Great place; right on the coast, lovely scenery, very helpful & friendly staff, good rooms. The breakfast was excellent too. We tended to eat out in the evening; plenty of choice within 15 mins, along the beach front road. Bicycles to rent (free) & scooters from nearby (250 per day). Little bit busy be the pool, but most hotels have this issue - don’t let that put you off! And free yoga at the Spa 4 times a week; a good start to the day. The views across Phang Nga bay are amazing

We had three fabulous nights here. We had a beach view room and the views were absolutely spectacular. Nice balcony, large clean room and good size bathroom with good shower and a bath. Pool area was very nice. Plenty of loungers, well spread out and the pool was a good temperature. Restaurant was good, great choice for breakfast and dinner menu was varied and good quality. Nice wine list. We enjoyed the beach bar. The island is small and unspoiled and we enjoyed scootering around. I had a massage at the spa which was excellent and a really nice environment. 3 nights was enough for us but we couldn’t fault it.

We had a great stay at Cape Kudu Hotel on Koh Yao Noi. Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool, great activities, and an amazing sea view from our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - everyone was so nice and welcoming. Renting a scooter is a must to explore the island. A real highlight was the private cooking class with Chef A and sous chef Farook - absolutely fantastic and a lot of fun. Many thanks to both of them. If anything, some areas could benefit from a bit of refreshing, especially the gym, but overall we had a wonderful time and would happily return.

We stayed for 4 nights here and loved the island, but I don’t think the hotel is a true 5 star hotel. The pool area and restaurant are great. The view is phenomenal and it was great having the Hornbill nesting box above the pool and watching the feeding. The rooms are tired and non-descript. My biggest issue with the hotel is that it doesn’t feel like you were in Thailand. It has country club instagram vibes. The price of food/drink and services was also expensive for both the area and compared to other hotels we stayed at. For example, our hotel in Koh Lanta cost 65 baht to wash 1kg of laundry. This hotel charges 65 baht to wash one t-shirt. A small beer is 150 baht. Having been to 3 other hotels in Thailand before this, it felt like a bit of a rip off having these sorts of prices.

My first time visiting Koh Yao Noi and my first stay at Cape Kudu left me truly impressed. The island has so much charm and character. It is peaceful, quiet, and uncrowded, with beautiful seas and a very relaxing atmosphere. This is a review from a Thai traveler who has experienced staying here firsthand. The island itself is lovely, and the locals are warm and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with kind and attentive staff providing excellent service. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. Breakfast was delicious, with different dishes each day. The hotel also offers various activities that guests can register to join. One of the most iconic highlights is the hornbill perched in the trees around the hotel, which adds a special and memorable touch. The overall feeling is very warm and welcoming. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape Kudu. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, service was delivered with a smile and very personal touches made our stay even more special. The resort is beautiful, rooms very well decorated and the facilities are great. Breakfast was great too, with many options to cater for all tastes. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

After a busy few weeks it was lovely to chill at Cape Kudu for three days. The hotel has a relaxing feel with excellent service. If you don’t want to eat in the hotel every night there are other restaurants nearby. We had a free trip round the island on the Happy Bus and there were other activities daily. All in all we would recommend this hotel if you want to get away from other busy islands. There are a number of boat trips available to other islands.

We had a fantastic experience at Cape Kudu. The best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful, couldn’t do more to help! I have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can genuinely say that the staff at Cape Kudu have been the best. The room and the view were a highlight - absolutely amazing. The food from breakfast to dinner was incredible. Love the “boutique feel”. We really enjoyed the weekly activities like the island tour and the yoga. The cocktail hour was definitely a highlight. I would recommend to sign up to as many as you can! Thank you so much we will definitely return.
