with parental signature. Towels are complimentary, too. I thought the amount of cardio equipment was alright given I was there at 3:30 on a Tuesday. I feel like the facility would be too crowded on a weekend mid-morning with long waits for the 4 bicycles, 7 treadmills, and 7 elliptical machines. The same goes for the free weights and the small variety of Technogym weight machines. There is also a small shop to buy fitness clothing and a cafe located at the entrance. There is no juice bar in the fitness area, but food and beverages can all be purchased just outside in the cafe.
google avatar

Rob W.

Yelp
Great little gym here at the Palazzo. Not as big as the gym at the Venetian, but still some great pieces of equipment to get the job done. Everything was clean, organized and in working order. They also have a sit down restaurant and food can be ordered to go as well.

Yelp
Went here for my birthday and absolutely went to heaven!! The facial was amazing and my esthetician was great. She has wonderful recommendations for products and my skin has been thriving since swapping out what I was using for more calming products offered. The Himalayan salt room and crystal steam room were my favorites outside of the treatment and they offered multiple types of infused waters and tea throughout the facility. Pricy, but wonderful for splurging or special occasions.

Yelp
Richie gave me the best massage I have ever had! Service was excellent. 10 out of 10. I wasn't able to put my hand above my head until Richie worked his magic. Highly recommend

Momu T.

Yelp
Unfortunately my esthetician Selena seemed undertrained even though she's been in the industry for 25 years, very little technique in her facial, concentrates exfoliation in questionable areas that are more sensitive while avoiding areas that need more exfoliation. Her movements are random and clumsy instead of systematic or thoughtful to natural anatomy or lymphatic flow. Ive been getting facials regularly around the world for many decades but and hers seems disjointed and uninformed and lazy. Her massage is also weak and perfunctory, she just seems over it in general.
google avatar

Sunny H.

Yelp
David is an amazing deep tissue masseuse, but I wasn't a fan of the coed restroom and facilities. I'll try coming back after they're done renovating.

Brianna S.

Yelp
f you've ever wanted to feel like you were relaxing in a high school locker room with a Groupon, this is your place. Let's start with the "spa." Missing tiles? Check. Dingy corners and that faint scent of mildew and broken dreams? Double check. I half expected to see a janitor walk by with a mop and a look of defeat. The relaxation room? More like a detention room. Dim lights, uncomfortable chairs, and the ambiance of a budget gym's waiting area. I didn't feel relaxed -- I felt like I was about to get yelled at by a P.E. teacher. The advertised services? Mysteriously unavailable. The rain shower was more of a lightning storm simulator -- the switches were broken, lights flickering like I was in a horror movie, and water pressure that alternated between "Niagara Falls" and "someone spitting on you from above." And the "65-degree igloo" was just... a room with broken AC. I've had colder arguments with my ex. Now, to be fair -- the massage? Incredible. 10/10. If I could rate just that, I'd be writing a love letter. But unfortunately, it came wrapped in an experience that felt more like a dare than a day of pampering. Save your money. Or at least your expectations.

Yelp
Canyon Ranch Spa in the Venetian/Palazzo has tons of options for relaxing! It's huge so if you like that kind of vibe, head on over! Salt Room, Igloo, Scented rooms, Meditation Rooms, Lounging rooms and of course treatment rooms. After the spa, we grabbed a bite at the Venetian Pool bar. There are a couple of restaurants by the spa as well so take your pick! Enjoy this place! You'll find something to love!

Sherry G.

Yelp
My daughter & I got massages here last week and this was by far the WORST spa experience either of us every had. It was VERY overbooked, standing room only, no seats, VERY loud and just absolute chaos. There were no sandals available so we had to go barefoot which was unsanitary and unsafe- we couldn't even get to the lockers because it was so crowded, we couldn't use any of the amenities like the hot tub, heated loungers, sauna, etc... because they were all full with lines of people waiting a turn - it was just an overall TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We were in separate rooms for our massages and could both hear people talking and laughing during our treatments and BOTH OF OUR MASSAGE THERAPIST TALKED THE ENTIRE TIME! I left feeling tremendously overwhelmed and very disappointed. DO NOT USE THE SPA!!!

