Cape Breton and the Cabot Trail absolutely took my breath away! This is hands-down one of the most scenic drives in the world—every turn reveals another jaw-dropping view of rugged cliffs, lush forests, and the endless Atlantic Ocean. The blend of mountains and coastline is pure magic. We stopped at several lookout points, hiked along beautiful trails, and soaked in the fresh sea air. From charming fishing villages to peaceful beaches and vibrant fall colours, the experience was nothing short of unforgettable. Whether you’re driving, hiking, or just soaking in the views, Cape Breton is a slice of Canadian paradise. An absolute must-visit for anyone who loves nature, adventure, and stunning landscapes!

Next time hope to bring my bike. Cape Smokey in Ingonish is starting plans for MTB park which is amazing since they have a lift. Should be ready 2025.

At 72 years old ,best 10 day trip I've ever been on.The most friendly kindest people I've ever met.Try it you want regret. Take lots of pictures there will ve so many fantastic memories made. The food is out of this world and priced very reasonable.
