CAP Management

I am an owner of a high-rise condo in the Capital Hill area of Denver. We recently hired CAP Management after several years of dealing with poor building management firms. I am pleased to say that CAP is already delivering on their promise to improve things here. In the short time they have been here, our new on-site manager, Jen Jones, has proven her commitment to leading a highly responsible and engaged staff. Our building engineer (John) and his assistant (Johnny) have had their hands full with the many plumbing and infrastructure issues that are common in an old building. To the residents’ delight, they have tackled these problems in a timely and effective manner, with little to no disruption. This competency, along with the positive attitude of the entire staff is well appreciated! Carol Vaughn

Jacob Vaughn is one of our most valued employees at the Park Lane Condominiums. He has assisted our book group on numerous occasions with technical support and is very knowledgeable in that area. But he is much more. His willingness and eagerness to learn more about systems and operations in the buildings has benefited the entire community and it is widely known that if you have a question or concern about something, Jacob is one of the first people you go to. That’s what got him a promotion to a position of more responsibility on the concierge team. He has always treated us as though our concern or question is of importance and a recent episode with a friend/neighbor is an example. When they called for 911 assistance and we came running from our condo to theirs, he had a wheelchair all ready for us to use even before the ambulance arrived. He knows people here. He knew us, what was happening and what he could do to help. That deserves 5 stars many times over. Plus which, he is articulate in his communication and has a wonderful sense of humor. I can’t say enough great things about Brittany Valenzuela, the Assistant General Manager at the Park Lane Condominiums. Brittany is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the community she helps manage. She consistently goes above and beyond to address concerns quickly, communicate clearly, and ensure everything runs smoothly. What really sets Brittany apart is her positive attitude and attention to detail - she makes even challenging situations feel manageable and ensures that each person and issue is handled with care. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in making the Park Lane a great place to live. We are incredibly fortunate to have her, and residents truly benefit from her experience, kindness, and dedication.

Cap, and especially Gabrielle F., have been a tremendous help to our little HOA. I cannot recommend their services enough. Gabrielle especially was stellar in assisting our community's recent endeavors to be within energy compliance standards which saved us money BIG TIME and made the process smooth and easy. With how complicated adulting is, anything that makes our lives a little easier cannot be overlooked. Let this review be the push to try their services. Thank you for reading!

This has been our first full year as residents of the Park Lane. It has also been a personally challenging year for both my husband and I. I wanted to take a minute to give 5 star reviews to 3 hard working employees that have made a difference for us: Jacob Vaughn - I have seen Jacob go out and shovel the snow, wipe spills from the floor and respond to request with a positive attitude. Samuel Moreno - consistently offers assistance to us knowing our situation and has been so concerned and thoughtful besides being conscientious in his duties. Rey Vaughn - such a kind and caring woman with an abundance of patience. Always calm despite goings on and quick to help. All of the staff at Park Lane are helpful, friendly and extremely competent. The concierge desk people, especially Samuel, are so welcoming and hard working. The maintenance staff is top notch. The management staff are knowledgable and always accommodating, especially Brittany. They all certainly add to the benefits of living here. This is not to leave out everyone else! All the concierge staff and maintence staff are top rate in my opinion!

CAP management has a team at our community that is excellent. Housekeeping, maintenance, concierge and office. Everyone is does their part and they do it well. As an owner we really appreciate the time and effort they put into doing their work. One of the best examples is Jacob Vaughn. Head of concierge and our goto for anything IT related. Professional and courteous. You can always count on Jacob, thank you.

I live in the Park Lane, and would like to recognize two members of our outstanding CAP Management staff. Noemi tirelessly handles the unending housekeeping duties superbly, and always "lights up the room" with the sweetest character and greeting every time our paths criss-cross. Samori carries out his duties as our buildings porter with great care and always with a welcoming and consistently positive attitude. Thanks Noemi and Samori for your dedicated service...you are greatly appreciated!