Yelp
Omg, I LOVE Vegas and was fortunate enough to have breakfast here on 4/22/24. My stir fried veggies with soft tofu was delicious. The spa itself is gorgeous and I love the women's spa. They have a sauna and jacuzzi and you can lounge around then shower and get ready. They have blow dryers and make up remover.

Yelp
My favorite place to just relax! My mom sister and myself spend a week at the palazzo, and enjoy our days in the spa, with our evenings out at yummy dinners. We are always treated so kindly, and feel so pampered and rejuvenated by the end of our week. Always thankful for Gerry, Clemencia, Sylvia, and so many others who have worked here for years, and thankful for some newer faces such as Rowana. We love the "schedule" in the Aquavana, which has taught us to go from hot to cold, and repeat, for the benefits it serves on skin, muscles, and more. Thank you all for this wonderful getaway!

Yelp
Canyon Ranch spa inside the Venetian hotel is a resort all of in itself. It is luxurious and sprawling. My masseuse therapist says it has 92 massage rooms. It has a slew of water features and you are sure to find one for you. Everything from igloo to experience Rainwaters to classic hot tub and steam rooms. I have but one picture to post here. The staff is on top of enforcing its no cell phone policies due to the private and serene nature of the environment. Locals take note that they offer 20% local discount off of their services. I had a deep tissue massage with Kevin. I would not describe it as relaxing, it's more work and therapeutic, but I needed it and I can say I felt a surge of energy afterwards. He was excellent.
google avatar

Judy L.

Yelp
The services at Canyon Ranch were good. The entire staff is so welcoming, and friendly, especially the women staff working in the women's side were professional and attentive. Why not 5 stars? Oh they have a lot of amenities, but everything is super crowded. Dry sauna, steam room, igloo, wave room, salt grotto, experiential rain shower, etc. It only fits 1 (but they only have 1 of them) or the room can only up to 8 or 10 people? I waited around for some of the amenities, some I never got a chance to try it. UGH! You can tell some of the amenities needs repair and it is aging.

Yelp
Massage for two Monday 12/11/2023 at 1pm. No spa facility tour offered. But there's a long AF walk to the spa facility from the elevator. Spa facility itself was nice with many amenities. Aquavana whirlpool, dry/steam sauna, herbal room, variety of rainforest showers. The seating/waiting area didn't have much. Snacks were empty and all the chairs were full. My rating is based on my experience. I expected and wanted more but didn't get receive that. First there were so many others in the spa facility and there's no quiet area. All the other patrons didn't respect the quiet spa areas. You could hear all the different people raising their voices and it was not relaxing. Second, my custom 50 min massage was just okay. Lack of pressure even after I told her I wanted a more firm massage. I was very disappointed. I went back to my room instead of using the spa facilities because it was just very disruptive in every way instead of being a relaxing experience. I've had better massages at Awana (Resorts World) and Qua (Caesars). I wouldn't come back here again.

Yelp
Worst massage place I've ever been, I almost lost my mind. I will not explain my bad experience but I can say that I don't recommend this place, they are NOT MASSAGE PLACE. I really wanted to throw up. They put a bottle of oil on me and just made me sick the way they touched me. I stopped the treatment in the middle. So not worth the money. Maybe the "biggest spa in USA" but definitely the worst spa in USA

Yelp
Arrived yesterday to Las Vegas. Called and made an appointment for a hair blow out for today. Met Freddie and he was not only skilled and did a great job, but he was nice, attentive and gave me recommendations for tonight (Cirque du Soleil "O"). He is fabulous!

Yelp
Unsanitary you can tell they haven't mopped or cleaned jacuzzi in months by the green mold. Sadly I did tell male manager about this and he made up an excuse instead of apologizing or sending crew to clean. Not worth the money go else where for spa .

