"Space Coast, Florida, offers astrotourism with rocket launches and bioluminescence viewing. The Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral host frequent launches. The Indian River Lagoon is ideal for bioluminescence kayaking. New accommodations include Avid Hotel near Brevard Zoo and Hyatt Place Cape Canaveral. Sea turtle nests have rebounded along the coast."
All the Shuttles were cool and super fun to explore, i went there at evening when suddenly a new moon peaked through the clouds. And then suddenly time accelerated, so overall a gret place to go to with your family, but watch out for the Moon

A little pricey to get it but we went for a view of a launch and we were not disappointed. The exhibits are aging and the place could use a make over but it is strictly funded by the people who visit. No tax money is used. They gave a cool “Atlantis Launch Experience” that was pretty cool. They move people around the property very well we waited only a few minutes to board busses to get to other parts of the property.

Kids will love it.
The exhibits are fun, they have rides and play areas, and they even have staff putting on science demos which was so awesome I wish they had more.
I'm getting burned out by the nickel-and-diming of these parks, though. You pay a fee to get into the park, then you pay extra for parking, you pay extra for this other thing, and so on and so forth.
