Amazing road leading up to one of the most beautiful sunrise spots on Mallorca. The extreme landscape around the lighthouse makes for amazing views all around!

Wonderful. We accessed the road with our own car. The landscape is wonderful. Take comfortable shoes to walk. We went to the beach right after.

The drive to Cap de Fermentor is not for the faint of heart. The drive up to the lighthouse was on a very narrow, winding steep road. The wooden guard rails were old and there was no shoulder at all. It was a nerve-racking drive. We got within 100 meters of the lighthouse and the traffic jam started. We turned the car around and went back down. The views were stunning!! Just be prepared for sharp turns with a 600' drop off. The mirador del Colomer has stunning views too. It is before Cap de Formentor.

Very long, narrow, twisty road. Views are stunningly beautiful but there is a lot of traffic leading to this place. Bikers uphill and downhill, buses - full craziness. Being extremely careful is a must. We couldn't park on site. Parking only possible for 2 hours, space for 20 cars maybe. Avoid weekends on all costs. Place itself has a cafeteria, you can stop for a coffee - very expensive, only if you were able to park there first. Super windy place as well. Be careful Formentor is closed for private cars between mid June to the mid September. Better check before going by your own car or rented car.

I love this place, so beautiful, clean, and has a peaceful feeling to it. I red the reviews before driving there, and many spoke about the crowdness during the day, and you have to pay attention to a lot of sycling and pedestrians, so I decided to go and watch the sunrise instead of the sunset, and believe me it was worth it, barely anyone on the road, a lot of parking space and what a view to witness.