Yelp
After a confusing 2 mile walk from the parking structure we arrived. I had booked a couples massage in advance. When entering the spa, none of the employees greeted us. Person signing us in prompted automatic 15% gratuity, which was a bit pushy. After being signed in we were lead to our separate locker rooms, the explanation wasn't clear that the staff would retrieve us when our masseuses were ready. I was hoping for more CO-ED amenities but unfortunately there was only two rooms which left more to be desired. The masseuses were great and gave us a very relaxing massage. To check out the front desk was understaffed, took us over 30 minutes waiting to settle up. Happy I mentioned that we were locals and received money off. No ability to validate our parking.

Yelp
I needed a spa night after a crazy conference day and our massages were amazing. The only odd thing was that my massage therapist massaged one foot but forgot the other, funny. It's ok. The aqua room was very peaceful however if there are noisy people it kinda ruins it. This place was big, clean and nice. Staff was definitely amazing and accommodating. Unfortunately our cat was hospitalized after surgery back in California while I was here at a work conference and I received a call that she is going septic . We made the hard decision to euthanize her and the vet techs agreed to FaceTime the process. The CR staff saw that I was crying profusely and they were so understanding and allowed us to use a private room for one our hardest and safest time. I forgot the lovely lady's name that helped that night but I so appreciate her and wanted to gift her something but it got really busy for me. Hopefully she reads this and we totally appreciate her kindness.

Yelp
3 stars this time because I had a mixed bag of experiences on my last visit. On the 5-star side: Eva and Freddie (Freddy?) did my hair as Brittany was off, and they were both fabulous. Griselda did my make up, and that was also a 5-star experience. I will post some pics of their wonderful work when I get a second On the not-good side: This was my first time ever having a negative CR experience in many years of visits. The Alchemist's Retreat was disappointing and not as described in both the written description and at the booking desk. I regret getting it and would not get it again. I didn't get offered the scalp massage component listed in the description, and I was told that there would be a shower or tub option in the service room to allow for the scrub to get rinsed off. Instead there was no shower or scrub (we were in a regular massage room) and each segment of the scrub had to be removed with hot towels (and it was very tedious and not relaxing or luxurious feeling -- went through a whole lot of towels!). Overall, that service didn't feel nearly as special as the price tag and it wasn't what I had been told to expect. For the money, I had envisioned a much more upscale and relaxing service. I've had maybe 20 various services over the years at Canyon Ranch and this was the first time I felt disappointed. I was also disappointed that my appointment I booked for my friend with Tessa was moved to another stylist without notice, as I was told Tessa was the head stylist and has extensive experience with extensions. My friend, who is a talented hair stylist, has owned two hair salons and has extensions herself. I wish the info about the switch had been communicated to us in advance and my friend could have decided if she wanted to proceed. Elizabeth (who helped me with the booking and who was great) had told me when I booked the sessions that we would be contacted if there was to be a change in stylists. My friend ended up liking who she got to do her hair just fine, but it was more about CR not following through with what we were promised up front more than once. I should add, too, that my friend really enjoyed her other service (scrub and massage also, but she got a large soaking tub in her room to soak off the scrub, as we were both assured would happen) but commented that her therapist was apologetic that some of the jets in her tub were broken. Overall she really liked that service and would do that again, but it sounded like her tub needed some repairs. For what it's worth, I did express all this to Sheree at the front desk, too, afterward, and she said someone in management would be following up with me, but no one has so far (and it's been almost a month). I also detailed it in a Canyon Ranch follow-up survey and no one responded to that, either.

Yelp
This spa is MASSIVE. You will get lost trying to find it. We thought it was in Venetian, but it's in Palazzo which is the connecting hotel to Venetian. I thought itwas in the pool deck, it was not. So I followed other signs that I was told to follow. It took me about 15 minutes to get there when I was staying in the same hotel. The spa is huge. You will get lost in the spa. They have a steam room, sauna, hot tub, hot chairs, a wave room, another room, and the warm showers that you can paroose by. We just kept taking turn in each but spent a few hours there. I opted for the cheapest massage which is $200 for 50 minutes. The main part I was disappointed with is that my masseuse spent time moving my body in the proper positions and taking time out of the massage. It took her a couple minutes to do that otherwise she could have spent more time on the massage.

Yelp
I went during a weekday for an 80 minute massage. The facility is very nice. You can relax for 2 hours easily before or after your service between all the different relaxation rooms, rainforest showers, saunas, salt rooms, etc. I did most of mine afterwards, as I didn't allow a ton of time beforehand. I didn't know how far it was to get to the spa before you actually got there even if you're starting from the Venetian already. The hike is so long that it feels like a cruel joke. At the start, a person gives a quick rundown of the facility. My guide was very nice but she talked very fast with a heavy accent and I could not understand a lot of what she said but I figured it out. No cell phones throughout the spa, which is a good general rule but they need more clocks around the place. Every room really. I was nervous I would be late so I didn't really try to enjoy the spa until after my massage. My masseuse John was really good. However I was freezing the entire time. The table was on "low" heat at first, but when I asked, John said it's on the highest setting. I said it can't be. It's ice cold. He double checked and it was on the lowest. At the highest setting it was barely warm. Perhaps it's time for a new massage table. Plus there is one very thin sheet on top. I'm telling you I was freezing the entire time. When I flipped over, John asked if everything was ok and if I was warmer. I said no but what can he do since it's on the highest setting. He put a warm towel over me and I felt good for about 5-10 minutes. No matter how good the massage is, if you're freezing the whole time, it's simply not enjoyable. I wish I had stayed in my warm room instead. The place is expensive as hell too. The price is posted but that they will add 15% as gratuity. When you arrive, though, they advise you that there's another 5% gratuity that's added for the other staff. I'm sorry isn't that the employees job to pay them? On top of that, they want payment up front before you even go in. I've been to some very nice spas and that's super tacky. I paid $350 for 80 minutes of freezing coldness. I will definitely not ever be back. The $79 for using the facility only may be worth it but I will probably pass on that too.

Yelp
DO NOT GO HERE!! This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I booked a reservation directly through the front desk, and at no point was I informed that we had to arrive exactly on time with zero grace period. We arrived just seven minutes late, and from the moment we walked in, we were met with unbelievable rudeness. The front desk woman spoke to us in the most condescending, dismissive tone as she explained that not only would our time be deducted by the seven minutes, but also by however long it took to check in and walk us to the back. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she talked down to us as if we were children. When we tried to explain that we were never told about this ridiculous policy, she snapped back and rudely insisted, "You certainly were informed, as we let all our guests know." Then she went even further, claiming we had received an email confirming this policy. We *never* got any email. It was just another excuse to justify their terrible attitude. Things only got worse when we asked for a manager. Marilyn, the so-called manager, came out already angry, hostile, and ready to argue. Instead of calmly resolving the issue, she didn't greet us or introduce herself instead she immediately raised her voice at us and yelled, "You guys WILL have to pay a move fee since we have to reschedule you!" Her attitude was aggressive, combative, and completely unprofessional. When we told her we shouldn't have to pay a fee and that they should at least add back the time they deducted, she just doubled down on her awful attitude. When I told her to calm herself down and not yell at us. She blamed it on her mask--as if a mask makes you yell at people and be rude. This wasn't a misunderstanding; it was deliberate, and from the way she carried herself, it was clear she treats guests this way all the time. She made zero effort to be accommodating or understanding. Instead, she humiliated us in front of other staff and guests, yelling at us in the middle of the lobby. It was embarrassing, stressful, and completely unnecessary. This place clearly does not care about its guests, and Marilyn is the worst example of a manager. Instead of improving our experience, she made it worse. I will never be coming back, and I highly recommend you stay far away unless you enjoy being disrespected and ripped off. I'm sure the facilities are nice, but being disrespected and yelled at was enough for me to leave!!

Yelp
Very dissapointed, First it was my daughter birthday...Not ONE person said Happy Birthday... place was crowded with one small jacuzzi , I didnt feel the place was all that clean either, only good part for me was Letitia G her massage was outstanding, I feel bad for daughter as hers was not good, but Melody on facial for her was great- Too expensive for what they offer, I been to most all strip Saps this is bottom of list, others at least have a pool , this does not , and again I feel it was over booked and crowded for enjoyment

Yelp
The massage and amenities were good, however we were not told that we would have to walk a long distance from the locker room that is in the Venetian side to the Palazzo side. It is especially a long walk for someone with physical limitations. There was also construction going on with lots of drilling. These things are not mentioned in the website. It kind of defeated the purpose of getting a massage to feel relaxed. Also, even though there are signs all around saying no cell phone and speaking loudly allowed, there were people taking pictures and videos. My best friend was having her privacy invaded in the sauna when this family entered talking loudly, sitting next to her and video recording inside. She was very upset about this. The employees there were not telling people with their cell phone to put them away. This was a disappointing experience. However, one good thing that came out of this experience is that we got our services discounted after we complained about our negative experience at the front desk. Thank you, Han (the person we spoke to)!

Yelp
I've been dreaming about going to back to Canyon Ranch, even though I was just there yesterday. There is so much to be said about this facility. From the staff, to the rooms, to just about everything, there was no stone left unturned during our visit. My friend and I booked a Canyon Ranch Massage and a Canyon Ranch Facial. We were so lucky to be able to use the facility the ENTIRE day for no extra cost. Trust me, we reallyyy got our moneys worth. I think overall we spent about 5 hours at the spa. The rooms there are crazy. There are several rain rooms, with different rain settings, including one in the Igloo room. There was a dry sauna, which was one of my absolute favorites, a steam room, an herbal steam room, jacuzzi with heated stone seats and soo many more. This is just from the women's side too!! The Co-ed spot had a wave room and a salt room too. My massage was amazing. Perfectly relaxed and my massage therapist listened to everything I asked for. It was great. The spa was outstanding. Every room was so clean and relaxing. It was really the perfect place to unwind. No pictures for obvious reasons, but definitely check it out!!

Yelp
This was a second follow up trip for a spa experience on our vacation coming out of the Lapis spa, which I can assure all, was the superior experience. First issue, the hot tub situation is lacking. There is one small tub in the men's area & the women's area. There is no shared or large tub available. Don't wanna sit next to a naked dude in a tub 3 feet away? Tough, you're outa luck on that one. Second issue. The common area is terrible. It looks like a hotel lobby. Completely wasted space. No one is coming to a spa experience to sit in chairs in a large room & hang out. Completely pointless. Why bring a spouse or lover here? You have almost nothing to experience together. Third, the wave room is a joke. A pool of water in the middle of the room vibrates & shows reflections on the ceiling while you lounge & rest. But there's a loud rattling in the room & you get to stare at a misaligned ceiling fixture, the ceiling being the focal point of the room. Fail. Other observations: paint is peeling in the steam room ceiling. Grout is gross in the tub. Workers are milling about constantly in what's supposed to be a private, clothing optional, men's area. One was transporting flooring pieces on a loud cart. There's nothing relaxing about it. In summary, the tubs & coed amenities suck here. The massage was good, yes. But a spa is a total experience & this was not fleshed out. Go to Lapis instead, you'll thank me later. Cost is literally the same for a better place.

Yelp
I've been here quite a few times and it has literally ruined every other spa I go to now. Nothing beats the amenities and experience you get at Canyon Ranch. If you need a massage/body work, definitely see Ayoub. He's on a whole other level than any massage therapist I've been to. He takes great care and attention with his work. I'd fly in just to see him...he's that good!

Yelp
I'm a huge spa connoisseur and the Palazzo did not disappoint! The amenities are amazing and what sets them apart. On top of having skilled massage therapists. We did the couples package and I had Isaiah as my masseuse. Best massage of my life! I've been all over the world trying high end spas wherever I go, and for sure, hands down, Palazzo takes the win thanks to Isaiah!

Yelp
I didn't take pictures to respect all other guests, but I did have a lovely visit. Yes, the walk to the spa is far from the Venetian and yes, it felt like there was a lot of "dead " space, but I found my experience to be wonderful. I was expecting the spa area to be crowded and very little space to enter the tub or the steam rooms, and they were small, but there was always space. Yes, there were ladies walking all over and it was a little louder than I wanted it to be, but it didn't take away from my relaxation. My treatment was luxurious and our therapists were so great. Definitely worth a visit!

Yelp
Did a couples massage and it was so nice I fell asleep right into it. The change room has a sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold spray rooms. Quite the variety for a spa. Their massage rooms are nice. The bathtub can fit two and is relaxing. It's a bit overpriced , I believe $350/person. But that could be the standard at resorts as I'm not much a massage connoisseur. You also have access to pool and gym on the same floor.

Yelp
This past Wednesday (18th June) I had the best Reiki session with a wonderful therapist called Janet C at Canyon Ranch, Las Vegas. Janet was patient, kind and very knowledgeable about her craft. My head feels so clear and peaceful. I 1,000% recommend asking for Janet if you're interested in having a Reiki session, and will definitely be asking for her next time I go. Oh, when you book a treatment, you are welcome to spend the whole day in the spa, which is so relaxing. I particularly recommend the salt room & could happily have spent a lot more time than the 30 minutes I was in there.

Yelp
Really enjoyed the workouts here. I went two of the mornings and also got breakfast smoothies from the cafe. I gotta say, it's nice that there's a cafe there so that you don't have to join the five million people in line at the Starbucks below first thing in the morning.

Yelp
This spa has more amenities than most spas I have been to. Men and women have separate areas because clothing is optional (although most women had their bathing suit on), and there is a large waiting room area called the conservatory that is co-Ed and everyone has their robes on. In the conservatory, there is fruit water, plenty of seats, a mini waterfall, a Salt Room and a Wave Room for meditation. This is where you meet your technician or massage therapist if you are getting a treatment as well. Within the womens area, there is a jacuzzi with heated lounge seats, an igloo room that sprays cold water (I was not a fan), a heated herbal scented room which I loved, a dry and wet sauna rooms, and rain showers. My only complaint is the rain showers. My friend and I (and my hubby in the men's section) tried them and we all didn't like them. When we pressed the buttons (which sometimes they worked and sometimes they didn't), the water came shooting out and was a lot of pressure. The "storm" feature had flashing lights but didn't really remind us of a storm. But other than that, the whole spa was really nice. Overall this spa is beautiful, super spacious, has tons of options, lots of places to sit, offers snacks and naturally flavored water, and lots of helpful staff. If I stay at the Venetian again, I will be getting a day pass again.

Yelp
This place is truly heaven on earth. I tend to get facials about every so many months, my skin is super exposed to the harmful sun, from the stress of Honolulu traffic, long hours of work, pretentious lifestyle that we all live in, and sleep deprivation. As much as possible, I set aside 90 minutes of massage about once or every other week, on off days to reset my sins and rejuvenate my skin. For the average person like me, who doesn't mind spending at least $179 at Canyon Ranch on a Gentleman's Facial, Deep Tissue Massage, or Tropical Body Scrub. I'll admit, to splurge on health & wellness for me is worth it because when you work hard, you play harder. The steam expels all the Carcinogens and tobacco smoke I've second-hand during the week, sauna sweats out the alcohol and the spa gives me that much needed opportunity to reflect, reset, and rejuvenate. This is my new sanctuary. The massages are very firm, you can always request more or less pressure, and if you haven't got one in a while, you'll feel the confusion between pleasure and pain. But on the next day, you'll feel like a champion ready to conquer the world! Kudos to Victoria who has given me one of the best facials, including a hand and feet mask, along with advise on important skin care regimen.
